The martyrs who will be killed by the 'beast' during his 42 months of world control, are special because of the tremendous pressure on everyone for that time. No 'mark;, no food, etc.
ONLY those martyrs will be raised, the rest of the dead await the GWT Judgment; at the end of the Millennium. Rev 20:4-6

lol, that isn't part of the Millennium. That army was moral anyways. The unsaved do not receive immortality.
