Fox News host Tucker Carlson ripped into Joe Biden and his allies in Congress for falsely characterizing Ukraine as a democracy and noted President Volodymyr Zelensky is actually revealing all the hallmarks of an authoritarian.

“What exactly is democracy? Well, pluralism is the hallmark of it. In a democracy, citizens can have any opinion they want to have. They can express any opinion they want in public whenever they care to express it, including through mass media,” Carlson said Monday in his opening monologue of “Tucker Carlson Tonight”.

“If citizens are dissatisfied with their political leadership, they can challenge their leaders for office. Now, all of these things are true in every free country, in any period, always.”

“These are not just features of democracy. These are prerequisites for democracy. So, with that in mind, you should know about a political party in Ukraine called Opposition Platform for Life. With 43 seats in parliament, it is the largest opposition party in that country. Over the weekend, the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, banned that party. Opposition Platform for Life is now prohibited from ‘all activity within Ukraine.'”

Additionally, Carlson noted that Zelensky also signed a decree combining all national television channels into a single state-run platform.

“So, if all of these details seem shocking to you, if this is not the Zelensky you’ve heard about on the Today Show, then you may not have been paying attention to Ukraine,” Carlson said. “Zelensky has been solidifying complete control over Ukraine for a long time, since long before the Russian invasion and the war. Last year, he had his main political opponent arrested and his assets seized by the state. At the same time, Zelensky shut down three of Ukraine’s most popular television networks—channels that, not coincidentally, had criticized him.”

“So, how should we as Americans assess this? Well, first and most obviously, by admitting this is authoritarianism, it’s not democracy. Then second, by acknowledging that actually it’s pretty common around the world. Even in 2022, real democracy is a rare thing anywhere. Most countries are still governed by some variety of dictatorship, whatever they may call it, and that includes close American allies.”

Even more disturbing, Carlson says, is that U.S. lawmakers and media figures alike are praising Zelensky’s authoritarian actions and falsely claiming they’re democratic.

The answer is that our leaders actually want this same brand of authoritarianism in America but need to brand it as democracy to fool the American people.

So, maybe you’re starting to conclude these people love Zelenskyy, not because he represents the Ukrainian people, but because Zelenskyy is exactly the leader they would like to be with wildly expanded war powers to make everyone who complains shut up at gunpoint. Maybe that’s what’s going on. It seems kind of obvious when you think about it. In Australia I have never seen a more one sided bias simple minded opinion on such as this Ukraine event ever. It's like we are living in a Nazi Australia, but the majority of people are to brainwashed to understand such facts.

As president of a country whose Christian population is quickly vanishing, Syria's Bashar al-Assad has said he sees Vladimir Putin as the only world leader defending Christianity.

"When I look at the present state of things in the world I realize that Vladimir Putin is the sole defender of Christian civilization one can rely on," declared Assad during an interview with the French magazine Valeurs Actuelles earlier this week.

According to World Vision, since the start of the Syrian Civil War in 2011, more than 240,000 people have lost their lives, many of them children. Much of the repression and the slaughter of civilians has been perpetuated by Assad and his Syrian Army and secret police during their brutal crackdown on dissent.

Christians, who have been caught in the crossfire of the Arab Spring and civil war, have found a measure of protection under Assad's dictatorship.

In October, the Catholic Herald reported on comments from one of Syria's leading Christians who said Putin's intervention, while possibly motivated by selfish reasons, is helping and giving hope to Christians.

Melkite Greek Catholic Archbishop Jean-Clément Jeanbart of Aleppo said Putin's actions are giving Christians "a renewal of confidence" while helping to solve the problem of Christian genocide.

He noted that Putin "serves the Christian cause" even if he is only intervening for the interests of Moscow.

"Things have begun to change since the Russians are bombing ISIS," the Archbishop told the Daily Express in October.

"My colleagues — bishops, priests and faithful — in Syria now feel they have hope that the problems will be sorted and the war will finish since Russia intervened and struck Daesh [Islamic State] seriously," the Archbishop added.

In 2012 The Christian Post reported that Putin told Metropolitan Hilarion, a bishop in the Russian Orthodox Church, that he would defend Christianity across the globe.

"You needn't have any doubt that that's the way it will be," Putin assured the Russian cleric, when asked about making the defense of Christianity an essential component of his foreign policy.

In a meeting with Christian leaders in Moscow in 2013, Putin declared: "In many of the world's regions, especially in the Middle East and in North Africa inter-confessional, tensions are mounting and the rights of religious minorities are infringed, including Christians and Orthodox Christians."

Putin has sparred with the United States and President Barack Obama over strategy in Syria and confronting IS. Obama continues to assert that Assad must be replaced in Syria, calling him as recently as Thursday "a brutal, murderous dictator."

Putin has worked to strengthen and stabilize the Assad regime despite opposition from Obama and some American allies in the West.

Obama has received criticism, especially from Assad, for empowering IS during his efforts to support rebels fighting the Syrian dictator, many who have now joined the terror group.

In 2012, Obama said if the Assad regime used chemical weapons against their own people that it would constitute "a red line" with "enormous consequences," meaning American military intervention. When evidence of chemical weapons emerged, however, Obama failed to act, weakening his credibility in the region.

Among the presidential candidates, GOP front-runner Donald Trump has been a lone voice in favor of Putin's efforts in Syria.

"You know that, if Putin wants to knock the hell out of ISIS, I'm all for it 100 percent and I can't understand how anybody would be against that," Trump said during the November Fox Business debate.

Putin, who has clashed with the West, has argued that Russia and other countries around the globe are in a battle against the Western World that has now become alienated from Christianity.

"Many Euro-Atlantic countries have moved away from their roots, including Christian values," declared Putin.

"Policies are being pursued that place on the same level a multi-child family and a same-sex partnership, a faith in God and a belief in Satan. This is the path to degradation," he added in a 2013 speech.

Putin, French President Francois Hollande, and former President Nicolas Sarkozy are now calling for a more unified global effort in the war against IS.

"We need everyone in order to exterminate Daech [IS, ISIL, ISIS], including the Russians. There cannot be two coalitions in Syria," Sarkozy, told French media after meeting Hollande Sunday.

Secret Plan to Send 10,000 NATO “Peacekeeping Troops” Into Ukraine

A secret plan for a “peacekeeping mission” involving 10,000 NATO troops from different countries entering Ukraine and imposing a limited no fly zone is allegedly being prepared by the Polish government.

Polish news outlet Onet reports that President of Poland Andrzej Duda is waiting on a green light from the White House to implement the proposal.

Created by the Polish Ministry of Defense, the plan would see 10,000 NATO troops formed of an international contingent sent to Ukraine to “protect humanitarian corridors” and enforce a no fly zone over them.

“It means setting up military units, at a distance from the frontlines, that would be tasked with defending humanitarian convoys with food and medicine and the ones allowing civilians to escape danger,” the article states.

Of course, the official reason for sending the troops and the real reason could very well be somewhat different in nature.

According to ReMix News, “One of the scenarios includes implementing a no-fly zone over the largest of Ukraine’s cities, which would mark a serious escalation and likely a direct conflict with Russia.”

The plan is seemingly on hiatus because of a disagreement between President Duda and the Ministry of Defence with Law and Justice (PiS) leadership because Duda wants Washington’s approval before going ahead.

According to the report, the White House will consider the plan before Thursday’s NATO summit in Brussels before a decision is made.

PiS head Jaroslaw Kaczynski previously visited Kiev, where he appealed to NATO powers to implement the “peace mission.”

“I would like to appeal to conscience of the European leaders. I think that it is necessary to have a peace mission: NATO, possibly some wider international structure. But a mission that will be able to defend itself, which will operate on Ukrainian territory,” said Kaczynski.

Thanks to Joe Biden’s policies and acquiescence to China, America may experience a full-blown food shortage, Fox News host Tucker Carlson explained.

“The first three things that any normal nation needs and thinks about obsessively are food, water, and energy. That’s the standard. In China, for example. Every government policy, foreign and domestic, is designed above all to secure adequate reserves of food, water and energy, and that makes sense,” Carlson said Friday on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Instead, Biden was focused on “environmental equity” and amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

“The ‘Build Back Better’ agenda was the opposite of that,” Carlson continued. “It did not address, at all, about whether Americans might have enough to eat or could afford enough heating fuel to keep from freezing to death over the winter. Biden’s agenda was focused on the kind of added extras you get to when you’ve fixed everything else and then still have trillions left over.”

“A food shortage is not like deciding to skip dessert. It’s not a diet, it’s not voluntary. A food shortage is different. It’s scary. Food shortages topple governments. They turn moderates into revolutionaries.”

“A food shortage is a big deal. You don’t want one. But now we’re getting one, just a little over a year into Joe Biden’s presidency,” he added.

The looming crisis is exacerbated in part because of Biden’s sanctions against Russia that he admitted don’t work, Carlson explained.

“So, what is the point? We’re not sure, that’s a topic for another show. But, in the meantime, this country, we know this for sure, is being badly hurt by those sanctions. As Reuters recently reported, ‘Western sanctions on Russia, a major exporter of potash, ammonia, urea and other soil nutrients, have disrupted shipments of those key inputs around the globe. Fertilizer is key to keeping corn, soy, rice and wheat yields high.’”

Biden has also made the situation even more dire by shutting down domestic energy production in the U.S and allowing China to scoop up precious American farmland, Carlson said.

“It’s not just the war in Ukraine. In response to energy and food shortages, the Biden administration is shutting down domestic oil and gas production,” he noted. “That makes food more expensive, it makes everything else more expensive. And as the pressure on American farmers rises, and as food becomes scarcer and more expensive in this country, that same administration is allowing the government of China to buy up this country’s farmland.”

And how is the government responding to this preventable crisis they engineered? By doling out even more stimulus checks.

“For the second time in two years, politicians are sending out welfare checks to compensate for economic crises that they caused,” Carlson pointed out. “So, if you wanted to increase inflation, if you wanted to make the population weak and dependent upon you, this is what you’d probably do. Free bread next.”

Z: you really need to define Judaism (Judeo) and Gentile very, very clearly. I suspect you really have not examined these words closely and the wide implication and impact they have on believers and even yourself. I suspect, just taking a very educated guess just based on your post, your definitions are far apart from mine. And because of these drastic differences in definition, I suspect, as many other share your view, as mine is now in the minority, many others have headed down a path of spiritual chaos already without realizing it. And now a part of 'a problem' with in the Body of Christ. Yes, I believe that you and many others have been fooled into believing a false meaning for these giant words of Judaism and Gentile.

Paul additionally describes them also as not of Israel those born only according to the flesh and not the Spirit. They are not the children of Abraham, Jesus says the same thing to them in John 8.
