Rita Janice doesn't need forgiveness from QuietThinker.

You have no right to criticize her faith or relationship with God.

Contrary to what you think,Christians do communicate with God directly and God can communicate with us. God can do anything.

Those that need forgiving are the ones who are sensitive to the factor in our faith that is,born again. It is the platform of new life on Christ.

It's enlightening how many here object to that being discussed.
Amen Sis, but you know what God says about the natural man...also you know what God says about having a snare set.

God can do anything.

Not true.

For example, God can't Lie, so you just did. (Lie about God)... @BlessedPeace

(Go back and edit the post, before they find out)....

Also, God can't Join Himself to a sinner, unless their sin is forgiven, first., as God does not join Himself to SIN, when its our unforgiven sin that separates us from God.

Consider that a 5 yrs old in Sunday School, understands that Adam was separated from God because of SIN...

So, how is it that "grown up" Calvinists, believe that God can join Himself to Them, when they are not forgiven yet, when in fact God was separated from MANKIND because of Adam's sin..

So, "Calvinism" is a "doctrine of Devils'., and it unbelievably theologically STUPID as well.

Amen Sis....God can do anything that is pleasing to Him.

God doesn’t say he makes Christians...His word says we must be Born Again to see the Kingdom Of God.

After all, it pleased him that He made our spirit Born Again, by His Living witness the Holy Spirit....chosen and predestined to be made into the image of Jesus, to bear His fruit, what an Honour and Privilege that is.

Praise God that we have been Born Again of imperishable/ incorruptible seed....that liveth and abideth forever in our hearts/ spirit...mind Blowing....

Romans 8

King James Version

8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Best stay away from the enemies snare...he’s as cunning as a fox, he knows just how to reel you in.....he’s a clever cunning fox....

Jesus was NEVER drawn into his snare....focus on Jesus and he will flee from you.

Matthew 7:15-20

New King James Version

You Will Know Them by Their Fruits

15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

I knew someone else who posted here their obsession against Calvinism.

Their fixation with a supposed false doctrine they would never overcome overshadowed their own walk.

God can do anything.

For that fact to be held as irrevocable truth one must know what and who God is.

You might one day to read the Bible Books of the Kings.

I have an obsession to hate any theology that can ruin the faith of a real born again Christian.

So, i hate Calvinism, absolutely.

A..) Hate

And you would too, if you understood that it is a "Doctrine of Devil's". @BlessedPeace .

Notice.

God is not a Calvinist
Jesus is not a Calvinist
Paul is not a Calvinist
The NT does not teach Calvinism
Calvinism, is a cancer on the body of Christ.

True. I've talked with Christians who insist God is only found in the Bible. And only speaks through His word.

Some call that Biblio idolatry.

You need to read and study carefully Chapter 10 in Paul's letter to the Romans; particularly Rom 10:14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?

If God is communicating with us as you and Ritajanice seem to believe, there obviously is no real reason for Paul to say what he said there. Moreover, there is no need for evangelism, just leave all that to God and His communication with man.

All five of the doctrines being represented by TULIP are hotly contested, as well they should be, beginning with the concept of Total Depravity. That doctrine posits the condition that the spirit of man created by God is dead in trespasses and sins at the very outset at the individual's birth (or conception). That falsehood is an affront to God that should be rejected out of hand. Vut it isn't and it is the cornerstone of TULIP, making the remaining four false as well.
Sorry but that is your opinion, but Gods word says we are by nature, children of wrath!

Your theology says all children who die before some unmentioned in the bible "mystical age of accountability" have eternal life and go to heaven.

Then when they reach that unbiblical mystery age- as soon as they sin, they lose that eternal life and have to get it back again! That is what is false.

Ephesians 1
Berean Standard BiblePar ▾
Paul’s Greeting to the Ephesians
(Acts 19:8–12; Revelation 2:1–7)
1Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,
To the saints in Ephesus,a the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Spiritual Blessings
(Romans 8:28–34)
3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. 4For He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in His presence. In love 5He predestined us for adoption as His sons through Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the Beloved One.
7In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace 8that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. 9And He has made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ 10as a plan for the fullness of time, to bring all things in heaven and on earth together in Christ.
11In Him we were also chosen as God’s own, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything by the counsel of His will, 12in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, would be for the praise of His glory.
13And in Him, having heard and believed the word of truth—the gospel of your salvation—you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14who is the pledge of our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession, to the praise of His glory.
Spiritual Wisdom
(1 Corinthians 2:6–16)
15For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, 17that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in your knowledge of Him.
18I ask that the eyes of your heartb may be enlightened, so that you may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, 19and the surpassing greatness of His power to us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of His mighty strength, 20which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, 21far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.
22And God put everything under His feet and made Him head over everything for the church, 23which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
