That is because they are innocentsI have met mentally handicapped believers that were an absolute fountain of joyous transformation.

both- transformation means little without knowledge. You can see people apparently transformed by joining the Mormons or RCC- does that mean they are saved? In the final analysis, will we be judged by knowledge or transformation?

Did they need to get saved? That is because they are innocents
There is no salvation in doctrine. Only God can save.both- transformation means little without knowledge. You can see people apparently transformed by joining the Mormons or RCC- does that mean they are saved?
Yes. If they are capable of understanding their sin and the need to accept Christ then they must do so. However if they are so extremely intellectually deficient that they are incapable of knowing and understanding sin, then God treats them as babies. They are coveredDid they need to get saved?

is that a loophole in your doctrine?Yes. If they are capable of understanding their sin and the need to accept Christ then they must do so. that is not a loophole- God does not judge and condemn people who cannot be held accountable for their sin. They must reach the age of spiritual maturity- an age that was set in biblical times but nowadays it depends on the child. In Exodus times the age was under 20- trying to find the right passage and having trouble- its something about the young people not knowing their right hand from their left. then over the centuries it got dropped to 12. The Jews today would say 13 but Jesus was 12 so I go by that. Nowadays it depends on the maturity of the child and what age they are exposed to evilis that a loophole in your doctrine?
What does the Bible say?
[
Right. It's an unbiblical doctrine created by those who rightly oppose the hell doctrine on the basis of God's good character.that is not a loophole- God does not judge and condemn people who cannot be held accountable for their sin. Hell is not unbiblical. Look it up, there are more than adequate resources online to answer any questions you have. Dont be lazy. Do it. Unless you fear the truth. Get your head out of this fantasyland you have locked yourself into. Not only that you didnt even pay attention to what I said.Right. It's an unbiblical doctrine created by those who rightly oppose the hell doctrine on the basis of God's good character.
But they reserve the hell doctrine for those that they call the enemies of God. Even though not everyone even knew who God/Jesus was.

You probably support the doctrine of the final judgement known as Damnationism. (eternal conscious torment)Hell is not unbiblical. Did Jesus die to save you from God?Hell is not unbiblical. Look it up, there are more than adequate resources online to answer any questions you have. Dont be lazy. Do it. Unless you fear the truth. Yes He did. As you say, God is love..........but that isn't all He is. He is also a consuming fire.Did Jesus die to save you from God?
[
Yes? That's preposterous.Yes He did. As you say, God is love..........but that isn't all He is. He is also a consuming fire.
The scriptures are able to make one wise unto salvation. There is value in the washing of the water of the word.....to wash and cleanse, to encourage, to warn, to instruct and exhort.....since we have a race to run in order to win the prize. There is no salvation in doctrine. Only God can save.
"My doctrinal opinion is true; you're doctrinal opinion is false." - Got it?
The (potential) Treachery of Doctrine > My way, or the highway >
What makes a doctrine false?
Choice of doctrine is driven by religious preconception - Spirituality is an individualized journey

Death is the natural consequence and result of sin. Which man chose, and continues to choose, to do. But God in His mercy for our great folly and rebellion provided a way to escape it....through Christ. God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whosoever would believe in Him would have eternal life. (But we can only grasp the sovereignty of God in this and all things by the Holy Spirit.....the carnal mind can't perceive it.)St. SteVen said:
Did Jesus die to save you from God?
Yes? That's preposterous.

The result = tens of thousands of denominations. There are so many other scriptures that speak about the importance of doctrine as well. And we have (if we have) the Holy Spirit to witness the truth and lead us into all truth as well. Since this is a walk of (genuine) faith after all.
You say you don't know which viewpoint is right.......which is funny because it's obvious from the slant of all your questions which one you favour and are trying to influence others to.I'm a recovering Evangelical.
I was formerly an Elder in the church. I reject the hell doctrine.
Did you know that there are three primary hell doctrines?
