Replacement theology, that claims that the church has replaced national Israel, is false.

Paul absolutely destroys the claim God has rejected and is done with the nation of The Israel:

Rom 11:1I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

Rom 11:2God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.

.

In Romans 11, Paul not only says God is not through with the nation of Israel, he wrote that gentiles who believe (the church) are GRAFTED IN to their new covenant, by faith.

In other words, the church has no covenant - the HOUSE of Israel has the new covenant - and if Christians become spiritual Israel, it’s only after being grafted in as a wild Olive Branch among the natural Olive Branches to the Olive tree of Israel, and not because they replaced the HOUSE of Israel.

Rom 11:17And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

Rom 11:24For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree:how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

Jesus was sent in the beginning only to the HOUSE of Israel, and told the apostles He sent out, to go not into any gentile city, but only to the Jews, and Jesus identities the National Jewish people as the HOUSE of Israel

Mat 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into anycity of the Samaritans enter ye not:

Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the HOUSE of Israel.

Mat 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

And the new covenant is to be with the HOUSE of Israel - with national Jews, not with so-called spiritual Jews:

Hebrews 8:7For if that first covenanthad been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a NEW covenant with the HOUSE of Israel and with the house of Judah:

BTW, Hebrews 9says the Jeremiah 31new covenant with the HOUSE of Israel, took effect at Jesus’ death.

And the bones Ezekiel saw come to life is the HOUSE OF Israel:

Ezekiel 37:11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole HOUSE of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

More proof it’s the dry bones coming to life is about the rebirth of the nation of Israel is found on the same page:

Ezekiel 37:12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, AND BRING YOU INTO THE LAND OF ISRAEL

Eze 37:13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,

Eze 37:14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, AND I SHALL PLACE YOU IN YOUR OWN LAND: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it,and performed it,saith the LORD.

BTW the dry bones of the House of Israel came to life in 1948 when Israel became a nation again, in 1948.

It’s not spiritual Israel Jesus comes to when He returns to Mount Olive in Zechariah 14:5, and saves Jerusalem from destruction, then reigns forever from Jerusalem on the throne of David.

It’s not any so called spiritual Israel that god gathers from all over the world, back to the land God dispersed them from.

If the church has replaced Israel, then Romans 11is nonsensically saying that salvation has come to the gentile church, to make the gentile church jealous:

Rom 11:11I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

If Christians are now Israel, then since most of Israel is in unbelief and ungodly until they see ‘ the deliver come out of Zion’, then the church is ungodly and in unbelief until the return of Jesus, and He turns them away from ungodliness. Per Romans 11.

And it’s not so called spiritual Israel that is in the new covenant Jesus now mediates, that took effect at His death per Hebrews 9, but the promised new covenant with the HOUSE of Israel and the HOUSE of Judah, per Jeremiah 31.

Hebrews 8, 9, and 10 make it very clear that the Jeremiah 31new covenant is the one that took effect when Jesus died, and Romans 11makes it very clear that salvation only came to us gentiles to make Israel jealous, and that we are the wild Olive tree branches that are grafted in among the natural branches to the Israel olive tree, with Jesus as the roots of the tree. (Their covenant).

Thus we are not so-called spiritual Israel, and have not replaced the natural branches, nor is there a church covenant, but only a House of Israel and House of Judah new covenant that we gentiles are joined to by faith.

Replacement theology is just plain wrong.
It is not replacement theology. The Israel of God is a purely spiritual entity, which is why Paul clearly teaches in Romans that physical Israelites have to be grafted into this tree like everybody else in order to receive the promise of eternal life. Ezekel's prophecy of the dry bones concerns the time when they will be grafted into this tree. As of right now, most of them are not.

The Old Covenant was physical and given to physical Israelites. The New Covenant is spiritual and made with spiritual Israelites. It's not hard to understand that God is making a spiritual Israelite nation whose spiritual father is Abraham, just like He made a physical nation of Israelites whose physical father was Abraham. That's the idea Paul was communicating when He called the Church the "Israel of God".

The whole problem with your theology is that it overlooks the fact that Jesus divorced OT Israel as the OT God and ended that marriage contract by dying. You somehow managed to conveniently skip over all the passages where God says He was going to divorce them and only posted passages about Him making a new contract with them.

Aight. The vineyard is Israel, more specifically Jerusalem, and the original vinedressers were their current leadership, in particular the Chief Priests, the scribes and the Pharisees. After His death and resurrection, the new vinedressers would become the apostles, who would lead Isreal properly and bring forth spiritual fruit amongst those who believed in Him.

40 “Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?” 41 They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.... Now when the chief priests and Pharisees heard His parables, they perceived that He was speaking of them. 46 But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet.”
The wicked husbandmen (Israel) was removed from care of Gods kingdom, and given to the (Church) the Holy Nation bringing forth the fruit thereof

The Apostles dont represent the word "Nation" the "Church" is the Holy Nation

Matthew 21:41-43KJV
41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.
42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

1 Peter 2:9KJV

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

That's correct, and this is simply a parallel passage detailing the same parable, and teaching the same thing.

The foundation of this teaching is found in dispensationalism, that is christian Zionism

Historically this teaching went so far as to teach "Jews" had a separate pathway to God, John Hagee in Texas is the surviving teacher of this heresy

We are now seeing the teachings in Dual Covenant Theology, one covenant for the Church, another for the Jews, that also is borderline heresy in my opinion

There is one covenant between man and God, the finished work on Calvary, the precious New Testament in the blood of Jesus Christ

The Apostles don't represent the word "Nation"

And this is why I told you the word is being mistranslated as "nation" there. It should more properly be translated "people," as in "and I will give it to a people who will bring forth the fruits thereof." The question was about leadership, not the church, which is why it states that the Chief Priests and the Pharisees discerned that Jesus was talking about them.

Ok thanks for the reply, the Church is the Israel of God, children of the promised seed

Tell me who the vineyard is in this parable:
The answer is plainly stated:
The Parable of the Landowner: Ethnic Israel is rejected and the true Israelites is now the Church, every faithful Christian:

Matthew 21:33-46 Listen to another parable. There was a landowner who planted a vineyard and put a wall around it, built a watchtower and rented it out to vine-growers then went on a journey. When the harvest time approached, he sent his slaves to the vine-growers to receive his produce. The vine-growers took his slaves and beat one, and killed another, and stoned a third. Again he sent another group of slaves larger than the first; and they did the same thing to them. But afterward he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.' But when the vine-growers saw the son, they said among themselves, 'This is the heir; come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.' They took him, and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. Therefore when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vine-growers? They said to Him, "He will bring those wretches to a wretched end, and will rent out the vineyard to other vine-growers who will pay him the proceeds at the proper seasons. Jesus said to them: Did you never read in the Scriptures; The Stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing and it is amazing to us.

Therefore I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people, who will produce the fruit of it. And he who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it will scatter him like dust. When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they understood that He was speaking about them. When they sought to seize Him, they feared the people, because they considered Him to be a prophet.

In this perfectly clear parable, paralleled by Isaiah 5:1-7, Jesus prophesied that the Jews, as a nation, were going to be replaced by something new; faithful Christians who do what they can to spread the Gospel and who fulfill their appointed tasks.

"He will bring those wretches to a wretched end" did happen in 70 AD.

Now the Jewish nation are back, but still rejecting Jesus and they face the third swing of the Sword, Ezekiel 21:14, their final judgement, Isaiah 6:11-13, and only a remnant will survive. Romans 9:27

The entire leadership of the early Christian Church and most of the Elders in the churches were Jewish. They became Christians who stopped keeping the Sabbath and abandoned the Mosaic system of Judaism. They began worshipping God on their seventh day of the working week, the Lord's day. Colossians 2:16-17

Jesus was a Jew, but they rejected Him as the Messiah. Salvation is now open to both Jew and Gentile equally. Everyone must believe, repent, confess Jesus as Lord and be baptized for the remission of their sins. There is only one way to get saved!
Jews have no special route to heaven that Gentiles do not have. They all must believe and become true Christian believers to be saved.

Paul always began his evangelism in a new city by preaching in the Jewish synagogues. When the Jews rejected the gospel, he turned to the gentiles: But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and began contradicting the things spoken by Paul, and were blaspheming. Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said: It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first; but since you Jews repudiate it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles. Acts 13:45-46

1 Peter 2:7-10 So for you who have faith, the Cornerstone [Jesus] is of great value, but for the faithless it is a stone they trip over. They trip and fall because they refuse to believe the Word and this is the fate appointed for them.

But you Christians are now the chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated people, a nation claimed by God for His own. We are called out of darkness into His glorious Light. Once Christians were not a people, now you are God’s people…..

Notice that the; you are a chosen, holy nation of priests, that was originally applied to ethnic Israel at the foot of Mt. Sinai, Exodus 19:6, is now applied to Christians to the exclusion of ethnic Israel, unless they too, become Christian.

The fate appointed for them:
Jeremiah 12:14 has the clearest prophecy of God’s intentions for the apostate Jewish State of Israel.: …I shall uproot the evil neighbors from My Land and also Judah as well. But if they learn the ways of My [Christian] people, then; their families can join My people there.

Rom 11:2God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.

.

Rom 11:17And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

God dispersed and punished Israel for their sins several times, but always said the punishment was not permanent, and that their final destiny will be to be brought back to their land, and God will remain with them, not for their sake , BUT FOR HIS:

The word of the LORD came to me:

Eze 36:17“Son of man, when the HOUSE of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds. Their ways before me were like the uncleanness of a woman in her menstrual impurity.

Eze 36:18So I poured out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed in the land, for the idols with which they had defiled it.

Eze 36:19I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries. In accordance with their ways and their deeds I judged them.

Eze 36:20But when they came to the nations, wherever they came, they profaned my holy name, in that people said of them, ‘These are the people of the LORD, and yet they had to go out of his land.’

Eze 36:21 But I had concern for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations to which they came.

Ezekiel 36:22Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came.

Eze 36:23And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the LORD, declares the Lord GOD, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes.

Eze 36:24I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land.

Eze 36:25I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses, and from all your idols I will cleanse you.

Eze 36:26And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

Eze 36:27And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.

Eze 36:28You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.

To cure your replacement theology, read Romans 11 and where it says Jacob (Israel) is ungodly, change it to, the church is ungodly.

And where it says God gave salvation to the gentiles (the church) to make Israel jealous, change it to, God gave salvation to the church, to make the church jealous.

When Paul says he’s a Jew and an Israelite, change it to he’s a church.

Every time it says Israel, replace it with CHURCH and see if it makes any sense.

I am not exactly an Amillennialist, but closest to being Amil, then any other end time position.
And Replacement Theology is unbiblical.
Romans 11 makes it untenable.
Inclusion Theology, yes. Fulfilment Theology, yes. Replacement Theology, no.
Do people just conveniently forget that the Church STARTED out as a fundamentally Jewish thing? It was founded by Jews, it was grown by Jews (it’s head is a Jew!), it’s Plants across the ‘known world’ was at first by Jews. The Gentiles were included…welcomed INTO that, yes. Welcomed into it and adopted AS children of God, as neither ‘Jew nor Greek’…but there was NO replacing…just including.
And Romans 11 also makes it fairly clear that we are NOT to count out the National, ‘broken off’ branches either. Which means any sort of anti-Semitism under the guise of “them not being the people of God any longer” is just bunk. We love a people until the final plan of God is known for them (ie…they are dead and buried).

I can’t be amil, because of all the prophecies in both Testaments, that Messiah Jesus will set up an eternal, physical, and literal kingdom on earth, in Jerusalem, sitting on the throne of King David, which is obviously not happened yet.

Call it what you want, it’s still absolutely false.

The Jeremiah 31 new covenant that Jesus brought us, is with the HOUSE of Israel and HOUSE of Judah, not with the church.

The church has no covenant whatsoever. The Jewish Messiah mediates the Jewish new covenant, and salvation only came to gentiles to make Israel jealous - and the gentile church has to be grafted in to that Jewish covenant by faith - all per Romans 11.

You are in serious error.
Romans 11:11 says that when Salvation comes to the Gentiles, THEN it will stir the Jews to envy.

Their fate is well prophesied and far from their eventual conversion; they will be destroyed and only a remnant will survive. Isaiah 6:11-13, Romans 9:27

You are the one in egregious error.

Jesus comes again to save Jerusalem from destruction, in Zechariah 14. Verse 5 is His return to Mount Olive prophesied in Acts.

After Jesus returns to Mount Olive, He will set up His prophesied literal, physical, and eternal kingdom on earth, reigning from Jerusalem, on the throne of King David.

Prophecies in Isaiah, Luke, Ezekiel and Jeremiah are very explicit:

Christ’s future literal earthly and eternal kingdom was prophesied in both Old Testament and New Testament prophecies:

Luk 1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Luk 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

Luk 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Isa 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall beno end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Jeremiah 23:5-6 “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, that I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; a King shall reign and prosper, and execute judgment and righteousness in the earth. In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell safely; now this is His name by which He will be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS”

Ezekiel 36 is where God says He will restore Israel back to their land FOR HIS SAKE, not for theirs - this prophecy will not be broken.

Neither will the explicit prophecies that Messiah Jesus will come again, and rule forever on earth, be broken.

Thus you are the one seriously lacking understanding of scripture.

And you have Romans 11 wrong, too. Salvation came to the gentiles onky to make Israel jealous.

As you should know, but probably don’t, Jesus came originally ONLY for the HOUSE of Israel, and ordered the apostles to avoid the gentiles completely.

Only because His own that He came for rejected Him, John 1:12 did salvation get offered to the gentiles, to make Israel jealous.

ESV
Rom 11:11 So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous.

NET
Rom 11:11 I ask then, they did not stumble into an irrevocable fall, did they? Absolutely not! But by their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make Israel jealous.

GNB
Rom 11:11 I ask, then: When the Jews stumbled, did they fall to their ruin? By no means! Because they sinned, salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make the Jews jealous of them.

Ezekiel 36 and 37 make Israel’s future destiny crystal clear, and Godg says He will do it for HIS sake, not for theirs:

Eze 36:21But I had concern for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations to which they came.

Ezekiel 36:22“Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came.

Eze 36:23And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the LORD, declares the Lord GOD, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes.

Eze 36:24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

(This is the Jeremiah 31 new covenant with the HOUSE of Israel, that took effect at the death of Jesus, per Hebrews 8,9 and 10)

Eze 36:28You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.
Ezekiel 37 continues on that topic.

The dead bones God resurrects is the nation of Israel

Eze 37:11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

Eze 37:12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

And Israel’s final destiny:

Eze 37:23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

Eze 37:26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

Eze 37:27 My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Eze 37:28 And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.

I can’t be amil, because of all the prophecies in both Testaments, that Messiah Jesus will set up an eternal, physical, and literal kingdom on earth, in Jerusalem, sitting on the throne of King David, which is obviously not happened yet.
See…I don’t have a problem with that. You want ‘eternal’…I say ‘eternity’. You want ‘physical, literal kingdom’…I say ‘eternity’. You say ‘in Jerusalem’…I say ‘How’s about the New Jerusalem?’ You say ‘the throne of King David’…I say ‘well…weren’t all those promises for ‘eternal thrones and kingdoms anyway…cough…eternity!’
And those thing seem, to me, to fit in with the fact that the NT just doesn’t fit another ‘age’ in-between ‘this age’ and ‘the age to come’. And it certainly doesn’t beat around the bush with Christ’s second coming. When he comes again we see the dead raised and judged (both just and unjust) the living given their resurrection bodies which does away with sin and death, and the cosmos being melted. So….just where, after all of that, do we even FIT a time period where folks in natural bodies go about their business which apparently includes sin AND death….?

And Romans 11 also makes it fairly clear that we are NOT to count out the National, ‘broken off’ branches either. Which means any sort of anti-Semitism under the guise of “them not being the people of God any longer” is just bunk. We love a people until the final plan of God is known for them (ie…they are dead and buried).
False claims of "Antisemetism" believe my way or your a Antisemite, smiles!

Only the Remnant Jew will be called and chosen, your claim of all "National" Israel is way out in left field

Will you pretend as if the scripture before your eyes is non-existant?

Gods words below are "Bunk"?

Romans 11:7-8KJV
7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear ; ) unto this day.

Gods words clearly show (Two Israel's) below

1.) Israel of the flesh (Jews)

2.) Israel of the promised seed (Church)

Scripture clearly teaches Israel of the flesh, they aren't the children of God, it's that simple

Romans 9:6-8KJV

6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Yes the Kingdom of God has been taken from National Ethnic Israel, And Given To The Church, a "Holy Nation" as clearly seen below

Matthew 21:43KJV

3 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

1 Peter 2:9KJV

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

Oh, for goodness sakes, so outraged that you needed to bold it AND red highlight it?
Did you hear me claim that National Israel ARE currently ‘called and chosen’?
Nope. I said we “can’t count them out”. That specifically holds future connotations, in regards to a hoped for state or position.
Or…perhaps I should let Paul say it, as me paraphrasing it puts your knickers in a bunch.

Romans 11:23-24
And even they, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again. For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be grafted back into their own olive tree
.

Will you pretend as if the scripture before your eyes is non-existant?
Exactly what scripture have I ‘pretended as non-existent?’ If you do not think my references TO scripture have been faithful, ought you not, as a matter or diligence, check my meaning first, before deciding, willy-nilly, that I’m just out and out pretending it doesn’t exist? That’s a little extreme, don’t you think? Especially, I believe, in light of my showing above that I was keeping my remarks in line with scripture. Even if you disagree with my ultimate conclusion, I would hope you would rescind the notion that I am pretending scripture is not worthy of entering the discussion.

My good man…it is not ‘pretending scripture is non-existent’ or that ‘God’s word is ‘bunk’, by placing it within its OWN CONTEXT!
What do you read JUST AFTER 11:7-8?

Romans 11:11-12
So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!

As Paul wrote, yes, there was only an elect Jewish remnant. At present, there is only an elect Jewish remnant. And going forward, there is promised to ALWAYS be an elect Jewish remnant. HOWEVER…Paul also promises that there will be a “full inclusion”. That “all Israel” will be saved. That their hardening was salvation for the Gentiles, so how glorious will their ‘full inclusion be?’ “Life from the dead!” He exults!

Now…there are different interpretations of what these references could mean, but it is a valid interpretation to say that we need to be open to the possibility that “when the times of the Gentiles has been fulfilled”, God will bring in massive numbers of Jews. To Christ. And as Christians, we ought to long for this day, not fight against it. I cannot think of a single reason why any of us would for one moment want a single person, regardless of race or creed or religion, NOT to come to Jesus. Can you?

Your error seems to reside in the fact that you’ve clearly seen me saying that National Israel are ‘the children of God’ when I haven’t. Please…point back to the place where I did…I’ll be waiting.
