the name Gad & God

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

How does Satan deceive the whole world?
Below is just one possibility

Jos 13:5 And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baal-gad under mount Hermon unto the entering into Hamath.

How possible is it that evil men with influence changed the name of Elohim to a Canaanite deity of Fortune?
Do deceived Christians call out to Gad/God the deity of fortune.
It certainly appears that many in the church are obsessed with fortune.

H1171
בּעל גּד
ba‛al gâd
bah'-al gawd
From H1168 and H1409; Baal of Fortune; Baal Gad, a place in Syria: - Baal-gad.

Caananite Deity of Fortune.
One of the sons of Jacob was named Gad(gawd= god) by his Mother Leah who lived in the land of Caanan and most likely was familar with the Caananite deity.

Different translation render that quote of Leah differently. A troop cometh and Fortune hath come.

"A troop cometh" really makes little sense in connection with a new Mother sense they were not at war, Good fortune on the other hand makes pretty good sense..
Good fortune was a Canaanite deity.

The Sacred name movement come to the minds of many. Are thy wrong?

The sons of Satan had a huge influence on the Christian world as we know it.
They've misled the Church in many ways and deceived many with the false history of Ashkanaz/Jews/Israel.

They could be responsible with their Father Satan in misleading the entire world in some way.
Canaanites/Kenites served Baal and Baal-Gad.

Gad here is/was pronounced GAWD in Hebrew = Same as GOD

Baal-Gaad literally means = the Lord God

Whom do you pray to?

Christ prayed to Abba = Father in Aramaic.
He cried out on the cross to Eloi which is Elohim(singuler) in Aramaic.

Could it be?
That this is one of the ways the sons of Satan have deceived the entire world?

2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves,
Are you called by his name or the Canaanite Lord of Fortune?

Could it be that most Christians calling on the Canaanite deity named Gad(Gawd or God) in complete ignorance?

Yahweh is his name.
The Name of Eloi or Elohim

Their is also a problem with the name of Jesus. Jesus is only believed to be anglicized version of Yeshua or Yashua in any way. Yeshu is Aramaic.

Why anglicize anything?

"The true pronunciation of the name Yahweh was never lost...Greek writers of the Christian church testify that the name was pronounced Yahweh."
Encyclopaedia Judaica, vol.7, pp. 679 – 680 (1971) "God, Names of"

In the temple of Pergamus where we are told that Satan's seat is a.k.a "The Temple of Zeus."
Written on the temple is the name of the sons of the children of the the fallen angels according to Greek.
The name reads "Ge Zeus. or Sons of Zeus..
Ge-Zeus = Jesus

Notable aspects of the Bible include its use of the name of God (Yahweh) and the Semitic name of the Messiah – commonly referred to as Jesus – Yahshua. Instead of the Greek word "Christ", it uses the Hebrew word "Messiah", instead of "church" it uses "assembly". Also, this translation does not use the terms "cross" and "crucify", but rather "torture stake" and "impale". Therefore, the translation of the Sacred Scriptures Bethel Edition uses words that the translator claimed have the more accurate meanings, rather than the usual words employed by translators. It is also distinguishable by its preface section, which describes the setting, language and name of the Bible. The Sacred Scriptures Bethel Edition concludes with a "Pure Religious Vocabulary" section, which gives the explanation of words which should be avoided for those seeking "to purify their personal worship". This glossary of terms briefly traces and presents the etymology of words used frequently by Christian theologians which the translator claimed are pagan in origin. It also includes additional information for scholarly research.

What is wrong with the Sacred name changes?

Please refrain from insults they do not make valid arguments and this is a serious issue.

In order for one to quote Re 12:9 one must first explain what he is referring to in this symbolic chapter beginning with this:

Rev 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Let me give you few tips:

What a horn signified in the OT?

What horns and heads signify in Da 7 and Re 17?

The sons of Satan had a huge influence on the Christian world as we know it.

...Father Satan...

...the sons of Satan...

Who is Satan?

Yahweh is his name.

God didn't ask man to create a name tag for Him (The word Yahweh was created circa a dozen of centuries ago) but to know Him by His word and acts.

I don't see an issue with the possible misuse of names in the past.

All I know is when I refer to "God" .... I am talking about The LORD - the God of Abraham , the creator , The Father in Heaven etc.

Same as when I use the name "Jesus Christ" I am referring to Our Savior ..... even though "Jesus Christ" is actually an English word .... which sounds much different than saying it in proper Hebrew or Aramaic or whatever.

God didn't ask man to create a name tag for Him (The word Yahweh was created circa a dozen of centuries ago) but to know Him by His word and acts.
You're going to give a few tips but instead you ask questions?

Satan is an opponent, the adversary, the accuser and he has children here on earth.

In the bible didn't the name god is the Canaanite deity of fortune and the world has been tricked by the evil one to accepting the name of the deity they worshiped. Babylonian & Kenite/Canaanite Jews worshiped god written Gad in Hebrew and pronounced Gawd/God.

We have all been tricked into calling on Satan which even by Satanist is known as Lord or My Lord. That is BAAL worship.
BAAL = LORD
Israel was allowed to be enslave by Assyria for their BAAL worship.

YHWH is the name Elohim gave as his name forever. He said it never changes.
David called him YAH in Psalms 49:4

In the KJV "Lord" was put in place by evil ones or because of their Jewish influence instead of the name YHWH 7970 times.
What I'm saying is LORD was not written in the original scriptures like that.

Hos 2:16 And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.
BAALI = My LORD

YAH never told any one to call him LORD or g_d as the evil Jews worshiped.

Yah talks a lot about his people who are called by his name.
If you are not calling his YAH or YHWH Elohim then you are not one his people.

We all should know his name and know of the works of darkness those scribes who changed scripture.

Jer 8:8 How do ye say, We are wise, And the law of Y'hwh is with us? Surely, lo, falsely it hath wrought, The false pen of scribes.

Shlama =blessings

All I know is YHWH has an issue with even mentioning a false deities name.

BAAL or god is a false deity and unpleasing to YHWH

To pray to "My lord" is to pray to BAAL/Satan.

When you are calling on gad//gawd/god you are not referring to the deity or creator that Abraham, Mose and David worshiped.
They prayed to YHWH or YAH Elohim. It only shows that you and the rest of the world have been tricked.
I was fooled also for 40 years

Also Amen is known as the king of gods in Egypt and the same is known as Zeus to Greeks

Be fooled no more. Pull out strongs concordance and study the original words of the Scriptures.

Not trying to argue with you ..... but what word should be used instead of lord ?

All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet:
he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife.
Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.’”
Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’ ”
“Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’
“Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel
For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ
How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true,
he is Lord of lords and King of kings

They replaced YHWH and YAH with Lord over 7000 times.
He told us his name is YHWH and never changes. Big Hint.

I don't mind a respectful argument or debate.
The thing is we've all been lied to by the Father of lies and his children.

You have to study those concordances.

"Shiloh" and "Jealous" seems to have been ignored. Are these wrong as well? Jealous has a "J" in it, so is this Satanic as well? Here's a question for you. Since the Bible is written in english (even older english) are we now in trouble for using english? Do we have to speak in only the "Latin tongue" as the Roman Catholic Mass is starting to do again? Do we have to learn the original language, as some Islamics do? So why is it, when names change, languages change, that people are persecuted for the non-use of the original name? If words change with language, don't names change with language?

Strong's Concordance says the name Jesus is of Hebrew Origin. (Word number 2424). It also says this:

"Jesus = "Jehovah is salvation"

1) Jesus, the Son of God, the Saviour of mankind, God incarnate
2) Jesus Barabbas was the captive robber whom the Jews begged Pilate to release instead of Christ
3) Joshua was the famous captain of the Israelites, Moses' successor (Ac. 7:45, Heb. 4:8)
4) Jesus, son of Eliezer, one of the ancestors of Christ (Lu. 3:29)
5) Jesus, surnamed Justus, a Jewish Christian, an associate with Paul in the preaching of the gospel (Col. 4:11)"

About : "But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. (Matthew 23:8 KJV)"

Yes, one is your master, and? Christ is your master. So, tell me, why call Him anything else besides "Christ"?

Jeremiah 8:8 out of context does not substantiate your point.
I don't know why Shiloh would be questioned.
Jealous is English and the Hebrew word is
H7067
קנּא
qannâ'
kan-naw'
From H7065; jealous: - jealous. Compare H7072.

No "J" word in Hebrew there.

I don't accept Catholics as being true followers of the way.
Latin only mass is bad joke. How can the masses be edified? Never mind that

Nothing wrong with English but we need the proper translations.
Must we be so lazy that we just accept whatever the interpreters tell us?
So the Greeks gave our Messiah a name and claim it is from Hebrew.

Y'shua or Yoshshua is the Hebrew word given to us in Isaiah.
There are those who falsely jumped on Greek manuscripts and claimed it was the writings of the apostles.
The actual primacy of NT scripture is in Aramaic. Few dare to question what some tell us.

The Messiahs name in Aramaic scripture is Yeshua/Yeshu and he called his Father ABBA which is Aramaic for Father.
He also called out on the cross and as written in our English bibles and he said Eloi, Eloi which is Aramaic singular form of Elohim.
It was never written that Yeshua called him, Lord or Gad/God.

Jesus = the same sound as the Greek words for Sons of Zeus.
Ge-Zeus was written in the temple of Pergomon where Satans sit was.
Amen is the Egyptain King of the gods called Zeus by Greeks.

end prayers to Amen?

There were a many Elohim haters in power in those days..
They influenced out translations. You won't discover the truth by reading a KJV bible and most modern translations were of the same bad influences.

Reflect on Rev 12:9
how that old serpent deceiveth the WHOLE WORLD.

Again God is GAD the Canaanite deity of fortune and not the Creator that Abraham worshiped.
1) Jesus, the Son of ***, the Saviour of mankind, *** incarnate
2) Jesus Barabbas was the captive robber whom the Jews begged Pilate to release instead of Christ
3) Joshua was the famous captain of the Israelites, Moses' successor (Ac. 7:45, Heb. 4:8)
4) Jesus, son of Eliezer, one of the ancestors of Christ (Lu. 3:29)
5) Jesus, surnamed Justus, a Jewish Christian, an associate with Paul in the preaching of the gospel (Col. 4:11)"

These all stem from English/Greek translations.
They are not Hebrew or Aramaic.

I don't have a problem so much with the names but they are not the true name of our Mesasiah which we were told about in Isaiah.

In Isaiah 12:2,3.
Here SALVATION is mentioned three times. The reader will be much blessed by reading these glorious verses in his Bible, but let me give them as they actually read in the original Hebrew with Y'shua as the embodiment and personification of the word SALVATION:

"Behold, might (or, God the mighty One) is my YESHUA (in His pre-incarnation and eternal existence); I will trust and not be afraid:, for Yahweh is my strength and my song; He also is become my YESHUA .... And the WORD (Yeshua incarnate) became flesh, and dwelt among us. (John 1: 14). ... Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of YESHUA."

Isaiah 53

1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of YHWH (Not BAAL or Lord) revealed?
The entire chapter describes what Y'shua went through.

Mat 1:21
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Yeshua: for he shall save his people from their sins.

1 Chron. 16:23
Sing to Yhwh, all the earth, Proclaim from day unto day His salvation(Yeshua=Salvation and Yeshua is word used here)

Blessings and thanks for your interest in this subject

"No "J" word in Hebrew there."

Exactly. Which is why it's ridiculous to say "J" isn't is Jesus. Jealous is another name, just like Jesus. Your post back on the other topic stated there is no "J" in the Hebrew language. Thus, your point doesn't stand. If we can say Jealous, we can say Jesus. If we can't say Jealous, we have to go back to saying "qanna". If we can't say Jesus, and have to go back to whatever you're saying, then we have to for every single name. Period. And btw it's YHWH, not Yahweh. It's inconsistent to demand "Sacred Name" from us, but add letters to it yourself.

Isaiah 2 says "Jehovah" not "Yahweh."

Isaiah 53 says "Jehovah" in place of Lord as well.

Matthew 1:21 - "Strong's G2424 - Iēsous" also, Jesus = Jehovah is Salvation. So Iēsous is the name that comes in place, when you transliterate it. But it seems Jesus means "Jehovah is Salvation".

Chronicles 16:23 - Transliteration:
yĕshuw`ah
Also, doesn't show a name meaning, it just says salvation, like the definition of the workd salvation. Yes, it may be close to the name, but its not the name.

You are missing the point of this conversation. The translations were flawed since the translators depended on Evil Elohim haters to help them translate the scripture. Those evil men who had a hand in the death of Ha Messiach(Y'shua) were Baal and Gad(gawd-god) worshipers.

Old Hebrew was written without Vowels and the reader would add one of a few different vowels. Substitution was common.
Hebrew came from the name Eber which could be written and pronounced Ayber, Iber, and Heber

Adding vowels to YHWH would be no different.
But we are told it was unpronounceable to us earthlings.
Matters not for they tried. YAH was an acceptable slang for YHWH to King David.
YAH was written in Psalms 68:4
God/Gad was not

You're assuming many things and your arguments don't seem to follow logic.

Strongs added some Greek thought to the equation but it don't mean it's the proper words used by the Apostles.
Jehovah has been said to be of Jewish insults to YHWH who they refused to believe and hated.

J was not a Hebrew sound. And any translation using it is not Hebrew.
Again... simply because King James men translated something one way does not make it the proper names of old.
They were influenced by Yhwh Haters. The same brood of vipers that killed our Messiah and all the prophets helped influence all English translations..

Psalm 138:2 - I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

It honestly doesn't matter, as stated above. Getting the truth out of the Word and his lovingkindness is magnified ABOVE all his name. "I am that I am", "Jealous", "Lord", "Jehovah", and "Shiloh" are all just different names of God. I know, the point of the conversation all points to the "Sacred Name Movement". There's something for everybody. No one is going to hell, for calling Jesus, Jesus. For calling Him Jehovah, etc. What matters above ALL of His name(s), is His word. He is still King of kings, Lord of lords.

If His only name can only be Yahweh, why does Exodus 3:13-15 say to call God "I AM THAT I AM"? There is no Yahweh, or YHWH there. There are many names of God. He says that is his name forever doesn't He?

"Pagan leaders used the name Yahweh. The name was inscribed on the Moabite Stone in Jordan about 830 B.C. exactly as it appeared in the Old Testament. The Lachish Letters, written between 589-587 B.C. and discovered in 1935 in the ancient town of Lachish near Jerusalem, frequently used the name Yahweh."

""Yahweh appears to have been originally a sky god - a god of thunder and lightning. He was associated with mountains and was called by the enemies of Israel 'a god of the hills'. His manifestation was often as fire, as at Mount Sinai and in the burning bush." - Great Events of Bible Times "

""Originally, these four consonants [in YHWH] represented the four members of the Heavenly Family:
Y represented El the Father;
H was Asherah the Mother;
W corresponded to He the Son; and
H was the Daughter Anath.
- Laurence Gardner, Bloodline of the Holy Grail, p. 18"

Seems to me, Yahweh is Pagan inspired.

You making things up to you are pretty much telling YHWH was is acceptable.
I don't think you making sense of this conversation.
Again Jealous is not a name or a Hebrew word.

Yhwh has nothing to do with those false gods of Canaan. That would be insulting to Elohim.
It time to end this for your poor arguments are lacking.

You just think you are praying to all that.
YHWH was not known as LORD.
That is the name BAAL.

So in Essnce youa re a BAAL Worshiper.
God is the word GAD in Hebrew and pronounced GAWD.

Sorry you people do not haahve eyes to see the truth of this matter and follow those sons of Satan who has deceived the world.
You pray to the Gawd, the Canaanite deity of Fortune and BAAL(Lord).

There is nothing in an oral utterance. Are you doing Gods will?

Do you Know the true God of Heaven and earth?

Do you even know what Christ taught as true worship?

You can know how to speak and write and the meaning of every language ever known to man but if you don't know what God has said to do. You know nothing.

When you are worshipping in spirit and in truth, He really couldn't care less what we refer to Him as. I pray in Jesus' name and I get my prayers answered, so What does that tell you? DO you think maybe the son of zeus is answering my prayer? I don't.

When you are worshipping in spirit and in truth, He really couldn't care less what we refer to Him as. I pray in Jesus' name and I get my prayers answered, so What does that tell you? DO you think maybe the son of zeus is answering my prayer? I don't.
Good job of completely rewording scripture.
Maybe you should really read the old testament thoroughly before telling us what he thinks.

YHWH said it is a shame to even mention false deities names
And then you proceed to justify calling him by one.

I just don't know about Christians anymore.
Such Lazy theologians.

I know His names, but to me He is Abba, Father, Daddy. Jesus revealed that in the new testament. Maybe you should re-read that. In the Old Testament they feared the most High, but Jesus taught us to worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth. People stuck in the Old Covenant don't know how to do that. Instead they get hung up on meaningless chatter. I'm not saying His names don't matter because they reveal who He is, but it's nothing to judge and condemn anyone over.

You are clueless while trying to sound like you know what you are talking about.

Hey Brother, Isreal. I don't think you understand what spirit you are working under. The Holy Spirit is called the comforter and Satan is called the accuser of the Brethern. Which one do you think best represents you? None of us have perfect revelation and when we come upon someone who's doctrine is flawed, we are to use scripture to train and rebuke. The only Scripture I see you using is Old Testament Scripture. Not that there is anything wrong with O/T scripture, but you should really make an effort to understand the New Testament, the covenant of grace. It's a much better covenant. If you could undertand grace, and mix that with your knowledge of Hebrew and Old Testament, WOW! I'll bet you could get a lot of Jews to come to Christ. That would be awesome.

Everything I said in my last post has a Biblical ref. If you are unfamiliar, I'd be glad to enlighten you.
