If you do not mind, I would like to ask you a question(s) (all related) ... and this is not to make light of all of the obvious effort and work you have put forth in your studies of the end times!
Do you believe the Levitical laws and ceremonies, as well as the patterns for the Temple, the Sanctuary, the vessels, the garments, etc., that were given to Moses reflected the events (bad word) for the coming of the Messiah in His first coming? Meaning, were they all a very purposeful and exact "type and shadow" of His coming? That He would fulfill each found in Leviticus?
Jesus would fulfill the first 4 Feast days (send His Holy Spirit on Pentecost), the Temple and the Sanctuary after the cross had fulfilled their role in God's plan of salvation. God would never again be found in the earthly Sanctuary. Although everything was completely destroyed by the Babylonians around the 600 BC period, God would never allow them to be permanently destroyed - He had a very important mission for them to fulfill... consequently, He would give us His plan of full restoration for His people and His city and everything within it to be restored. He identified this as His 70 weeks of years prophecy which would also prove to bring in the final piece of furniture to be restored after the Babylonian destruction, and that would be the Ark of the Covenant. Only God could restore the Presence of God in the Sanctuary, thus, Jesus would arrive on the first day of the 70th week to begin His ministry. He would restore the final item in His restoration plan.
All of this had to be fully restored for His plan of salvation and after the cross, those "things", those physical elements, along with the first Feast Days wee fulfilled. They all have fulfilled thier God given mission. They would now be nothing more than brick and mortar and never again house the presence of God.
Meaing, many of today's Jews have an insatiable appetite to restore all of those things before THEIR coming Messiah arrives. But this is all meaningless of course, and the ONLY thing this shows is their continued refusal to accept Jesus as their Messiah. But I am certain this will never occur because I believe it is God's plan to remove the blindness from their eyes (a divine Damascus like experience) before anything could or would be constructed (144,000) and they will go out into the world as Paul did and preach the Good News for the last 3. 5 years. This will then complete the final 4th Great Jubilee cycle which then can bring in the Messiah. And to continue these thoughts, the 1335 days will and must END at Tabenacles to fulfill the final 7th Feast day.
So, having said all of that, I would respectfully ask you why you think it is necessary or that it will indeed take place when all of the elements associated with the Temple, the Sanctuary, etc., were fulfilled at His first coming. The fact that many Jews wish / desire / work towards restoring the Temple, the Sanctuary, the animal sacrifices means absolutely nothing to God. His plan will unfold not theirs!
The problem with the Jews is that they want the restoration of the old Temple, and not the construction of the Temple described in Ezekiel chapters 40-48.
Ezekiel does not describe the Temple of Zerubbabel or the Temple of Solomon. Ezekiel described the Temple without a veil before the Holy of Holies, without a menorah, without a table with showbread. This change in the law of Moses points to what has happened. The 7 lamps of the menorah are the 7 churches of Revelation. The showbread, according to the number of the tribes of Israel, will no longer lie before God, because God will have already "eaten" these 12 tribes of Israel by that time, having accepted the saints who entered the eastern gate of the Temple. On the outside, these people will be "the full number of the Gentiles," but on the inside they are Jews. When the eastern gate is closed, "in the twinkling of an eye," these people turn out to be in fact Jews, which will be confirmed when the natural Jews recognize those who entered the gate as their brothers from the "lost tribes of Israel."
There is no office of High Priest in the Third Temple, because Jesus is now the High Priest. There is no daily evening sacrifice in the Third Temple, because Jesus became the daily evening sacrifice forever, dying on the cross in the evening. Now his Sacrifice must be repeated by the saints, entering the eastern gate of the Temple. The Church sacrifices itself to God, and there is no more Church, no apostolic ministries, no prophets, no pastors, and no teachers. All ministries end at the moment of closing the eastern gate. And the resurrection of the Body of Christ will be the city of Yahweh Shammah built in Israel, but this will not happen on the third day, as Jesus was resurrected, but about a year later, when the natural Jews recognize those who entered the eastern gate as the manifestation of the Messiah, recognize the incarnation of Jesus Christ in these people.
The whole Church cannot enter the eastern gate of the Temple, there are more faithful people to God than can gather around the Temple during 9.5 days. Only the chosen part of the Church, the "Philadelphian," enters the eastern gate. When the eastern gate is closed (Ezekiel 44:2), that is the coming of the Bridegroom. Then the remaining 5 churches of Revelation must enter into the wedding feast (the Smyrna church is no longer there, because its mission ends with the construction of the Temple). But among the remaining 5 churches there are different believers, there are wise and there are foolish. The wise will have the power of the Holy Spirit to "shine" in the world by fulfilling the commandments of Christ. The foolish will not be able to do this. Therefore, after the 6th vial of wrath, when the "great river Euphrates," Judaism, dries up, the way to Israel will open only for the wise virgins. And their joining the events taking place in Israel will allow them, together with the members of the Philadelphia Church already present in Israel, to build an entire city, 13x13 km, with residential suburbs, 14.4x57.6 km.
We need the Temple as a place of assembly for the elect from the four winds. Further, the Temple will become a place for the conversion of carnal Jews to God. Those who have dedicated themselves to the Lord, spiritual ones, can continue their service in the city of Yahweh Shammah. Visiting the Temple is voluntary. Any Israelite, spiritual or carnal, can come to the Father's house for a sacred meal. Only those who have sinned bring sacrifices for sin. The main purpose of the Temple will be the eternal wedding feast of God's people in the Father's house.
All the material elements of the new Temple will again point to Jesus Christ. For example, there will no longer be the slaughter of Passover lambs, but peace offerings will be offered daily, the meat of which will be roasted on fire in 4 kitchen courtyards and this will be a sacred meal for the Israelites, like the Eucharist, at a common "agape feast" that will be held every day of the year. This will be a form of communion with God: it is important for believers to feel their belonging to God.
To sum it up, the Temple is needed to fulfill the rest of the law and the prophets, that which is postponed until the Second Coming of Christ. When this is fulfilled, then on earth there will no longer be only the gospel story of the cross, but a living, visual presence of the Temple and the city with its surrounding territories in the form of a giant cross. And the very example of another life, where those working in the city will work there voluntarily, without wages, without overseers and without the leadership of rabbinical or church structures, will be a visual demonstration of the presence of God on earth.

You can't arbitrarily speculate with the numbers given in the Bible, just as you can't arbitrarily interpret prophecies. You need to have the spirit of truth.
When I say that 1260+1260 years of two witnesses fell in the interval from the construction of the 2nd Temple to the 2nd earthquake on Easter-2005, there is a deep connection in this.
