You are showing serious issues of attempting to intentionally misallign and misunderstand scripture, by not perceiving the simplicity of Gabriel's interpretation to Daniel in Dan. 8., as to WHAT the "little horn" ROSE FROM out of.
It was the Seleucid kingdom within the 3rd Beast, which for the "Four", continued to be "the latter time of THEIR kingdom" of the Grecian Empire (the 3rd Beast).

Dan. 8:8....the great horn [Alex the Great] was broken; and FOR IT came up FOUR notable ones toward the four winds of heaven [N,E,S,W.]
[9] And OUT OF ONE of them [of the four] came forth a "little horn",...
Already told you that noun/pronoun gender agreement rules demand that the masculine pronoun "them" can only refer to the masculine "winds" because "horns" is always a feminine noun, while "winds" is sometimes a masculine noun. Noun/pronoun antecedent rules also point to "winds" - not horns.

You wouldn't say "My dad loves me and I love her too" but that's exactly what you've done to Daniel 8:9 KJV.

There is absolutely nothing of Daniel 8 that is in the far future!! In fact, it NEVER goes beyond "the latter times of their kingdom", being that of the Grecian Empire, which ended in 146 BC., when it fell to the Roman Republic.

Pay attention to the context. The "four winds" are not anything that controls the context of the message about the "four heads", that received power after Alex the Great died, but rather is an after thought of how the "four heads" operated among men, being that they went out in all directions.
The original "four heads" were Ptolemy, Seleucus, Cassander and Lysimicus.

However, the crucial piece of information to understand and follow, is that from OUT OF one of those "FOUR heads", the "little horn" arose to power, and his name was Antiochus Epiphanes lV, of the Seleucid kingdom, being ONE of those four kingdoms WITHIN the 3rd beast.

This is not meant to be derogatory, but rather that you should wake up: You are in the bubble of your indoctrination, beating on a dead horse trying to make it run.
WAKE UP!!

1 Cor. 2
[5] That YOUR faith should NOT stand in the wisdom of men [denominational Bible Colleges of higher learning], but in the [Holy Spirit] power of God.

I see after all this time, you still refuse to comment on this point which proves by noun/pronoun gender agreement grammatical rules that "out of one of them" can't possibly be referring to "horns" - is it because you have no answer for it?

According to Strong's:

"them" : third person plural MASCULINE personal pronoun only
"winds" : MASCULINE or feminine
"horns" : FEMININE noun only

You see nothing except what "the wisdom of men" teach, from their denominational Bible colleges. You are pre-determined to make a religious quagmire out of the angel Gabriel's interpretation.
1 Cor. 2:5

Dan. 8
[8] Therefore the he goat [3rd beast, Grecian empire] waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken [Alex the Great died]; and for it [in his place] came up four [other] notable ones toward the four winds of heaven [compass points of N,S,E,W].
[9] And out of one of them [the four notable ones] came forth a little horn [AE-lV], which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land [Israel].

Gabriel then repeats the interpretation, with a little more clarity:
[21] And the rough goat is the king of Grecia [3rd beast]: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king [Alex the Great].
[22] Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the [Grecian] nation, but not in his power.

Instead of erroneously focussing on the words: "the four winds", focus on the words: "the FOUR notable ones", that recieved the actual power of the 3rd beast, aka the "he goat", after its "notable horn" [Alex the Great DIED], of the Grecian empire [the he goat].

There is nothing else that I can say, except to keep repeating the truth provided by Gabriel, for understanding the literal and factual history of that prophecy.
I can't stop your self willed determination, of running off on a tangent by the error of your understanding. Your arguing is against Gabriel, not me!!
Only God can help you out of it!
Moving on to other topics.
Thanks for the discussion!
