I was quoting Ezekiel .The prophet of God who says Jerusalem is a harlot.
The same Jerusalem you say is not a harlot.

Why do you argue against the word of God as spoken by the prophets of God?
The Jerusalem you are rambling about whose people you obviously hate so much is not even married to God. She has no covenant because she lives in rejection of the only covenant of God that He has with His elect - the New Covenant. Ezekiel mentions that covenant whose coming is now past tense.

You are 2,000 years late in identifying Jerusalem of the Middle East as a harlot and light years away from being able to identify the harlot called Babylon the Great of the New Testament.

Verse 60 was fulfilled 2,000 years ago when Christ brought the New Covenant in His blood. The people who were being spoken to and called a harlot lived before Christ came into the world.
The people in Jerusalem now are not part of the new covenant. They reject it and Christ who brought it.

Less than one percent of Jews in Israel except Jesus as Christ. And they are considered apostates by the rest.

Your the one saying she is not.

And only a married woman with a covenant is considered a harlot in the Bible. You are 2,000 years late in identifying Jerusalem in the Middle east as a harlot and light years away from identifying Babylon the Great of the Revelation.

Why is Babylon the Great seated on many waters which represent people, nations, tribes and tongues?

Easy question.

Let me fill you in on something. God dealt with them long ago already for being a harlot in 70 AD and destroyed their city and temple. You are way behind in your biblical history.

Not from you. I've used it before and never saw you using it anywhere.
I never saw you use it before. I used it recently. Maybe an hour ago? Or a little more at this point, I guess. But, you guys are going back and forth so much that it probably is a couple pages back by now. I'll find it and link it for you.

God says Jerusalem is a harlot.
You say she is not.
God called Jerusalem a harlot. Then she was cut off from God after Christ died. Now He has a different bride. Also called His wife in Revelation.

But in your human imagination and lack of understanding you still call Jerusalem God's bride and wife and a harlot, even today.

God does not.

So if they worship the beast and it's image and recieve it's mark ,then God won't be upset with them?

I really never saw you use it and wasn't reading every post you made because we had one another on ignore and did not see it and I definitely have used it before - last time was long ago and it was probably with Keraz or one of the others who always place historically fulfilled prophecy into their favorite end of the age and last days folders.

Did you accidentally travel in a time machine from the year 543 BC or something? This is the year 2024 AD, so you're about 2,567 years ahead of your time. Spoiler alert. The Media-Persian empire destroyed Babylon long ago already. Sorry to be the one to inform you of this.
I never read that. So we used the same expression. No big deal because though I have used it before - long before this and a few times - I do not consider it an extremely imaginative way to speak about someone using his imaginative mouse cutting a prophecy out of its Old Testament context and fulfillment ,and pasting it into a folder titled "the end of the age and return of Christ".

I don't actually have you on my ignore list. I trust myself that I can be disciplined enough to not try to debate you on anything at this point. I only responded here because of the time machine joke thing. I wondered if you saw my post referencing the time machine and that gave you the idea, but obviously that's not the case. Regardless, we agree that his view is complete nonsense and he is way behind in his biblical historical knowledge. History isn't going to repeat itself but he apparently thinks it will.

Anyway, carry on.

Well, you said God has already taken care of business.

Perhaps he's not done frying fish.
In relation to Jerusalem He most certainly did. Their city and temple were completely destroyed. At the second coming of Christ He will take care of business with all unbelievers in the world and not just Jewish unbelievers.

God very specifically named the harlot of the Old Testament, calling her "Jerusalem".

God very specifically named the harlot of the New Testament, calling her "Babylon the Great" and saying she is seated on many waters which are peoples, nations, tribes and tongues.

You lie and say God called the harlot's name Jerusalem in the Revelation.

God has not changed His Word - you have.

It's just a funny thing and nothing more. I truly have no idea what he's talking about with this Medes attacking Babylon in the future thing. I think it's completely ridiculous and deserves to be mocked the way we did by referencing him using a time machine. It can't be taken seriously at all.
