I remember his time here. It was essentially the same message. "I've had a vision/visitation/experience and now I'm here to tell you, the cross isn't enough, His grace isn't enough, and unless you make yourself good enough for Him, you're out!"

We can see the fruit of that teaching, it's readily apparent.

Much love!
I notice you are well liked and respected Marks, may our Lord keep you strong in the faith, not compromising one bit from the pure and holy doctrines as written in Scriptures, the more I study the Scriptures, the more I notice the elect/election...
On whom God decided to have mercy, and on whom not, rejected/accepted...but that for later.

Oh
my
gosh…
Gosh yes sister! There are things that APPEAR to be contradictory in the bible, but aren't. The Holy Spirit can help us to understand....those who have the Spirit, that is, and are relying on Him for understanding and not their carnal mind.

Speaking of contradiction, it seems like a contradiction that someone who doesn't have discernment and/or doesn't experience the Holy Spirit in their life, apparently seems to be understanding and liking the things that Episkopos is teaching which are supposed to be spiritual truths, and higher ones at that. It's confusing as to how that can be when things of the spirit need to be spiritually discerned.

You certainly aren’t going to get away with that with me.

The conversation went like this: Epi- catering to both Christ AND the flesh…?
Then you said this: Baby, bathwater. See it all the time in Christendom. Not many are able to hold onto two apparently opposite ideas at the same time because they are held in spirit.

I don’t know if for some reason you have a difficult time following a conversation or if your heart just really isn’t in it. But catering to the enemy of the flesh is not the gospel. Like…not even a little bit.

You are getting worse here sister...accusing a sister of not having the Spirit when she obviously has much more discernment than most here. If you understood what humility was (as in...not claiming something that you know nothing of) you would realize that having Christ in you...without relying on the flesh...gives a person great discernment. What Stun is missing is the cover up of the flesh that you are compromising the Spirit with. And..her honesty is something that allows God to help her see things clearly. You should try it.

If you come out of your cover-up...you would discern just fine!

Stun doesn't like her flesh so she can discern when the flesh is acting up. You, on the other hand, love your flesh and defend it as foundational to your walk. So you remain blind and compromised like so many of the crows here.

I experience the Holy Spirit in my life. I’ve never walked in the Spirit in holiness as you claim to have done but I do experience Him. This is just more of the jumbled confusion over making no distinction between holy and common and assuming God doesn’t accept men who do what is right but only accepts holy men. Like you.

Huh…? I thought he was just saying few find the path to holiness because they leave the path to righteousness.
He was using metaphors…?
SBG: once reborn as a believer we are already on the very unique path OF righteousness, as we are righteous in the eyes of God. There is no path TO righteousness for a genuine non- cultic reborn believer except for an unbeliever, a seeker or one that is a cult leader or a member of a false church and has his/her outer man is masquerading and fooling and squelching their inner man to themselves and their audience, as I see happening on this thread. I just would warn you as a friend in Christ to check out everything you hear and read with the Spirit of God within you and the word of God. Bless you..APAK

Thanks...another crow! ;) And this from someone who took the turnoff that said..."those who think Jesus was only human, turn here."

Apak, I thought you had better discernment...but Christ-denial obviously keeps one in the dark about much.

Of course it's not. You need to go back a bit further in the conversation to understand what I was talking about and what Epi was basing his comment on.

No. I don’t need to go back. I remember. You were arguing that Jesus was an assumed status.

So you reckon this is what @APAK believe, that Jesus was only human? Or those who THINK Jesus was only human?
