No. Since you are new here, you do not realize I normally tell people to consult their favorite lexicon when word meaning questions come up.
Jesus was tortured to death for blasphemy and said blaspheming him would be forgiven. Doesn't that tell you on this point the degree of separation between Jesus and the Holy Spirit is total?
- Yes, OK to blaspheme Jesus.
- No, NOK to blaspheme HS.
explain these verses?

Common trinitarian tactic to not answer questions.
By only asking questions you may presume it bestows automatic validity to your position but it actually reveals a lack of intellectual honesty. Said differently, daring to ask you yet another question; why should I answer your questions when you do not answer my questions?
Rev 1:1 God gave a revelation to the resurrected Jesus who was given all authority in heaven and Earth. Jesus ≠ God.
everything has a reason, questions provide truth
Since this was directed to those who were Jews in name only, their conduct was not in accord with God's law so their deeds were bringing reproach on the name of their God even among the Gentiles.explain these verses?
Romans 2:23-24 (NKJV) You who make your boast in the law, do you dishonor God through breaking the law?
For "the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you," as it is written.
Taking God's name in vain was to take it up in a worthless way....e.g. to make solemn oaths in God's name and then fail to honor them. God's name was to be "hallowed"...sanctified...treated as holy, so not to be treated lightly or without due reverence.Exodus 20:7 (NKJV) "You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
For seventy years Israel was held captive in Babylon,......they had to endure much disrespect, which naturally brought contempt on them by their captors. They heard God's name defamed, abused, blasphemed, taken up in a worthless way, but Jehovah would not let this go on forever. He has too much respect for his own name and his position as Universal Sovereign to allow enemies to gloat for too long. He guaranteed that he would vindicate his name and put it in its proper sanctified place before all the nations, for, as he says, “I am the One that is speaking. Look! It is I.”Isaiah 52:5-6 (NKJV) Now, therefore, what have I here," says the LORD, "That My people are taken away for nothing? Those who rule over them Make them wail," says the LORD, "And My name is blasphemed continually every day.
Therefore My people shall know My name; Therefore they shall know in that day That I am He who speaks: 'Behold, it is I.' "
Attribute bad intent to Supremely Holy intent.
And you ignoring the truth from the questions the other side (me) asks.
The incident that led to Jesus’ statement concerning the unpardonableness of sinning against the holy spirit demonstrates that it refers to opposing the operation of God’s spirit, not because of deception, human weakness or imperfection, but doing so knowingly, willfully and deliberately. The Pharisees for example, clearly saw God’s spirit at work in Jesus to accomplish good, yet for selfish reasons they attributed this power to Beelzebub, Satan the Devil, thereby blaspheming God’s holy spirit....working in opposition to it.
Judas participated in acts of holy spirit done in Jesus' name but then betrayed his master for 30 pieces of silver.....he too blasphemed the holy spirit....also working against it.

question what is your truth? and which side of the truth! because truth can be elusive

This is a great answer. Succinct and to the point. :)
It means to reject the indisputable testimony of the Holy Spirit in deliberate unbelief. John says that's akin to calling the Holy Spirit a liar. Attributing His witness to that of a lying spirit. Ouch!Greetings
What does it mean, blaspheme the Holy Spirit?

Thank you! :)
While @OneIsTheWord wanted me to elaborate, I do believe LESS IS MORE in this case. He has an agenda and my answer did not give him the fodder he hoped to advance his agenda.
I know this because he did not accept my answer. NOTE: Post above showing his refusal to answer my question but continues to ask questions. That is not a conversation. That is not a debate. He wants elaboration without revealing his hand. That is, where is he coming from that he needs elaboration? My question revealed that, which tells me he is not asking for information purposes.
