The mark of the Man/beast

What is the connection between the mark of sin and the buying and selling? It is important that we look how God Himself words things.

How is it worded in Revelation 13. It does not say mark "of sin". Sin is not the name of the beast.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

In Revelation 14. It clarifies the mark to be the mark of the beast's name.

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

In Genesis 1:24-31 the Lord brought forth from the earth both man and beast on the sixth day.


Hebrew letters have a numerical value, and in Hebrew gematria the sixth day has a numerical value of 666….. שִׁשִּׁי = sixth= 610 יוֹם= day=56 total= 666

Also the Lord said in Genesis 6:3 “And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”

The number of a man’s days in that verse, or hundred twenty years, and in Hebrew gematria is also = 666

מֵאָה = hundred=46 and עֶשְׂרִים =twenty = 620 for a total of 666

The Hebrew gematria is not a part of God's Word and should not be used to understand the meanings of the numbers used in scripture.

This is how Paul says to understand Christ's spirit words:

1Cor 2:13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things (words) with spiritual.

Numbers used in scripture are spirit words. To understand their meanings, we must compare "spiritual with spiritual". We are not to use extra-biblical sources like the Hebrew gematria.

To understand what 120 represents in Gen 6:3, we must look only to scripture.

From scripture I have found that the number 12 represents the Kingdom of Heaven and the number 10 represents "completeness".

10 x 12 = 120

Now look at what Gen 6:3 states when it is properly translated: My spirit shall not strive with man for the ages (olam), for He is flesh, YET his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.

In other words, God's Spirit will not strive with mankind for the ages, yet his ultimate fate (when all things are complete) is to be in the Kingdom of Heaven.

This is true because God the Father sent Christ to save mankind. When Christ's work is complete that the very end of the ages, all mankind will be in the Kingdom of Heaven:

1Cor 15:20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection from the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first fruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 24 Then cometh the consummation (end of the ages), when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God (now containing all mankind), even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

Masters in the old days used to mark their servants in order to show to whom they belong.

You are either a servant of sin, or you are a servant of Righteous. We are marked by our Master who has purchased us.

No, the red dragon, Satan, does not have the power of death.

The person will be a Jew. Are you aware in the practice of Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism (craft), that the practitioners believe that they can enlist angels to carry out, assisting, in reaching the practitioner's objective(s) ?

So, it is likely that the little horn person, a Jew, will get into Kaballah and enlist angels to carry out, assist, in reaching his objective(s). One of those angels will be Satan - although the person may not know it.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

In eschatology, the study of the end times, we have three parameters involved.

1. the time-frames given in the bible for the end of days, end times.
2. the events that will fit within those time-frames.
3. the persons, party's, involved.

The three main evil persons....

The beast king - a human being, possessed by the spirit of garden of end serpent beast. Cast alive into the lake of fire.

The false prophet - a human being, side kick and spokesman for the beast-king. Cast alive into the lake of lake of fire.

Satan - a fallen angel, who seeks worship, and seeks to destroy. Cast alive into the lake of fire (a thousand years after the beast and FP)

I agree with your statement. Satan masquerades as Christ and copies Him.

Satan --> man of sin/minister of Satan/Seven Headed Beast with Ten horns and Ten crowns --> indwelt by the spirit of anti-Christ
Christ --> child of God/First Fruits/heirs/saints --> indwelt by the Holy Spirit (both Early and Latter Rains)

Satan has his "Day of Evil" when He rules a believer from within via the spirit of anti-Christ. This is what caused the churches that the Apostles started to become apostate. This is in contrast with the "Day of the Lord" when Christ rules a converted believer from within via the Holy Spirit. This is how Christ builds the true church.

This concept applies:

1Cor 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

This concept also applies to mankind who is presently receiving (false) light from the natural sun (Satan) before they receive light from the spiritual sun (Christ). That is why scripture shows the natural sun being darken after Christ gives His Elect the Latter Rain of the Spirit. The Latter Rain of the Spirit heals the believer's spiritual blindness so that they can now receive truth from Christ, the spiritual sun.

The tail of the Red Dragon represents the spirit of antichrist or the false prophet spirit.

The second coming of Christ is when Christ pours out the Latter Rain of the Spirit (Baptism of the Holy Spirit) followed by the Day of the Lord (judgment). This is the conversion event that is being described in Isa 60:19-20.

The conversion event which was experienced by the 120 Jewish Elect on the Day of Pentecost is also described by Peter in the verses below. Notice the similarities concerning the sun and moon:

Acts 2:14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: 15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. 16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: 18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: 19 And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke: 20 THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED TO DARKNESS AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE the great and notable Day of the Lord come: 21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

The second coming of Christ is a reoccurring event (is, was and will be coming) which happens to each of Christ's Elect before they die. It is not a one-time future event that only happens at the literal end of the age as is commonly taught.

I can see some of what you are trying to show, but I believe you are mixing metaphors and symbolisms where they do not belong. I noticed that in your first post. Understanding the types and shadows, the parables and similitudes is only something that God can teach by the Holy Spirit.

Satan is the opposite of God and Christ. If God is light, then Satan is darkness. If Christ is Truth, then Satan is the Lie.

Now Satan can feign himself as the light, as it is written that Satan can transform himself into an angel of light. But those who know the True Light will not be deceived by the false light.

For some, darkness is their light.
But it is good to see that you are comparing “spiritual things with spiritual” because that is how the Holy Spirit teaches.

I can see some of what you are trying to show, but I believe you are mixing metaphors and symbolisms where they do not belong. I noticed that in your first post. Understanding the types and shadows, the parables and similitudes is only something that God can teach by the Holy Spirit.

Satan is the opposite of God and Christ. If God is light, then Satan is darkness. If Christ is Truth, then Satan is the Lie.

Now Satan can feign himself as the light, as it is written that Satan can transform himself into an angel of light. But those who know the True Light will not be deceived by the false light.

For some, darkness is their light.
But it is good to see that you are comparing “spiritual things with spiritual” because that is his how the Holy Spirit teaches.

Let me try to remove what you see as my mixing of metaphors and symbolism.

Here is what I see:

Christ teaches the converted Elect in His spiritual language. In that language, Christ uses spirit words which have meanings that are spiritually discerned by comparing spiritual with spiritual.

Christ then uses His spirit words to teach His truth by types, analogies, parables and prophecies. Then to make His truth even more concealed, He teaches it a "little here and a little there" which requires a believer to piece together His truth from various scriptures (the sum of God's Word is truth).

Truth also has to be built line upon line and precept upon precept. If a person tries to learn a higher truth before a lower truth is understood, it will lead to error.

This scripture applies:

Isa 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them (the converted Elect) that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11 For with stammering lips and another language (spiritual language) will he speak to this people. 12 But the word of the LORD was unto them (unconverted believers, babes, only have the Early Rain of the Spirit) precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken (by Satan).

Finally, Christ's spirit words can have more than one meaning. That is the case with the sun. The first is natural (carnal) and it represents Satan as the god of this carnal world. The light the natural sun emits is a false truth. Carnally minded, spiritually blind and unconverted believers (babes) will be deceived by the natural sun and this is how the apostate church came into existence. Even the Elect will experience their Day of Evil in the apostate church because they will also begin their pathway to salvation as babes who only have the Early Rain of the Spirit. But after Christ pours out the Latter Rain and heals their spiritual blindness, the Elect will "see" the Abomination of Desolation which previously occurred within themselves. After they see the A of D, judgment will fall to complete their conversion.

All the parables that begin with the phrase "the Kingdom of Heaven is like" are teaching on certain aspects of the pathway to salvation.

From what I have read of your posts, you seem to have a spiritual understanding of scripture. This is very rare on this forum.

From what I presented above, is this how you also understand the pathway to salvation that the Elect will travel?
