John 3:16 denies the Satanic Doctrine of : "TULIP". "Hyper Calvinism" that owns your mind @ElectedbyHim .

John says that Jesus was given to the "WORLD".. and that is every person on it..... as its not talking about the rocks and the trees.

So, Jesus was offered as the Eternal Sin Offering on The Cross = for the "WORLD">....and John explains this as "WHOSOEVER"......

And Calvinism, as TULIP, denies this, as this "doctrine of devils' teaches that Jesus didn't do this...

"Jesus came into the world to SAVE SINNERS".

See that @ElectedbyHim ?............"To save SINNERS"....and who is that? That is """ALL have sinned, there is none righteous, no not one""""..

Comprehend?

So, "ALL have sinned" and "Jesus came into the world to save SINNERS".

Comprehend"?

And John 3:16, defines these "sinners", as "the WORLD"... "everyone"... "Whosoever".

No proof in the one verse that you posted.

What is hyper calvinism?

The "whosoevers" are the sinners that God draws to His son, are the elect.

You have not explained anything, or refuted anything and are just spewing hatred.

You are clueless to the Doctrines of Grace as all of your posts show.

I will engage in conversation with you when you undersatnd what you are talking about and stop your hate posting.

@Behold, And I will keep telling you as long as you do not get the gist of Romans 14-25, you will NEVER understand salvation the same as with John 3:16!!

And, this the problem with many Christians and that is, they don't understand Bible doctrines and its' interpretations!

You must first qualify the word "whosoever" before you can understand John 3:16.and it is NOT talking about each and everyone. Because if it is, you are making man as the king maker although it is God's salvation plan.

And Paul said that he was the chief sinner, Lol.
Imagine, if Jesus came to save all sinners, no one will go to hell.
Comprende???

False, already explained above.

Actually, if you ask the question, "how did God love the world?" Your answer would be "that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him (only the elect, the chosen and those given to Him by the Father) will believe.

Comprende???

To God Be The Glory
Excellent.

@Behold, And I will keep telling you as long as you do not get the gist of Romans 14-25, you will NEVER understand salvation the same as with John 3:16!!

You dont understand the "blood atonement" that is the reason the OT OLD Covenant is gone, and is replaced with "Thee Grace of God" that is the Cross of Christ., that is the "New Covenant" that is the New Testament.

And, this the problem with many Christians and that is, they don't understand Bible doctrines and its' interpretations!

Look deeply into the mirror.
You're the man, himself.

The reason you are trying to "qualify" the word "WORLD"..... by redefining it as Hyper Calvinism's .... "only the elect".... is because you are the disciple of a Theology that is Satanic.
Im not..

God is not a Calvinist.
Jesus is not a Calvinist.

God makes CHRISTIANS..

Calvinism makes deceived CALVINISTS.. like you, @JunChosen

And Paul said that he was the chief sinner,

No, Paul didnt didnt say that.. you misquoted the Verse to try to prove a lie.

He said He was the : "Chief OF sinners'"

What is that?
That is Paul explaining that in HIS Definition of the worst TYPE of sinner...the "CHIEF".. the "GREATEST"...the "WORST OF ALL"...it was Himself.
Why?
Because He was helping to murder Christians...before He was born again and became the greatest Christian of All.

= Paul is explaining in His verse that you misquoted, that....>>"Look at what the Grace of God can do, to the worst of all... ME">.
"See how amazing = is God's Grace"....
Paul is actually giving God PRAISE....and people like you who are not real students of the Bible, do not understand this.. as your cult teaching, that you follow, will always prevent you from seeing the word of God correctly.

"how did God love the world?"

God so loved all of us.. (the world full of sinners)..John 3:16...... that He Gave Jesus to The Cross to offer forgiveness and reconciliation to EVERYONE.. = "The World"..

You must have missed Matthew 1:21 which reads:
"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins."

NOT TO "EVERYONE" AS YOU'VE CLAIMED!!!

You said:
No, Paul didnt didnt say that.. you misquoted the Verse to try to prove a lie.

Isn't that what I quoted? Lol

The belief osas, is a false doctrine to begin with, so the question posed is irrelevant
Can you lose your salvation?

Do you have to maintain your own salvation?

If so. thats a huge burden to bare.

If It were me, I surely would go to hell, cause there is no way in my humaness I could maintain this.

You guys are good that can hang on to your salvation, I could never do that.

God' Spirit does it for me.

Yes, you can lose your salvation. One way is too renounce christ after you've been converted as the newly converted Jews were warned of in the book of Hebrews.
And, there is a remedy for sin after conversion; it's repentance

My position.

We cannot by an act of our own will undo what only God can do in the first place.
Even in the case of reprobation, it is God's decision. And the Good Shepherd goes after the lost sheep.

[
Why is the sheep lost?
It was part of the flock.

The Jews in Hebrews were being warned of apostacy.

I do not believe one can lose his salvation or renounce Christ.

If this is true, it is evidence that they were nevere truly regenerated.

1 Jonn 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they were of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be manifested that they all are not of us.

I don not buy it and do not see it as Biblical.

To many Scriptures that say the opposite.

However, to each his own.

@DJT_47

Can you share how you maintain your salvation?

What if you commit one small sin (lying), do you lose your salvation.

What is the process to get your salvation back?

Grace and peace to you.

Indeed.

Ha.
LOL
But seriously, the real issue here is whether we have eternal security.
NOSAS folks claim that we do not, I claim that we do.

In fact, the Christian life without eternal security seems tragic to me.
Wait until the end to see if you made it? Live in constant fear and uncertainty?
No thanks!

Are there conflicting scriptures on the subject, of course.
Does God want us to find peace in Him? Certainly.
Does NOSAS accomplish that? Certainly not.

All Believers have eternal security.

Those that do not believe it need to study more.

Study is good, but the Bible is contradictory on the subject. IMHO

So, ultimately, a person needs to decide whether their relationship with God
reflects peace and security, or doubt and insecurity. Are we trying to save ourselves
by living the Christian life as if we are walking a tight-rope over an abyss?
One false move and we are toast? I don't think that is what God wants for us.

BTW: Welcome to the forum.

The only way that "Eternal Security" as the eternal security of the born again believer isn't true...........is if Jesus's Sacrifice failed on The Cross.

If it did, then when Jesus told this WORLD from The CROSS........"IT IS FINISHED">.......(completed).... He is lying.

That would make John a liar who wrote : John 3:16.
That would mean that all the Apostles , except for John, were martyr's for Christ, for NOTHING.

How do we know Jesus didnt Lie, from The Cross ??????????????

Because Jesus rose from the Dead, and is alive right now.......including being "CHRIST IN YOU">., .if you are a born again believer,.
