Jesus' Passover consisted in Suffering-, Death-, Burial- and Resurrection-TRIUMPH : "This Jesus you crucified, God raised from the dead" and grave - The Immaculate Lamb of God, "the same yesterday, today and forever".
WHERE HAPPENED, THIS GOSPEL?

Nothing of and nothing like the Roman Catholic cross belongs in the Good News of Jesus Christ's Salvation wrought once for all in His Last Passover of Yahweh. Nothing; not in the smallest detail; nor in the broadest sense of Salvation in Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures. Nothing except coarse infidelic idolatry, the pagan idolatry of the world's "former weak and beggarly no-gods" to which the Antichrist "returned back to, to superstitiously worship and venerate them all over again."
Such deviation from the Sufferings of Christ is the Roman Catholic cross.
To the Written Order of God, the Scriptures, unscathed male animals meant for sacrifice, were not to be yoked. Never a “yoke upon Him was placed”, the Sacrifice of God for sin (Numbers 19:2b).
The images show the Antichrist-jesus carried his cross, and even needed help so that he could continue to carry it all the way. He fell beneath his cross collapsing in the dust under it, lying there while mice chewed on his face.
But Jesus of the Word of God did not carry his cross-yoke one step outside the palace of the governor, or Simon of Cyrene was put on Jesus’ cross to carry.
The Antichrist-jesus while carrying his cross, was beaten and maimed and spit on, and was shouted at and insulted and cursed and kicked and prodded onwards.
While the true Jesus walked the walk, free and majestic and triumphant in the Dignity and Worthiness of His Divinity.
Not a step of the ‘Via de la Rosa’ was Jesus the Son of God the Son of Man Our Passover, but always has been an imposter, Catholic Christianity’s darling pierrot pathetic.

I wore a necklace with a cross on it for years. Everyone who I met identified me as a Christian by it....it was symbolic of what the cross bore at the time of His Crucifixion.
Symbols are used throughout scriptures.....I do not worship the item itself but it constantly made me think of Jesus when I wore it.
Edit to add: I have never heard or known of anyone who sees someone wearing a cross be associated with Satan.

PS: Whether or not the symbol is worn or displayed, by far the most important aspect is receiving by faith the truth and doctrine associated with the Cross, inwardly and spiritually.

Thomas’ faith came out of the testimony of Scripture without a doubt. Because Thomas saw Jesus standing before him and had no need to touch Him to SEE the “prints” or “folds” or “wrinkles” EXACTLY AS THE Passover Lamb of God Our Passover. NO <<scars to find>>! He had truly risen “this SAME Jesus whom you (Thomas) had crucified BUT GOD HAD RAISED” : as Thomas would have had to find out “according to the SCRIPTURES”,
