Mark of the Beast and salvation

Because I use to believe the same as you until I was challenged to really dig into see what the scriptures actually say.

But God doesn't say that it is a literal mark in His word just like the mark on the foreheads in Ezekiel chapter 9 isn't a literal mark. Scripture can't contradict itself and a literal mark contradicts scriptures like John 3:16. Thus we have to go back to scripture to get the true meaning scriptures like Ezekiel chapter 9.

Were they using the mark to buy and sell in Ezekiel chapter 9 ?

Exactly . who was the message of revelation sent too . THE CHURCHES .
why would GOD warn a raptured church about not taking the mark of the beast .
We need to learn our bibles well .
Everything in it is for our good and we would be wise to learn it .
I think folks misunderstand tribulation from the beast and man verses wrath FROM GOD upon the ungodly .
IF we read the beast is given power against the SAINTS , not the AINTS
and if we read on we see the wrath of GOD cometh against THE BEAST and those who worshipped him .
ITS real simple . prepare to lose all , we are appointed UNTO TRIBULATION . Yet folks make the mistake
of thinking we escape it . WE escape ONLY THE WRATH OF GOD against the beast and its peoples .
As for tribulation . My advice is , be prepared to lose all to suffer for JESUS and even die .
Fear not man , fear not what is nor what is coming . We have a wonderful home that awaits us at the end of our faith .
But in this world we will be hated , and many will be killed too . The all inclusive we are one beast hates true lambs .
From the days of the apostels even up to now many lambs have been killed worldwide .
Expect not the last generation to escape tribulation . TRUTH IS its gonna get much worse and fast too .
BUT let us who are of the LORD have all hope in HIM . For whether we live or die we belong to the KING .
Fear not man . Course i bet by grace you already know this . i speak it for those who think
we wont be persecuted or even killed . ITS GONNA get MUCH WORSE and fast too .

You need to be brought up to date friend = they are worshipping satan at the SB half time show , at CERN, at NASA and all over the world.

New TV series going on now called 'LUCIFER' and he's the good-guy = Antichrist.

The world, right now, is clamoring for the revealing of the Antichrist = and all the more with Satan attached to it.

This has always been a huge problem in the modern twentieth and twenty first century western churches .
THEY actually think one has to say HAIL satan to be worshipping satan . TRUTH IS
if one rejects Christ , if one walks in darkness , they already DO WORSHIP the dragon .
Most folks worship satan in heart already . SURE In mouth they may say i worship GOD
but its a version of god that serves their FLESH . THUS it aint GOD they love , ITS the dragon .

Once again the bible says that whoever receives it is doomed and Jesus said that there is only one unforgivable sin and it wasn't the mark.

I don’t think he actually specified that there was only one. He identified one (blasphemy of The Holy Spirit) and contrasted it to other blasphemy but I don’t think that eliminates all other possibilities

I almost fell out of my chair in shock the first time I discovered that Seventh-day Adventists teach that the near the end of time the "mark of the best" of Revelation 14 will be placed upon those who worship on Sunday instead of Saturday.

Jesus said all of their sins except for blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

If you want to truly understand this then think of the heart of the loving forgiving graceful God of the bible who gave His one son for us

Would God really do this for us and then dam some one for taking a literal mark? Would God forgive and save Paul even when he was persecuting the church and not for taking a literal mark?

Would God save Paul for persecuting the church and then dam a single mother who took the mark to feed her kids? What if this mother didn’t know what she was doing and then realized after then repented and then was killed for rejecting to worship the beast would God forgive her then?

Of course the God of the bible would because He showed us His heart and gave His son to save people like that single mother thus the mark is symbolic for a unrepentant devotion to the beast and doing its will which is rejection of the Holy Spirit

My point of debating this is because fear is being spread out to the world by Christians for something that’s not true and doesn’t show the true heart and personality of our loving Father.

It’s about rejecting who God is and what He did for us not a literal mark. John 3:16 is truth and shows us Gods true heart which isn’t a God who would forgive a persecutor of the church but not someone for accepting a literal mark

How many mothers and their children drowned in the flood? To take the mark is to show allegiance to and worship the beast. If you take it you are doomed. There’s no coming back from it.
