The nwt calls Jesus-a god small g--that is not calling one The God, small g means-has godlike qualities. Satan is called god small g at 2 Cor 4:4--he is not being called The God. Jesus was clear--Those who entered the broad and spacious path that leads to destruction. Gods love, mercy and justice make a literal eternal suffering an impossible truth. A false truth taught by blind guides, showing God as a sadist. It was symbolic. A single teaching about it proves that--A place where the worm( maggot) dieth not---No worm or maggot could survive an hour in a literal hot firey place.
NWT Thomas said to Jesus, "My Lord and my God"!
NWT "they will be tormented day and night FOREVER and EVER".
Symbolic? lol
That's the JW twist!

Catholicism translating is in your bible. Their own translating exposes them as false religion, its why the protestants ran to start with. Jesus was never with that religion, his adversary is. And every branch using her twisted translating to fit false council teachings. The NWT fixed the errors, not only that. The only translators on earth who had the love and respect for God and his will to put his name back where he willed it to be, nearly 7000 places. Condemned by the blind guides using altered translations done by satans will to mislead. It was by satans will Gods name was removed to mislead, and it does.
So Catholicism is false and the WatchTower is right?

I don't recall any JW answering the original question here.

"Since JW's are constantly telling us our Bible is wrong, is Kingdom Hall / the WatchTower ever wrong?"

Gee, I wonder why.

Here is what the bible teaches--Deut 32:4--All of Gods ways are justice---Thus his justice scales are uncorruptable and he taught all that perfect balance on his justice scales= An eye for an eye = perfect balance.
Lets look at those scales applied to eternal suffering being literal---- On one side, 70-100 years of a life of unrepented sin--- On the other side- trillions x trillions x trillions of never ending years of punishment in an eternal suffering.

See any balance= No. Thus the God you are being taught is not the true God of the bible. The reason for that is because the ones teaching you do not know him.

The symbolism of the reality of eternal suffering is as follows--- As each new day dawns in Gods kingdom, those not allowed to enter, miss each day, miss each day of Gods love, it never ends-likened to be an eternal suffering.

So Catholicism is false and the WatchTower is right?

Daniel 12:4--In these last days, truth has become abundant.
Here is the prime example of the misleading being done to those using the altered versions----- Joel 2:31-32--Those who call on the name of YHWH(Jehovah) will be saved--Quoted at Acts 2:21-Acts 2:16 proves its that quote from Joel. But your bibles Have LORD in the OT and Lord in the NT, thus all who know Jesus is Lord will call on his name because they are mislead by the removal of Gods name--YHWH(Jehovah) belongs at Joel and at Acts. Even Jerome prior to his Latin Vulgate told the Pope-God name belongs in the NT as well as the OT.

That sounds so Democrat, accusing others of exactly what YOU did to me. You LIED!

Oh I didn't lie about anything Jack, except in your own mind. People choose to believe a lie over the truth about Genesis 2:7. I know many people think that they're honestly believing and teaching the truth when they teach human beings have living souls or living persons in their human bodies, and I know that they honestly believe themselves to be doing God a sacred service when they teach that human beings have living souls, or a living person, in their human bodies. However, they are choosing to believe a lie, and that's their choice. I know they can read just like anybody else, so they can read what God inspired Moses to write down at Genesis 2:7, and what the True God inspired Moses to write down is very clear and self explanatory. Genesis 2:7 clearly shows that when the True God created the first human being, that human being was created a living soul, God didn't first create a living soul or living person then give that human body that living soul or living person. A human being is a living soul, or living person. So human beings don't have living souls or living persons in their flesh and blood human bodies that leave their flesh and blood human body and go somewhere else, when a human being grows old and dies. When the breath of life(spirit) leaves the human body then the living soul or living person ceases to exist as a living soul or living person.

So Barney, why don't you answer the question?

"Has Kingdom Hall / WatchTower Ever Been Wrong?"

Do you need Kingdom Hall's permission?

.
1Pet 4:19 . .Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God
commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator.

Peter emphasized that human soul was created rather than produced by a
mysterious interaction of time, space, and matter. In other words: human
soul had both a beginning and a beginner; viz: human soul would not exist
at all had not a higher power willed it into existence.

Soul began appearing in the Bible in the book of Genesis by the Hebrew
word nephesh (neh'-fesh) which isn't unique to human life. Its first
appearance is at Gen 1:20-21 in reference to aqua creatures and winged
creatures; again at Gen 1:24 as terra creatures; viz: cattle, creepy crawlies,
and wild beasts; and again in Gen 2:7 as the human creature; and yet again
at Gen 9:10 to classify every living thing aboard Noah's ark.

God has a soul. (Lev 26:11, Lev 26:30, Judg 10:16, Isa 42:1, Jer 32:41,
and Zech 11:8)

Jesus has a soul too. (Ps 16:8-10, Acts 2:25-31, and John 12:27)

Soul is somewhat ambiguous but basically refers to consciousness, self
awareness, and individuality. It's sometimes a reference to one's heart, e.g.
Gen 34:3, and to the core of one's being, e.g. Gen 27:4.

All in all, soul is just another way of referring to the part of human life that
we call "self" which is defined by Webster's as the union of elements (such
as body, emotions, thoughts, and sensations) that constitute the
individuality and identity of a person.

In its entirety, normal human life consists of body, soul, and spirit. (1Thess
5:23). Those three components are divisible, viz: the soul is capable of
continuing after the body's demise (Matt 10:28, Luke 23:46, and Heb 4:12)
and that's very important to know because according to Ps 16:10 and Acts
2:25-31, Jesus' soul survived crucifixion.

That's the JW twist!

What Thomas said, "My Lord and my God" doesn't disagree or make void what Jesus Christ said at John 20:17, which teaches us that Jesus has a Father and God that is also his apostles Father and God, that includes Thomas. So what Thomas says at John 20:28, "My Lord and my God" has to be taken into consideration the things Jesus had said earlier, which Thomas knew about. For instance, less than two weeks previously before Thomas had made the remark at John 20:28, "My Lord and my God" Thomas had heard Jesus pray to God at John 17:3, this scripture says, "This is eternal life, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. Also on the forth day after Jesus said what he said at John 17:3 Jesus Christ says on the day of his resurrection at John 20:17 that he has a Father and God that was also his apostles and disciples Father and God. So from what Jesus said at John 17:3 and what he said at John 20:17, Thomas knew who his own God was, meaning Thomas knew that the same God that was Jesus God was his God too, and the same person that was Jesus Father was Thomas Father too. So Thomas wasn't calling Jesus a liar, when he said, My Lord and my God to Jesus at John 20:28. As I said Thomas knew his God wasn't Jesus Christ but instead Thomas knew his God was the same person who was Jesus God. Thomas also knew that his Father was the same Father that was Jesus Father.

Why don't you quote Scripture for all to see? Do you need to get Kingdom Hall's permission?

I'm not a JW myself but I know they used to have the cross on their publications like at top left of this one in 1912, but later dropped it because they thought crosses were wrong-

rel-JW-Watchtower-1912.jpg

Also they used to disparage blacks but have nowadays presumably admitted that was wrong too-

"..the white race exhibits some qualities of superiority over any other.....the greater intelligence and aptitude of the Caucasian.."— Zion's Watch Tower 07/15 1902
"..colored people have less education than whites.....reading matter distributed to a colored congregation would more than half of it be utterly wasted"- Zion's Watch Tower 03/15 1900

so it's possible the JW's might do more flip-flopping in the future and decide some of their other beliefs (below) are wrong too..:)-
