Well, that is a gigantic reach. To paraphrase Scalia, the Scriptures say what they say and they don't say what they don't say. Going beyond the protective word of God in ANY way goes against Mark 7:13, including most especially rationalizations to violate the 1C.

There you go again! Inventing concepts not in Scripture to fit your doctrine. "Oneness" is not a means by which Jews who reject the trinity to this day, embrace the trinity. Remember, Jesus is the Jewish Messiah, born under the law and there is no evidence he ever stopped being Jewish.

"Oneness" means nothing more than 'being on the same page;' it never meant multiple Beings literally being 1 Being. Consider this is why Jesus said he has a God and his God is the only true God. This is not what one would say if the trinitarian principle of "Oneness" applied.

Here is an outline of where the Bible Teaches the Trinity.
Welcome to the forum.

Have you ever wondered why the answer is so long, an outline, reference to another site? It's because the trinity is not in the Bible, not the word and not the concept. To avoid the inevitable Appeal to Strawman, there simply is no verse that reads something like The nature of God is a trinity - consisting of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit who are co-equal, co-substantial and co-eternal - and if you do not believe this, you cannot be saved but are damned to hell forever. If there were such a verse, it would be the most quoted verse in Scripture by those who claim one’s salvation depends on believing it. The concept of the trinity is so important that in 66 books, it is not mentioned once!

Rather than abandon this obvious 1st-Commandment-violating idol, trinitarians resort to ignoring or subordinating explicit teachings in Scripture to inferences (reading their doctrine into the non-trinitarian text), dualism and mystical artificial synthesis. Using such tactics, any doctrine can be 'supported' in linking so many verses.

Now that the policy on discussing the Trinity has been revised to allow it - I wonder if those responsible for the change are regretting it yet? - I’d like to hear more of your reasoning @RedFan.
