Why are there these ten crowns now on the beast? It's because:

The dragon gave the beast his power, his throne, and great authority to rule.

The ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will receive ruling authority as kings with the beast for one hour.

The beast you saw was, and is not, but is about to come up from the abyss and then go to destruction.

The seven heads are seven mountains the woman sits on. They are also seven kings: five have fallen; one is, and the other has not yet come, but whenever he does come, he must remain for only a brief time.

The beast that was, and is not, is himself an eighth king and yet is one of the seven, and is going to destruction.

These ten kings have a single intent, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.

There is only one beast. The sea represents the nations. The abyss is the abyss. The beast rises up out of the abyss and from out of the nations.

Now the beast that I saw was like a leopard, but its feet were like a bear's, and its mouth was like a lion's mouth. The dragon gave the beast his power, his throne, and great authority to rule.

In the book of Daniel, the lion, the leopard and the bear represent the empires of Babylon, Media-Persia and Greece, including the four kingdoms that the Greek empire split into after the death of the first Greek king (Alexander the Great). Those are the nations (the sea) from which the beast ascended from the abyss are derived. The abyss represents the lowest part of hades a.k.a hell.

The only city the Revelation calls "the holy city" is New Jerusalem.

There are no verses in the Revelation where "Babylon the Great", or the city "spiritually called Sodom and Egypt", or the cities of the nations which fell when the 7th bowl of wrath was poured out, are called "the holy city",

but the Revelation calls New Jerusalem "the holy city" three times:

Revelation 21:2; Revelation 21:10; and Revelation 22:19.

Revelation 11:2 is talking about the holy city. Revelation 11:8 talks about a city called Sodom and Egypt.

Which Jerusalem are you talking about?

If you want to believe the gentiles and the two witnesses are up in heaven in the new Jerusalem killing people then id say you are out of this world.

The two witnesses and the gentiles are together in the land of Israel while the saints in Israel are persecuted for 42 months.That is 1260 days on the Hebrew calendar.

The same amount of time the woman in revelation 12 flees into the wilderness out of the serpents reach.

2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

They are supposed to be doing what Jesus tells them in the gospel because Jesus is their Lord same as ours.

When Jesus gives power to His two witnesses, part of that power will be the power to close up the sky so that it does not rain during the time they are prophesying. They have power to turn the waters to blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague whenever they want, and for fire to come out of their mouths and completely consume their enemies. Elijah was given one of those powers. Moses and Aaron struck the waters, turning them to blood.

When God sends His prophets and gives them power, then things like this tend to happen. You believe the judgment that will come upon unbelievers in the days leading up to the return of Christ will be all "Jesus loves you. Here, have a slice of cake and a cuppa" do you?

Where does it say in Revelation a little horn will rise up from the ten? The little horn came up over 100 years before the time of Christ. He seized the throne illegitimately and uprooted three legitimate heirs. And he is a type of the one who will defile the sanctuary of God.

The Medes were an Iranian people who lived where present day Tehran Iran is.South of the Caspian sea.

On the day of the Lord,the Medes attack Babylon ransacking the houses and raping the women according to Isaiah 13.
On the same day of the Lord,they will be in Jerusalem ransacking the houses and raping the women according to Zechariah 14.

9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

14 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.




That will be when the two witnesses protecting Jerusalem(aka Babylon) die.
