Odd how you did not supply any context here (actual real verses) that supports your opinion here, friend.

Who is Paul talking to in verses 17-22?

Please take notice the following points from Romans 11:17-22.

Verse 17: thou (you).
Verse 18: thou (you).
Verse 19: Thou (You).
Verse 19: (Paul tells the reader): Boast not against the branches.
Verse 20: thou (you) stand by faith.
Verse 21: (Paul tells the reader): Take heed (in that God spared not the natural branches), otherwise he will not spare you.
Verse 22: (Paul tells the reader): Behold (Take notice) on the goodness AND severity of God, but toward thee (you) goodness (kindness).
Verse 22: IF thou (you) continue in his goodness, otherwise…
Verse 22: thou (you) also shall be cut off.

Romans 11:17-22
17 “And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.”

You stated that this passage is before salvation had come or those who MIGHT be grafted into the natural branches that were broken off. But if you were to read the whole chapter or this passage, it does not suggest anything of the sort. That’s simply your odd addition to the text.

Paul says to the Roman Christians by letter (verse 17), thou (you) being a wild Olive tree, wert (were) graffed (grafted) in among them. Paul does not say (in verse 17) and those who were before salvation have the potential to one day possibly be grated in among them. This is why your reading or addition to the text is wrong, friend. Your adding to the Bible something that is clearly not there.
It was you who supplied the context verses, I just clarified the terms appointed to those times.

But you are not wanting to hear the truth...and I am through repeating the whole gospel when you only want to hear part and continue to mix darkness with light.

This is what Paul spoke of, saying, "And what communion has light with darkness?"

There is no context of Paul referring to saved believers, and unsaved fake believers (who are under the Law) among the church of Galatia. While this certainly may be possibly, we see Paul simply writing to (or addressing) the entire church.

Verse 1: Brethren (Brothers).
Verse 1: ye (you-all)
Verse 2: (Paul tells the reader): Bear ye (you-all) one another’s burdens.
Verse 7: (Paul tells the reader): Be not deceived.

Galatians 6:1-8
1 “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”

Also, the word “he” is used here in verse 8 so as to refer to anyone or any person.

In verse 8: It says the person who sows to the flesh (sin) shall reap corruption.
OSAS Proponents have told me that 1 John 1:8 is a statement that means they will always be in some kind of sin this side of Heaven (When the Bible does not say that). So if they believe they will always sin, when the Bible says they that are Christ’s have crucified the affections and lusts (Galatians 5:24), then they are justifying sin and sowing to the flesh and will reap corruption. This is why we are to instead to sow to the Spirit and reap everlasting life (Which is a better alternative).

Galatians 6:18 says: “Unto the Galatians written from Rome.”

Also, Paul does not speak in a way that the saved brethren are incapable of falling away, either.

Galatians 6:1
“Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.”

Paul is saying to the brethren (in general) that if a man (believer) be overtaken in a fault, you-all who are spiritual restore such a person in the spirit of kindness or gentleness. Consider this for yourself, otherwise you also may be tempted. Meaning the reader can be tempted and overtaken in a fault, too.
The fact that you yourself do not know the times in which Paul lived and preached and the terms appropriate and not appropriate for those on either side of the cross--speaks only of you.

You are off the mark...and you have made it quite clear that you have no spirit of willingness to receive all truth--therefore you will not.

It is enough.

So be it.

I am not speaking opinion--I am not speaking at all.

But I am telling you, that your context and quoting of bible verses are the same as the delusion that has been believed for millennia, just as prophesied for these times.

Sorry. That’s just not true. You are speaking your own opinion because you offered no verses to back up your odd claims that are not in the Bible. I am going to keep showing our readers that you are not properly reading the rest of the 10 verses I put forth to you.

We can deny God by being reprobate unto every good work (Titus 1:16).
Out of context. If someone proves to be unsaved, they are (unsaved). But the confusion here, is that men do not judge by the same measure as God--which is not on the one being judged, but on the one judging his brother. To the contrary, if our judgement is Godly, and not out of human piety, we can know what is in the heart...but not from looking on, as the hypocrites do.

This is simply a misunderstanding on your part involving the Bible. As I mentioned before in the Parable of the Prodigal Son, when the prodigal son came home to his father seeking forgiveness with him, his father said that he was “dead” and he is “alive AGAIN.” (See: Luke 15:11-32). Meaning, the prodigal son was dead spiritually when he was living it up with prostitutes, and when he came back home to the father seeking forgiveness with his father, he was said to be alive AGAIN. Meaning, he became alive AGAIN spiritually. This same truth is taught in James 5:19-20.

Anyways, in Titus 1:16, it is talking about vain deceivers (verse 10) (Which are unsaved individuals). So it is true that it is talking to unsaved folk, but the point you miss here is that being reprobate unto every good work are qualities or characteristics that no believer should have (including OSAS believers). However, most in the OSAS camp say they are not saved by works, and yet Titus 1:16 says you can deny God by being reprobate unto every good work. So if there are no works… one is denying God and thus… they are not saved. So works are a condition we must make sure that we have in our life. God is not going to force you to do good works. You have to choose to cooperate with the good work God wants to do through you. Being saved in the past does not mean God forces you to be saved against your free will in the future.

We are told:

“...We are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end.” (Hebrews 3:13-14).

"Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." (Jude 1:21).

"...be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life." (Revelation 2:10).

We are told to:

  1. Continue in the grace of God (Acts of the Apostles 13:43).

  2. Continue in the faith (Acts of the Apostles 14:22) (Colossians 1:23).

  3. Continue in his goodness, otherwise we can be cut off (just like the Jews were cut off) (Romans 11:21-22).

In addition (as an added point to Titus 1:16), we learn by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself that the unprofitable servant was cast into outer darkness in Matthew 25:30, and the servant who was faithful over a few things was told to enter the joy of His Lord (Matthew 25:21).

Bible Highlighter said:
We can shipwreck our faith (1 Timothy 1:19).
Out of context. This speaks only of those who have "rejected" the faith before ever having received it--they were never saved.

Again, Paul is warning other believers (in this case it would be Timothy). If OSAS was true, Paul would never say the following words:

1 Timothy 1:19 (AMP)
“keeping your faith [leaning completely on God with absolute trust and confidence in His guidance] and having a good conscience; for some [people] have rejected [their moral compass] and have made a shipwreck of their faith.”

Paul would not need to tell Timothy (a believer) to keep his faith in trusting in God and to have a good conscience because if he was once saved always saved, he would never have to worry about keeping the faith or in having a good conscience (Which is a contrast to those who have rejected their moral compass and have shipwrecked their faith). To shipwreck your faith means a believer sunk their ship of faith into the sea. They became lost. That’s what it means if you read the words plainly. But you don’t like this truth and so it must be changed.

Bible Highlighter said:
We can deny the faith and be worse than an infidel if we do not provide for our own household (1 Timothy 5:8).
Out of context. This is not even about salvation, but about common decency and responsibility.

1 Timothy 5:8

“But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.”

If a person denies the faith, they are not saved. An infidel is an unbeliever. So Paul is telling Timothy that if any provide not for his own within his own house, they have denied the faith. Meaning, they are not saved because no person can be worse than an infidel (unbeliever) and be saved and no person can deny the faith and be saved. So yes. It’s talking about salvation unless of course you deny the plain meaning of these words in 1 Timothy 5:8.

Also, the context is talking about conditional salvation. We learn that the younger widows are not to be financially. For they will fall into the potential danger of casting off their first faith if such a thing were to happen.

1 Timothy 5:11-12
“But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry; Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.”

We can err from the faith and pierce ourselves thru with many sorrows if we love and covet after money (1 Timothy 6:10).
This is only about those who " have strayed from the faith" not having fully received it. They are not saved, but have returned to the beggarly elements after hearing the good news and rejecting it, which is evident by their actions.

Paul does not appear to agree with you here because Paul warns the brethren to flee these things and to follow after righteousness. This warning would not be necessary if they were believers who would just do the right thing in not chasing after riches. Paul would not need to warn them chase after godliness instead of riches if things are as you say.

1 Timothy 6:11-12
“But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”

Also, notice verse 12. Paul tells Timothy… Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life. So we have to fight the good fight of faith so as to lay hold on eternal life. It’s not a walk in the park or OSAS. You have to fight. Christians need to fight. They need to fight so as to lay hold on eternal life. It’s why we are told to work out our salvation with fear and trembling (Philippians 2:12).

Hymnenaeus and Philetus have overthrown the faith of some (2 Timothy 2:18).
The point here, is they never had the truth--meaning they were not actually saved.

Your missing the point in that Hymenaeus and Philetus have overthrown the faith of some. This means that others had the faith (Meaning they were saved at one time), and yet Hymenaeus and Philetus had overthrown their faith by the false teaching of saying that the bodily resurrection of believers has past already. If a person is an unbeliever or fake believer (from the beginning), they never had any kind of true genuine faith to be overthrown. A person has to have a faith in order for it to be overthrown. So what you propose is illogical.

You said:
10 out of 10...all out of context. Not applicable to those who are saved, but rather only to those who are not saved.

10 out of 10 were correct, and I explained them. You offered no actual verses in context that defends your belief in OSAS here. So your claim that I was taking these 10 verses out of context is simply false.

. The Bible tells us how we can know for sure that we are saved. Most Christians are not aware of those scriptures..

Well, this makes me “ unlike” most Christians , because I most assuredly * KNOW * for sure that I am Saved......
Many So - Called “ Christians” are fully “ Aware” that these Scriptures exist, But They are too stiff- Necked or Blind see or admit that Assuredness Of one’s Salvation is so easily attainable, a five year old could figure it out—-

“ I am writing these things so that you will * KNOW* that you have Eternal Life, you who Believe in the Name Of the Son Of God”

Please forgive me for making simple those things that you feel compelled to complicate....I am forced to ask—- what the hell is the matter with you ?

Read it. It's what the Holy Spirit is doing in you that signifies he is abiding in you. The inner witness, alone, is not Biblical. As I said, cultists claim to have the witness of the Spirit. But what is evident in the cults is the lack of the witness of the abiding Spirit in what they do. Again, this is another case of not considering the whole counsel of scripture. Confirmation that you are really called and elected to salvation includes the witness of the Spirit in what you do, not just in what you feel. This Biblical truth has been lost to the church at this present time.

What has been “ Lost” to the Church and “YOU” especially is any understanding of , or appreciation of, the ONLY thing that has Saved any person that ever “ GOT” Saved —- GRACE! You don’t understand it or appreciate it or Stress it probably because it has never been extended to you.....And why not?You don’t really Believe the Gospel because if you REALLY Believed it, you will prove it by RESTING in it....You don't Rest in it—- you ADD to it

You are the very definition of one that has “ fallen from Grace” .....and you go even farther than that....you go as far as to “ PREACH” a False Gospel —— Read Galatians 1:8.....show me how you are not one of the “ Accursed”......You confuse the things that “ should” be done and say that they “ must” be done....you have “ Perverted “ the Gospel....

“A little Leaven leavenith the whole batch” ......your variation of Leaven destroyed many of the Churches That Paul Founded....I try to keep the same thing from happening here....

You demand to see behavioral changes that will give somebody something to “ Boast About” when they stand before Christ on Judgement Day.....The ONLY Thing “ Worthy” Of Being Boasted About is the Shed Blood Of Jesus Christ .....Boasting about “your” Performance instead of HIS Performance will make you one that will be hearing, “ Depart from me....”

Of course growth in Christ is a process. What we're talking about here there is no progress. If you're still the same ol' you, then you are still the same ol' you. You are not a new creation in Christ. It's that simple.

I got Save many, many years ago when I saw that I was A Lost Sinner That needed a Savior......I “ Turned to God with Faith in Jesus Christ to Save me”..... I took the Biblical “ Elixir” to obtain the GIFT of Salvation....

I went from an Atheist that could not be bothered with the “ Foolishness” Of Salvation That was obtained by Trusting in the Shed Blood Of Jesus on the Cross , to a person whose biggest concern became worrying about the Salvation Of others......are you going to say that that was not “ Progress?” ......Or a Change or a Fruit in my life? It certainly WAS Progress! It certainly WAS Fruit! —— A Complete Turn- Around From Who I had been before! Nobody could Inspect this “Fruit” That came from the Holy Spirit.... It was in my mind—- it was in my heart.....I knew it and God knew it....it was a much bigger” fruit” than abandoning bad language or snuffing out a cigarette—-all of these “Christian “ behaviors” that the self- Righteous hypocrites look for , and the man who can only “Ape” the behavior of a true Born- Again person can easily use to fools those that enjoy Judging and can only see the Outside Of the Cup.....

I heartily Believe That what is on the Inside Of a man will leach out to the outside....My point is,this “ evidence” can take years to show itself.....and if theoretically , it NEVER does —- it was a RESULT of Salvation.....not the Cause Of it.....and it can take a Form that nobody even “ thinks” to look for.....nobody ever asked me to prove that I was Saved by confirming this I was concerned about the Salvation Of my loved ones—- Yet it was A TRUE “Fruit Of The Spirit”......hidden from others, but known by God—- the One That gave me the Spirit that “produced” this “ inside of the Cup” phenomenon...

My only point is that this outward manifestation can take YEARS to be seen .....
So we must be VERY , VERY Slow to Judge the inward Transformations of ANY man who has Simply undergone the Conviction Of Sin and has had “ his heart opened” to the Reception Of The Gospel That has Saved him... the Outward things should show eventually, but it is the INWARD change that counts with and can only be seen by, God Himself —- The One that is “doing” the “ Cleaning “ process...l

But fake believers CAN'T act like believers. That's how we know they're unbelievers!

"16By their fruit you will recognize them." Matthew 7:16
But you are sure Jesus is very wrong about this.

TARES are so successful at imitating Believers it takes Angels to sort the Real from the Fake .....haven’t you read that?
btw.....your “ Matthew 7:16” is taken out of context....Jesus is talking about “ False Prophets” and how to recognize them.... NOT your run -of -the- mill Saved Believer.....

No.

It’s so our Father can be glorified!

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)

That was Jesus speaking!

“Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.” (Titus 2:14)

Or:

However, these things would not exist in Scripture if things are as you say.

You are pointing out Reminders given to a Believer, of what they must do, to receive Salvation AFTER they bodily Die.

The Believing man, continues, Believing (to the day of his bodily death) by his own Willpower.

You pointed out encouragement, and result, IF a man continues, by his own Willpower to Believe, to the end of his bodily life.

There are also Scriptural Warnings, FOR a Believing man.
The Warnings are a Reminder of Evil spirits and Wicked men OF this World: WHO are greater than and outnumber a Believing man.

The Warnings are a Believing man, will regularly be in the presence of
Wicked men, Evil spirits...WHOSE intent IS to trick and deceive the Believing man.......TO DOUBT his belief in God...TO STOP BELIEVING.

The Warning rests on “power”.
Evil spirits ARE more “powerful”, than A man.
Wicked men CAN be, and in many cases ARE more “powerful”, than A man.

*Evil spirits...ARE demonic angels/spirits...Spirits are always more powerful than a bodily man.
* Wicked men...ARE any man, who holds some measure of power OVER you, AND encourage you, to doubt or deflect from Believing.

~ A parent, teacher, govt official, a news outlet, a blogger...that in any way, shape, or form....direct speech Against God, implication, their own doubts, their own unbelief, etc. intended to weaken a believers OWN willpower to doubt, to sway to their unbelief, to trust their words, over trusting Gods words.

~A Believer acting under his own “willpower”, CAN easily be swayed to a parent, teacher, govt official, caregiver, doctor, etc. Beliefs, Unbeliefs... BECAUSE there is an “instant” reward...
~ parent approves, lets the child have or do something he wants.
~ teachers approves, gives kudos, good grades, recommendations.
~ gov’t approves, gives freebies, forgives charges, etc.
~ news outlets approves, gives favorable air or ink space.

~A Believer......WHO.......is ALSO “CONVERTED IN Christ”;
No Longer is “UNDER his OWN Willpower”.
No Longer is “HOPING” his Willpower KEEPS him Believing, to the day of his bodily death, so he “will receive” his Salvation.

~A Believer.....WHO.....is ALSO “CONVERTED IN CHRIST”;
IS “UNDER the POWER of God”.
The POWER of God, IS IN that person.

Converted...MADE changed...by, through, of Gods POWER.
IN..............Gods Power
Gods Power....IN.....that person.

Gods Power is Identified...IS Christ.
(1 Cor 1: 24)

Gods Power is Greater than ANYTHING in this world.
(1 John 4:4)

All the hope, continuing, warnings, DO APPLY to a Believing man.
All the hope, continuing, warnings, DO NOT APPLY to a Converted man.

The DIFFERENCE in determining WHAT does and does NOT APPLY...

Gods Spirit is WITH a believing man.
A Believing man is WITH Gods Spirit.

Gods Spirit is WITH-IN a converted man.
A Converted man is WITH-IN Gods Spirit.

WITH and WITH-IN are completely different things.

When you are engaged in conversation with A CONVERTED MAN, and quote a Scripture that APPLIES to an UN-converted man, AS IF, that Scripture APPLIES to the Converted man...
The Converted man, will and should DISAGREE with you.
That Converted man, IS NOT disagreeing with Scripture, HE IS, disagreeing with you IMPLYING it applies to him, WHEN it does NOT APPLY to him.

I am “Converted IN Christ Jesus”.
All of your Scriptural Quotes in this post, DOES NOT APPLY to me.
Those Scriptural Quotes are NOT ONE THING, “I must do”.
BECAUSE, the Fact is, THOSE are THINGS “CHRIST” does FOR me.

Get it?

Glory to God,

To all:

1 Timothy 4:1 says,
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”

How can a person depart from the faith if they were never saved? Only a person who was saved saved in the past at some point can depart from the faith.

2 Timothy 4:3
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;”

OSAS folk teach a doctrine that caters to their own lusts or sin because when we discuss 1 John 1:8, they distort that verse to mean that believers will always sin this side of Heaven and they must sin at some future point in their life. They also falsely misinterpret Isaiah 64:6 to say that any kind of righteous living is like filthy rags (When in context it is referring to man made righteousness; Note: In fact, they would know this if they read verse 5 before it - Isaiah 64:5).

And once you were converted you are no longer a lost sinner.

When will the fruits of a saint show forth in you?

True...no longer lost. No longer able to commit sin.

Sin still remains IN the body of a man who ...
uh, was naturally born in sin, committed sin ...
The sin in a mans body does not “become not sin” vanish ...
The sin in a mans body becomes “FORGIVEN”.
....ONLY AFTER...the body dies.
....ONLY “IF” that body, while ALIVE, Believed IN the Lord God.

A man CAN NOT “RECEIVE” Gods Gift of SALVATION of his soul...
UNTIL “AFTER” his SIN IS FORGIVEN...AND...HIS BODY IS DEAD.

REQUIRED ^^^^^

A man CONVERTED IN CHRIST....
*HAS, already Heartfully called on the Lord, to ask Forgiveness, FOR having HAD disbelief...ie that mans SIN Against God.
* HAS, already called on the Lord, to OFFER his body unto DEATH, (Crucified with Christ Jesus).

A Converted man HAS fulfilled the Requirement to RECEIVE, Gods Gift of Salvation...right then!

A Converted man HAS “once and forever” fulfilled the requirement TO RECEIVE, Gods Gift of Salvation.

A Converted man HAS “once and forever” established A Relationship “WITH” God, that God offered A “once and forever” established Relationship “WITH” that one man. OSAS.

Nothing whatsoever CAN BREAK the BOND of that Established Relationship BETWEEN God and that one man!
Not God, Not the man, Not another man, Not an evil spirit.
The WHY is Because that BOND, is once and forever, KEPT,
BY the POWER OF GOD.
(And any man who thinks such a BOND CAN be BROKEN, is ignorant, or simply defies Gods TRUTH, that NOTHING is greater than Gods Power)

When will the fruits of a saint show forth in you?

WHEN? That is an implication, YOU have not SEEN @BloodBought 1953, fruits.

WHY NOT? He has posted over 4,000 posts you can sift through, whereby he is glorifying, uplifting, praising, exalting the Lord God, and revealing his own “committed” relationship “with” the Lord God.

(there is that conundrum...to consider.)

* One man is simply an onlooker toward, upon another man, in brief momentary spurts. An hour this day, a minute, twice a month, etc.
* The momentary “onlooker”, has no knowledge of what that man does every minute of his life. The mans “smallest to greatest” things he does
Without one particular “onlookers” knowledge.

* IF you have been intently “looking upon” a man, and not seen his fruits...you are not examining the whole of that man.
* IOW, you are wanting, “his fruits”, to be “personally toward you”, while full well knowing, neither of you are ‘personally” in agreement.
