Every new government in every nation on the planet wants to change the laws laid down by the previous government, in fact, every electoral cycle they base their entire campaigns on that premise. It isn't a big deal. It's expected, and the only opposition to such u things come from the previous administration.PS
Do you comprehend why the beast wants to change laws?
Daniel 7
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Ask oh Benjamin why he wants to change the laws and make new ones.He will gladly tell you.Or you can just read the news.
"We can do things differently. Better. The old guard stuffed everything up. We need to fix things right now before it's too late...."
"We promise to sign executive orders (change the laws), reversing every crazy destructive law passed down by the previous government..."
Sound familiar?
However, the Daniel 7 prophecy speaks of the little horn "thinking" to change times and laws. In other words, he cannot in reality do so, even though he may superficially coerce the people into obeying his new laws. What laws are there that he could seek to change, but is unable? The law of God. The ten commandments. And this, tyne true antichrist has done. And he has done this simply based on his own sense of power and authority... sitting in the temple of God (which can only be the church) making himself god. How? By overruling God's laws, at least in his mind, and deceiving and forcing others to follow. Compare the Catholic Catechism with Exodus 20.
This little horn seeks far greater glory than a national prime minister changing laws to suit his party. The little horn is the Antichrist, and the laws he thinks to change (but in reality cannot) are the laws of the Creator.
