The Holy Spirit witnesses to my spirit..that God is almighty God.

He is also the witness to my spirit of who Jesus was.

He uses me as a vessel to witness to the world that he is a Living Spirit, who is Alive and Active in my spirit / heart.

I very much love the Holy Spirit but the Holy Spirit is not God Almighty.

Speaking of the Spirit, as you see there is the Father, The Son, and the Spirit. And the Spirit lives within the people of God.

The carnal mind, that is the mind not having the Spirit is not subject to the law of God nor indeed can be. They cannot believe and be saved, they are not His people. Which is why Christ says, you must be born again first to see and enter the kingdom of God, meaning you are then spiritually minded, which for YOU is life and peace with God.
And the Spirit is going to lead people to the Son, and the Son is going to bring people to the Father.

The scriptures do not define who "our" is and people like to read into that anything they want.

As a whole the word Ĕlōhīm is a loose term. People love loose terms because they can make them what they want. But this one is a typical loose term because it can mean singular or plural or false gods or humans.

Ĕlōhīm: is a Hebrew word meaning "God or gods" or "godhood". Although the word is grammatically plural in the Hebrew Bible it most often takes singular verbal or pronominal agreement and refers to a single deity, particularly the God of Israel.

When referring to Yahweh, elohim very often is accompanied by the article ha-, to mean, in combination, “the God,” and sometimes with a further identification Elohim ḥayyim, meaning “the living God.” Though Elohim is plural in form, it is understood in the singular sense.
