Listen; to all the trinity believers. That’s fine if you believe that. It doesn’t affect my life at all. However is that what the Bible tell us to do? Believe on the trinity to be saved? I personally love the Father in Heaven, the Word which he had sent that became flesh, and was born of flesh and spirit, and am thankful that Yahavah places the Holy Spirit in the hearts of believers of the resurrected Yeshua; whom was raised by the Holy Spirit of the Father. Does all those things make me a “trinity believers?” Does holding the title card of believing the trinity make a person a better Christian than the other who may not believe that tradition?

Romans 3:22-24

New King James Version

22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all [a]and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified [b]freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

I believe in the trinity, but I have never weighed another Christian up against it , however I have seen plenty who do not believe in the trinity do that to those who do……guess it can work both ways.
I came to faith and it was just something I believed deep within me, however It wasn’t something I even thought about , so I don’t consider it was a factor in conversion.

The Cross of Christ is where God and mankind become eternally Reunited, Spiritually.

So, that is not the "teaching of the Trinity".. that is in fact : John 14:6

Hello @Rita,

While I love you and many others nonetheless, I don't think any person is ever better than any other person, regardless if they believe in Yahavah/God or not. All people are equal, and from what the bible does state, God is not a respecter of persons. Therefore, regardless if someone believes in the trinity or not, it is not what saves us. It's the Lord Jesus, and his death, burial, and resurrection paying for the penalty of death he did not deserve but as some say "we" deserved and I have to say it is true, "we" did deserve that. That is something I am thankful for! The Lord Yeshua, and what he had done on behalf of not only the world, but his Father too. Now today we are able to be indwelled by the holy spirit of Yahavah/God and also even that of the Spirit of Christ which helps us to overcome our flesh and not give into our fleshly tendencies, which causes maturity, though as someone who has tackled around and beefed with other people just like the Corinthians had done which Paul had wrote his letter to help them become correct in their understanding we all start off as babes in Christ and mature into sons or daughters of God if we so choose to allow Yahavah to work within us that being our soul, mind/will/emotions or our heart. Thank you for commenting. I rather this actually be placed in discussion board even though there is already a thread about how the trinity can not be discussed. I personally do not believe it saves anyone, nor does it bring anyone closer to Yahavah. Because we have a personal connection by and through the Lord Jesus and that is the one whom gets us the ability to even talk to the Father whom we can call upon in times of need and help by the holy spirit which indwells us, even so the Spirit of Christ.

May people understand where I come from, and may Yahavah, and the Lord Jesus/Yeshua both be praised!

Hello @Ritajanice,

I hope that this thread will get moved to the discussion board. Made a request it may be moved later. I do not desire anyone to bash anyone on this debate. I don't bash people in real life, just because they have some different view. Though on here, people will typically bash other people, and I have come to realize that doesn't do anything but rile up the flesh itself. There are people that I have to ignore in order to keep my sanity on a website like this because the less my feathers are ruffled the better off I am. Its that way for any forum site because there are people whom will not quit until they so call it a "win or victory" for themselves. Thank you for the comment you had left, and all the best to you and yours.

If people were to debate, I would want them to do so cordially and not just in spite of other people. That is why I decide to request this to be moved, and I know and understand people are watching.

i will say this, I do not think belief in the trinity is essential. No one will be condemned because they did nto believe a doctrinal truth.

But I have a hard time understanding how people can have pure faith in God as redeemer, and a God who paid the sin debt for all mankind, if they think Jesus was but a mere man. If anything, i do not think they will understand deeply what God did for them

Mathew, I know you are a strong poster..,you post what you believe, which I know you do...no one’s business what you believe...

as long as we abide by admin rules, you’ll be fine..

When we start trying to control what another believes and what they post....it’s wrong.. I learnt that last night..you just keep posting like I do, searching for Gods truth.

I think it is a good subject though. Especially since it is now open for debate.

Sadly. I think some people do not like to hear a view that apposed theirs.. so they take that as an attack.

It is just as bad when one claimed to be continuously attacked when he is not. As those that are continuing to attack in other ways.

would be nice if they all would go away and we could come in peace. Even if we disagree

The Gospel does not teach that Jesus is God. It teaches that He is the only begotten SON.. Virgin Born,.

It teaches that "" Jesus died on the Cross for your sin, and rose again from the Grave".

The Gospel is not trying to prove the Godhead as Jesus, included...its only offering the Cross of Christ as the "remission of sin" for the World..

John 3:16.
2 Corin 5:19
Romans 4:8

Also, consider that a sinner, is not affiliated with NT Doctrine....... They are just a SINNER, needing to be saved.
So, after that happens, then they can learn some BIBLE...some Doctrine....but until they meet God forgiven, through the Cross of Christ.. then they are unaware of all this that Christian argue about, on Forums.

Hello @rockytopva,

Do feelings apply when it comes to faith? Just a curious question. Because I thought it was faith and the spirit which set us free from our bondage. Why people may feel a certain way about something it does that always mean it is the truth?

The phrase "where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom" is from the Bible (2 Corinthians 3:17). It means that believers are free from the old covenant and the ministry of death in the law, and can enjoy the blessings of the new covenant ministry of the Holy Spirit.

Hello @Eternally Grateful,

There are many people who do "feel" attacked just because of a discussion. It's because of not being used to it; or a reaction to "truth". Sometimes the way we may feel, may not reflect the truth. I still have my own issues, abiding in Christ Yeshua helps me keep my mouth shut, though sometimes I let my flesh go and it does what it desires instead. It's a hard life with the flesh and the spirit fighting amongst each other.

For myself,I believe if someone feels attacked, then they are insecure in themselves.

We need to be secure in the Lord....we are all growing in spiritual knowledge not human knowledge.

We walk in the spirit, don’t let feelings rule you nor emotions.

Who recieved the Holy Ghost right after they said this?

Acts 19:2 We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

Those people, I'm certain they were not TRINITIZED

The orthodoxy can come off like those of old

John 7:49 But this people who knoweth not the law (or understand the trinity) are cursed.

The aggravations of Christ. Most problems experienced by the disciples were answered gently... Except one! The problem of unbelief!

Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. - Matthew 17:17

For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. - 2 Corinthians 1:20

As told better by brother Zac...

Trinity... Great is the mystery! If this is a great mystery how can we fault anyone for not seeing eye to eye on every detail?

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. - 1 Timothy 3:16

Hello @Verily,

It's highly doubtful because even Jesus spoke and preached his Father's name, Yahavah. There are many people who do not believe that God's name is even important. I don't mind people who believe in the trinity, it's totally up to them. As @rockytopva states it's a mystery. If it's a mystery and not something solved; how can a mystery be a truth? While I admit I do not know everything concerning Yahavah. I do believe that Yahavah, his Word, and the Holy Spirit of Yahavah, were at the beginning. Even so there was a beginning before the beginning, which to us is even more of a mystery; that is the beginning with Yahavah, and those he had made in the heavenly realm with him, whom decided to leave him. These are some of the things that are just undermined I believe when it comes down to the topic in general.

It seems more hypothetical, than something that can be concrete, however even so, no one can even prove that God/Yahavah exist. All they have is a faithful belief in such an existence when it comes down to the brass tax of it all. And I'm not trying to say anyone is better than the next person nor do I believe anyone is more closer to God just for accepting a presupposed 'trinity' complexity such as one that is a mystery.

Hello @rockytopva,

The Word of Yahavah, was manifested in the flesh. There is no doubt in my mind about that, though it is faithfully believed. That flesh died on the cross, for the payment of sin. Was raised again by the Holy Spirit of Yahavah, was the beloved Son of God now begotten. In the Flesh of Yeshua, was the very living Word of God within him, being born of flesh, and of spirit.

I hope the best for all, and I don't believe I am more smarter than the next person. I just do not believe that the supposed "trinity" makes people right with God, nor more closer to God than the next person because those thoughts would be fleshly and non-spiritual.

@MatthewG Two modern day interpretations to describe great mysteries... Rapture and Trinity As these are declared mysteries in both instances...

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, - 1 Corinthians 15:51

As these are mysteries I personally do not fault anyone for disagreeing with me on my rapture and trinity perspectives.
