While it's true one's spiritual perspective can be shaped by his surroundings, I assure you that is NOT the case with the Protestant Reformation. The prophetic timelines of Daniel and Revelation do not allow for the any other but the Papacy to be Antichrist, Whore of Revelation 17, etc.Jerusalem is the Whore Mystery Babylon The Great
The future, little horn, man of sin, the beast, hasnt been, nor will he be a Roman Catholic Pope
The reformers had it all wrong, but living under the persecution of Rome during their time on earth, it is fully understandable
Listen to the great Spurgeon:

These men knew their Bibles when it came to eschatology, so why are you "raising the question"?
