I don't see Christ being bodily resurrected during when verse 4 is meaning. When verse 4 is meaning, regardless when it is meaning, Christ's bodily resurrection is already in the past at this point. The resurrection in verse 4 is not involving Christ rising from the dead and living again. It is involving His faithful followers rising from the dead and living again.

Where in this passage you quoted do we read the dead shall be resurrected to physical life AGAIN?

Actually, Scripture tells us the GWTJ shall be AFTER the seventh trumpet begins to sound that TIME, symbolized a thousand years shall be no longer. That's when Satan will be set free from bondage for a "little season" that will culminate with ALL the saints of God being caught up immortal & incorruptible to meet the Lord in the air, and then the fire of God's wrath will come down from heaven to consume every living thing still on this earth. Then ALL the DEAD (unbelievers) shall be called before the GWTJ to give account before God according to all that is found written in the books and the book of life. Then after this first heaven and earth have passed away there will be a new heaven and earth where the saints shall ALL live together with Christ forevermore!

Christ is the firstfruits of harvest.
