You have no righteousness.
Zero, unless God gives you "the Gift of Righteousness".
But as you insulted God's Righteousness as "Whipping Boy" nonsense, then you have an issue that isn't going to be solved by talking about your phony righteousness and self effort, that is pretending to be, righteousness.
This is a confession on your part.

If there is an inner man somewhere inside that twisted flesh of yours...it would say...

"Epi, you are right. Everything I feel about my own flesh is being twisted around and comes out as an accusation of the people who are just trying to help me with my outer man! But I'm so weak and this albatross of flesh is weighing me down."

My response to your poor forsaken inner man is...

OK I'll pray for you! Be strong and have faith. God can crucify that flesh part of you and free you to love as Jesus loved.

Well it has apparently interested YOU or you would not have come in to try and wreck it for two weeks.
Not me wrecking it, scriptures wrecked it.

2Co 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.
2Co 10:5 We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,

Heb 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Heb 4:13 And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

...and now this thread with it's king is dethroned, simply love it when God is mocked He destroys the proud.

In front of my eyes Jesus is vindicated as Lord, the Cross, His shed blood, His holy Name, the Scriptures, all intact, full of dunamis and kratos.

Well to me over time, in the Spirit, I did realize this expression from Galatians was meant for me today as I began to understand why it was written in the first place....

The context and background of the Galatians: They were being bombarded by Judaizers...trying to reconvert new believers in Christ back to the OC and back under the Law.
What Paul taught generally in Romans 6 he applied to himself in Galatians 2. There's no mystery in this. It's true for all who are baptized into Christ.

I find Romans 6 being largely ignored here. And by all appearance, simply not believed by some.

Much love!

You creating your usual chaos in another one of this mans threads is not God destroying the proud. It’s just you being a miserable nuisance. :jest:

Oh my gosh, once again, to trust God and hope in a promise is NOT a lack of faith. Yes, Abraham believed God. Abraham did NOT assert that he already was the father of many since God promised it would happen. Because Abraham did not assert that he was already the father of many before he even had a child, does that mean he lacked trust?? Why then, if I see my flesh Is not crucified yet do you insist it means I don’t trust God to do it?
Apples and oranges.

This is the part you don't appear to believe,

Romans 6:3-7 KJV
3) Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5) For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6) Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7) For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Abraham was told he would have in the future children, so Abraham did not "believe" himself surrounded by children.

IF you have been baptized into Christ, this this passage says what is true about you now. Yet you continue to deny it because you don't see it, firmly walking by sight, and therefore not living in its truth.

Much love!

Remember it wasn't Abraham's righteousness that was credited to him for righteousness, it was his faith."
It's plain Scripture.

Romans 4:1-5 KJV
1) What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2) For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
3) For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
4) Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5) But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Not by any works of righteousness, but his faith is counted for righteousness.

Much love!

The real question here is, have you been baptized into Jesus Christ? Do you think this is something you can know?

Much love!

I was given the baptism of the down payment of the Holy Spirit. My flesh has not yet been crucified. I have been weaned though.

I have. That's why I said no one is saying that.

What did you say to that other member, Back up your mouth? Does that go for you also?

Much love!
Yeah, that’s not the direction I’m going.
