This means that we should read Jesus words (those in red) and learn from Him
and obey Him.

Unfortunately that is not the working definition of sola scriptura...
although, it should be.

Stay with the WORD that was God in the Beginning.

The real problem that is and has been going on
is that many of the elders and the young
They are subject to listening to anyone they church approves of to speak to said congregation .
And they will heed every word of their pastor , every word of the guest speaker
or even the who knows what .
But what they wont heed is BIBLICAL DOCTRINE . and then expect us to sit under them . NO SIR and i make zero
apologies for not sitting under them men . I mean ZERO aplogy .
In fact they need to kneel down and APOLOGIZE . not to me . TO GOD AND HIS CHRIST
for the decades and many years they have REBLLED against HIM and taught rebellion to their churches .
They need to go to every house and aplogize for misleading this people .
And they need to go and sit down and open the bible for themselves and start learning .

I has never heard , forgive the english , i have never heard of this master of divinity and doctorate of divinity .
But i can tell you by the titles of it
THEY MAY AS WELL THINK THEY GOD . as though they a master of anything .
and my best guess , though i could be wrong is that this doctorate of divinity aint coming or been influenced
by the DIVINE HOLY SPIRIT , and rather i bet it contradicts some bible . But i dont know anything about it
but i do know men . and i do know men sure love to appear as the great thing .
I mean , MOST HOLY FATHER , MOST HOLY REVERAND . THEM TITLES BELONG TO GOD and not to man .
THAT IS PRIDE BIG TIME and i will expose them long robbed kiss my rings and call me MOST HOLY ANYTHING .

Every word written , every example is for us and our learning . now pual even says that too .
Its an all out war for souls in these last days upon earth .
Even in genesis we catch a first glance that sure could be pointing to the Coming CHRIST .
And your seed shall crush his head and he shall bruise its heel . Let us always
remember the law , the prophets , it did point to JESUS the CHRIST .
the promise of GOD all mighty himself . Its dire important we let no man
try and move us off course and into another gospel that tries to imply its not necessary to beleive on HIM the CHRIST JESUS .

read all the words . the apostels also made some things quite clearer too .
And not a one contradicted the other .
But you would be suprised or maybe not at what i next write .
Long ago for about the first five years i had no computer . I was in the bible tons . still do read it everyday .Anway
by the time a computer became available to me i went on to a christain site .
I was shocked to see all these odd teachings .
I kept wondering how on earth do they get this stuff .
Then a still small voice reminded me of something . It said You go
and bring them the teachings of JESUS and you will see they TWIST and omit some of them .
That is why their minds are clouded .
I did . and THEY DID . they all twisted or omitted certain things JESUS said and justified their pastors teachings .
NO wonder .
If we dont even love the truth of HIS words , Dont expect to really learn truth . only mixed truth with deceptoin .

You see men have been raised up in churches . churches have long taught mens own doctrines .
That is a fact . As for me , I was raised in that bible . I was never really in church growing up .
My mama was a non praticing catholic and my daddy an anthiest
and boy i was lost . But the point is
WHEN i was truly called , IT was the BIBLE i was put into . THANK GOD FOR THAT TOO .
way too many odd contradictary teachings there are in churches .
THIS TOO IS WHY I HOLLER , BEG and yes warn and even plead for folks TO GET back into the BIBLE FOR THEMSELVEs
and stop reading it through the lens of their leader or denomination . Watch how CLEAR things can get in time .

IF i took a bucket of water to the ocean and gathered the water of said ocean into said bucket
THEN brought said bucket into a classroom and said CLASS i have the ocean right here
THEY WOULD probably laugh at me .
But if i went and poured back that water into the ocean , well it might help them understand the point .
THAT ocean water was the same in that bucket as it was in the ocean . same essence . do that make more sense .
now visuilaize the bucket itself as FLESH . THE WORD became FLESH .
I guess i dont know how to make it make sense to some . but believe you me when THOMAS kneeled before
JESUS and said MY LORD and MY GOD , UNDERSTAND WHY JESUS DIDNT CORRECT HIM .

So many beautiful things to see in Italy.
The Vesuvio, Pompeii, Capri...all in the Amalfi area.
A boat ride from Positano to Amalfi is nice to see the coast from far off.

but now a friendly reminder
Do many preach the Good Bread that giveth life unto the world
or rather do they preach the dark food which offers false hope unto the world .
Any bread that negates the fact one must repent and believe on JESUS the CHRIST
is food no lamb gonna touch but rather must expose .
Just a friendly reminder to all to be on gaurd against the salesmen of the great sell out
whose boat has sailed the ocean blue . which claims that the other relgions serve the same GOD
the christain does . cause that boat might be mighty and huge and very full of people
and it might appear to be the great and mighty unsinkable ship that brings hope to all
But as the titanic sunk , SO too will this one , ON THE DAY of the RIGHTEOUS LORD

Some persons believe Jesus is not God.
I think I read that we cannot discuss that on this Forum (not sure).
But, to be honest, I'm grateful that we can't.
Anyone that puts CHRISTIAN next to his name.
MUST necessarily believe that Jesus is God.

Well my friend....
I couldn't agree with you more.
Some teachings bring utter confusion to God's Word.
Their teachings do not allow for reconciliation when two different verses
SEEM to contradict each other.
Those that have a simple understanding of the NT can reconcile ANY two verses....
those that confuse God's Word cannot recncile....they just stick to the verse they prefer
and argue against the other verse.
It's, sadly, entertaining to see.

I like your analogy of the water.
I use water to teach the Holy Trinity.
I might use it for some doubters from now on!
