Start Walking: International Energy Agency Calls for Urgent Restrictions on Domestic Oil Supplies

Give up your car and start walking. That’s an order. The International Energy Agency (IEA) on Friday directed global governments to urgently cut oil supply to domestic consumers and encourage compliance with its call for lowered consumption.

The IEA 10-point plan to drive “changes in the behaviour of consumers” and reduce gas demand at the pump includes reducing speed limits, working from home three days a week, more electric cars, car-free Sundays, more cycle lanes, cheaper public transport and greater use of long-distance trains over planes.

The IEA also called on the OPEC+ group of oil-producing nations led by Saudi Arabia and Russia to help “relieve the strain” on markets, while warning that the world faced the biggest shock to supply “in decades.”

The outbreak of war in Ukraine has already led to major economies, such as the United States and Canada, sanctioning Russia by banning imports of oil as prices soar accordingly.

The IEA warned earlier this week of the risk of a global supply crisis as major oil companies, trading houses, shipping firms and banks have shunned Russia, AFP reports.

With the threat that supplies of Russian oil could disappear, “there is a real risk that markets tighten further and oil prices escalate significantly in the coming months” as the world enters its peak demand season, the IEA said.

“As a result of Russia’s appalling aggression against Ukraine, the world may well be facing its biggest oil supply shock in decades, with huge implications for our economies and societies,” IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol said in a statement.

Increases in supply of the crucial commodity “would not be able to ease the current strains” after the “disappointing outcome” of a recent monthly meeting of OPEC+, the IEA report concluded.

The OPEC+ group has resisted U.S. pressure to lift production for months, agreeing only to modest increases in output at its regular meetings, even after Russia invaded Ukraine.

Economist Survey Reveals Significant Vaccine Injury Rate
From the data collected the ratio reveals there have been 307,997 deaths from the shot. The method used gives a 95% confidence interval between 215,018 and 391,410 deaths. Using the same mathematical approach to identify the number of severe adverse events to the general population, the data show there were roughly 1.1 million severe events and 2.3 million less severe events from the shot.

He acknowledges that much of what people see and report is through the lens of their biases. One of those is political affiliation. He showed that people who identified as Democrats reported far fewer shot-related deaths than did Republicans or independents. This likely also affects the number of deaths and adverse events reported to VAERS.

Using the fatality counts by party affiliation, he found that if the Democrat perception was correct, there were 119,000 fatalities compared to 487,000 fatalities if the Republican perception was correct. This gives a potential range of deaths and illustrates the differences in perceptions of people based on how they see the world. However, no matter which number is used, it is still far more than the number of fatalities reported in the VAERS system.22

Unprecedented US Death Toll Keeps Rising
While the data from Skidmore and the U.K. reflect the death rate from COVID-19, it is also important to track the number of all-cause mortality as it's one of the most reliable data points we have. This statistic is clear-cut. Either a person is dead or they're not. It does not rely on the reason for death.

In early 2022, mutual insurance holding company OneAmerica23 announced an increase in the death rate of working Americans, aged 18 to 64, in the third quarter of 2021. Their data show it was 40% higher than prepandemic levels.

Other insurance companies have also cited higher mortality rates,24 including the Hartford Insurance Group that announced mortality increased 32% from 2019 and 20% from 2020 before the shots. Lincoln National reported death claims have increased 13.7% year over year and 54% in quarter four of 2021 compared to 2019.

Funeral homes are also posting an increase in burials and cremations in 2021 over 2020.25 One large German health insurance company reported26,27 their company data were nearly 14 times greater than the number of deaths reported by the German government. This data were gathered directly from doctors applying for payment from a sample of 10.9 million people.

The rising death toll that can be linked to the COVID shots is an inconvenient truth for the health agencies that have promoted mass vaccinations with a genetic therapy experiment. In what appears to be a response to this data, Health and Human Services (HHS) have decided to stop the reporting requirements for hospitals and acute care facilities on COVID-19 deaths.

Although the information is published on the HHS website, fact-checkers have claimed the viral social media posts are “false” by simply changing the headline. So, while the HHS publicly announced they would no longer require hospitals to report deaths from COVID-19, fact-checkers erroneously report the U.S. government is not ending daily COVID death reporting.

If it helps to sort all this out, an unnamed federal health official actually acknowledged the move to stop reporting COVID-19 hospital deaths when they spoke with a reporter from WSWS, calling the move “incomprehensible.” The official added, “It is the only consistent, reliable and actionable dataset at the federal level. Ninety-nine percent of hospitals report 100% of the data every day. I don’t know any scientists who want to have less data.”

As readers know, I refer often to “dumb#### Americans.” I am beginning to wonder if the same applies to Russians.

As for dumb#### Americans, the evidence is never ending. We now have a Pew Research poll of Americans, if it is accurate, that finds that 36% of American Republicans and 35% of American Democrats support American military intervention against Russia in Ukraine “even if it risks a nuclear conflict with Russia.” The Poll finds that half of the US population thinks that Russia’s concern with her national security is a “major threat” to US interests. https://www.rt.com/news/552095-americans-nuclear-war-ukraine/

It blows my mind that more than one-third of the US population are willing to endure nuclear Armageddon for the utterly corrupt, nazi-dominated Washington puppet state of Ukraine. Americans have no interest whatsoever in Ukraine, and Ukrainians are an insignificant percentage of the US population. The dumb#### Americans who are willing to go to nuclear war for Ukraine are the dumb####s who sit in front of CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, listen to NPR, read the NY Times and Washington Post. These are people who are brainwashed and live in a false reality created for them by official narratives that serve only the narrow interests of the ruling elite. Most of the dumb####s wouldn’t die for their spouse, parents, or children. But they are so programmed by the whore media that they are willing to die so Ukraine can shell Donbass Russians in their villages and cities. Really, this is stupidity beyond imagination.

I have always thought that Putin and the governing class in Russia were more intelligent, but I am beginning to wonder. Certainly Putin called Washington out at the 2007 Munich Security Conference when he said that Washington’s unipolar world was over, that there were now on the scene other powers with independent interests. However that was 15 years ago. Since that time, other than repel the US orchestrated Georgian attack on South Ossetia and the recent attempt at color revolution in Kazakhstan, Russia has done nothing to protect her vital interests. To the contrary, the Russian central bank placed its foreign exchange reserves abroad where they have been confiscated. The Kremlin has encouraged the West’s opinion of Russia as pussies by permitting eight years of shelling of the Donbass republics by Ukrainian neo-Nazis using weapons provided by Washington and its NATO puppets. And now the Kremlin has permitted all sanction outrages against Russia without applying devastating counter-sanctions. Putin has adopted the role of the government leader who obeys international law alone in the world. As I have often thought, the Kremlin has no idea what it is dealing with. Russia is riddled with doubt about the Soviet past and is a sitting duck for Washington’s psyops operation.

As I said would happen, Russia’s go-slow war has played 100% into their enemies’ hands. Russia needed a quick victory to forestall a devastating psyops campaign against her and to intimidate further NATO expansion. What the Kremlin achieved by believing that the West would respect humanitarian intentions is infamy. Instead of discouraging provocations of Russia that will eventually lead to nuclear war, the Kremlin’s liberal goody-goodly war policy, which the West sees as irresolution, has encouraged more provocations Now the Kremlin is faced with in a few days the former Russian province of Georgia participating with NATO in military exercises. Finland, seeing nothing but Russian weakness in Ukraine, as portrayed by the Western pressititues, is now brave enough to apply for NATO membership.

It looks as if it will take the Russian military longer to subdue part of powerless Ukraine than it took Hitler to conquer all of Europe. This does not impress Europeans that it is dangerous to provoke Russia. It doesn’t shake the belief in the expansion of NATO. All NATO members know that the expansion of NATO is an offensive measure, not a defensive one. The purpose of missile bases on Russia’s border is to remove Russia as a constraint on Washington’s hegemony.

The Saker and Andrei Martyanov defend Russia’s military capability, but what good is it if it cannot be used, because the Kremlin doesn’t want to harm many civilians or scare Europe? Putin thinks that Washington’s empire is going to fail, but not when Europe sees Russia failing. If reports are correct, the Kremlin didn’t even have enough sense to get its foreign exchange reserves out of the hands of its enemies, where they have been confiscated, before initiating its limited military intervention in Ukraine.

The question that the Russian press hasn’t asked is why did Russia’s Finance Minister, Anton Siluanov, who has announced that half of Russia’s gold and foreign exchange has been seized by sanctions, permit the incompetent head of the Russian bank, Elvira Nabiullina, to disperse Russia’s foreign exchange reserves abroad where it was easily stolen by the sanctions? This level of incompetence is unbelievable even in a third world country. Why does Putin support these obviously incompetent officials whose every action supports the effectiveness of the West’s sanctions against Russia?

Russia’s problem is that the Kremlin cannot get its mind around the fact that the West is Russia’s enemy, not its partner. The Foreign Ministry seems to think that only misunderstandings need to be cleared up so that Russia can be part of the West.

An article published in 2014 explains Russian impotence despite Russia’s clear, and unused, military superiority. The author explains that “President Putin’s inability or unwillingness to stand up more vigorously to the geopolitical aggressions of the Unites States and its allies stems, therefore, not so much from military weakness, or lack of economic resources per se, as it is from the way its economy has become dependent on oligarch’s economic role and, therefore, on the skittish global markets, or the imperialistic whims of Western powers. Sadly, Russia is not alone in grappling with this dilemma of economic dependency and/or vulnerability to globalization of markets—in essence, to the whims of international financial markets, or the aspirations of the global plutocracy.” Putin Blinks In all these years, Russia (and China) have done little to insulate themselves from adverse forces operating against them.

In short, Washington conquered Russia in the Yeltsin years when the Russian intellectual class and the oligarchs, who privatized in their bank accounts Russia’s national resources, found that their interests resided in the West and not in Russian sovereignty. The Kremlin, demonstrating its commitment to democracy and openness, has permitted innumerable Western and CIA financed NGOs to operate inside Russia in behalf of Washington. The Kremlin, in its naivete, has tolerated, perhaps even supported, a fifth column against Russia within itself. The Kremlin’s toleration of a fifth column working against Russia is beyond comprehension.

I am aware that the sanctions against Russia will alert other countries that might have aspirations of sovereignty and that awareness will spread that it is Washington’s hegemony, not Russia, that is a threat to the world. But can this awareness be effective?

The Western pressitutes control the narratives. Facts do not matter to the West, no matter how many times Putin and Lavrov stress the facts. They waste their time and energy.

In the Western world facts are powerless, as is evidence of all kind. In the place of facts there are official narratives that turn lies into truth and that turn fiction into fact. The Russians waste their time responding to false accusations. The accusations are a psyops operation. By responding the Kremlin validates the accusations.

I have come to the conclusion that the Kremlin lacks the awareness that it is dealing with evil that is smarter and more determined than the Kremlin. The Kremlin’s failure to deal with the West with force is leading the world to nuclear armageddon. Washington, sensing Russian weakness and having so many allies against Russia is going to push the provocations to the point that the only alternative to Russia’s surrender is nuclear war.

Russia’s problem is that the Kremlin cannot get its mind around the fact that the West is Russia’s enemy, not its partner.

I would think that the opposite was the case. The West deluded itself into thinking that Russia was no longer the enemy (in the face of evidence contradicting that). But Russia has always been the enemy of democracy, liberty and justice for all. But now all the Western leaders, the EU, the UN, the WEF, etc are all bound and determined to destroy democracy, liberty and justice for all. They are all committed to the Great Reset. So opposition to Russia and China means absolutely nothing. Tyranny was established through COVID nonsense throughout the Western world. And Ukraine is simply an excellent excuse to have the attention of Americans deflected from the extremely serious problems created by the Democrats and the Biden administration. Warning: Global Deep State May Be Planning Assassination of President Biden When He Travels To Europe Next Week

Joe Biden has become a liability for the global deep state, which is why they may try to have him assassinated as a way of accelerating a world war against Russia.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky’s chief diplomatic adviser on Saturday asked Biden to visit the embattled city of Kyiv next week during his trip to Brussels, saying in a taunting message that “one should not be afraid to – if you are brave.”

Inviting a sitting U.S. president to an active war zone is probably not the wisest idea.

Coincidentally, this comes amid reports by the Russian military that they received intelligence of Ukrainian nationalist hardliners planning to target U.S. and Western military installations in Lviv.

“The officer spoke…about [planned] terrorist acts in Lvov [the city’s Russian-language name] against employees and facilities of the diplomatic missions maintained by the US and other Western nations,” said Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov.

What’s more, the Ukrainian government is apparently aware of this plot but is doing nothing to stop it.

“I’d like to stress that the Kiev regime is fully aware of the plans harbored by the nationalists, but is doing nothing to prevent them,” Konashenkov added.

The stage appears to be set to have Biden assassinated during his diplomatic visit to Europe.

Such a scenario could echo the prelude to World War I, where Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand’s assassination by Serbia’s Black Hand terrorists in 1914 was actually orchestrated by the British Secret Service.

Biden’s assassination could potentially be extremely useful to the globalists not just to spark a global war, but to also alleviate political fallout for the Democrats in America.

The Democrats are getting dragged down politically because of Biden’s terrible polling due to his disastrous radical domestic and foreign policy positions.

Bracing for massive losses in the incoming midterms, Democrats have even been discussing amongst themselves how best to replace Biden in 2024.

At this point, to the globalists, Biden is now more useful dead than alive, which is a precarious situation for the whole world.

However, in a veiled response to Ukraine’s request, Biden’s press secretary Jen Psaki said Sunday that Biden would not travel to Ukraine during his visit to Brussels.

Biden is instead scheduled to appear at a NATO meeting “to discuss ongoing deterrence and defense efforts” against Russia and a G-7 meeting with European leaders.

Hopefully his bumbling European visit will go off without a hitch.

I would think that the opposite was the case. The West deluded itself into thinking that Russia was no longer the enemy (in the face of evidence contradicting that). Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has made it clear that Moscow will not propose initiatives to normalize relations with the West at this point.

On Saturday, Lavrov announced that while Russia was "open to cooperation with any countries, including Western ones," Moscow was not going to "propose any initiatives" aimed at normalizing relations with the West. Instead, Lavrov said, Russia would wait and "see how they will be finding a way out of this dead end they have driven themselves into."

On top of that, Russia's top diplomat argued that "even regardless of the situation around Ukraine and sanctions, the West's behavior just goes to show that it is an unreliable partner." The recent freezing of Russia's central bank's assets, according to Lavrov, illustrates that other countries' reserves could potentially be "simply stolen" too.

Lavrov also claimed that Western companies that have pulled out of Russia have done so under immense pressure from their governments. He added that Moscow would solve all the economic problems it was facing.
