The NT Elect (i.e. the Chosen) is/are the Church, comprised of saved Jews and Gentiles.
Only Jews who are in the Church through faith in Christ are part of the NT Elect.
Romans 8:33
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
Colossians 3:12
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
