Frustrating to me that people assume we know what the terms they use actually mean. I represent my company on several industry standards bodies, and when we write a spec, the first thing we do is define our terms. That's just common sense, except "common sense" is an oxymoron.

I'd never heard that phrase. I would have thought a fish wife would be woman who loved fishing as much as her husband. My grandfather loved fishing; grandma did not, but she made a little needlework sign that said:

(I wish I could show the actual needlepoint. It was beautiful.)

I find the key to that is, let them tell me I talk rubbish/ nonsense etc, or whatever they say, I have no problem with that..if they discuss in a mature manner,I will gladly answer as best I can.

If they start getting personal, let’s face it, we’ve all done that,..I will ignore, that way I stay in Gods peace.

Stay out of negative drama. Or ,which I have done to quite a few..put them on ignore.

Why is it that people cannot grasp the fact that what Gen 2:17 is really saying is, On the day that you sin against the lord, at that time your will die in the distant future the second death. Ezekiel 18 gives teaching on the consequences of the second and that if a wicked man repents of His sin that He will live the eternal life.

With respect to Adam and Eve, we are not told whether or not God redeemed them when He kill the animals to use their skins to make clothing for both Adam and Eve.

On this subject there is a lot more meditation needed on the scriptures to gain understanding.

From the UR perspective it means dismantling our person (soul) to the point of renovating it in entirety.
We are body soul and spirit. The spirit is not destroyed in this process of restoration. Everything else has to go.
