Ladies and gentlemen.....wanna see a Perverted, False Gospel That ADDS to Paul’s Gospel Of Grace Plus Nothing that is the very Template for “ Falling from Grace?” You have just witnessed it.....Teach a False Gospel That adds to NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD and you are “ Accursed”—- Damned by God!The Book Of Galatians utterly destroys Catholic Doctrine ....this poor soul needs to read it.....
Meanwhile, that song that you might sing this morning in your religious lodges.....the song entitled “ Nothing But The Blood Of Jesus?” Please tear it out of your Hymnal .....God HATES hypocrites singing songs that they do not believe in......thanking you in advance.....
Hi trollman,

Which part of Galatians utterly destroys Catholic Doctrine??

Also, Protestant theory teaches that the truth will be revealed to me with guidance by the Holy Spirit (even though my truth may be different than your truth). Sooooo how can you be so sure that the Holy Spirit didn't guide me to this truth??? After all I am a fulfillment of the Protestant theory!!!

Ye shall know them by their fruits. A good tree produces good fruit. The fruit of the Spirit is : Galatians 5:22-23

Fruit is a by product of salvation, not the means to salvation. Its the evidence one is saved.

Wanna see Sin increase in a church? Preach Law.
I love righteousness. My heart swells with joy when I contemplate the righteous requirements of the law. If the law increases your sin you are not saved. You do not have the Holy Spirit.

If this Psalm is not your experience and testimony you may not be saved. You're still in the flesh and in conflict and resistance and hatred toward the things of the Spirit.....

Psalm 19:7-10

7The law of the Lord is perfect,

refreshing the soul.

The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy,

making wise the simple.

8The precepts of the Lord are right,

giving joy to the heart.

The commands of the Lord are radiant,

giving light to the eyes.

9The fear of the Lord is pure,

enduring forever.

The decrees of the Lord are firm,

and all of them are righteous.

10They are more precious than gold,

than much pure gold;

they are sweeter than honey,

than honey from the honeycomb.

Now what was that about the law arousing sin in a born again person? See, the precepts of the law produce joy in the born again person. But they arouse unrighteousness in the person still in the realm of the flesh and without the Holy Spirit.

Just answer this....yes or no please....
At penny falls under the table...... I reach under the table to get it.....I got up too quickly and bumped my head very hard.....In my shock and pain I yelled out the “ F- Bomb”..... more that just once! I died suddenly of a heart attack Before I had the “ Luck” to Repent in time..I had been a Believer who had Rested in the Gospel Of 1Cor15:1-4 for 50 years....will I go to Hell when I die?
Have the Courage Of your Convictions—- please give me a simple yes or no.thanks.
If you'll allow me....

If you are in a present state of believeing and trusting in God for salvation through the forgiveness of your sins through the blood of Christ, and you didn't drop the F-bomb purposely, that sin is instantly under the blood of Christ. And God will continue to deal with your old ways and continue to conform you to the image of Christ.

And if you did drop it purposely just because you wanted to? Christ will bring conviction and invite you to turn around and not go down the road of denying Christ. And it's up to you what you want to do from there.

It would seem from the following verse and your take on it that you think the gospel is...

1. Repent
2. Believe
but no number 3. Is that correct? Endurance is not necessary, correct?

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight.....

Colossians 1:21-22

And this is where the OSAS teaching plants its flag of truth. Case closed. If we died when Christ died, and He has reconciled us to God and not only that but has also presented us to God as holy, unblameable and unreprovable in His sight, that pretty well sums it up, correct? There is but one problem.... the next verse. How I pray we read it and accept what it says, for this is most definitely a part of the gospel.

.... If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister.

Colossians 1:23

Guys, I understand why OSAS is so appealing. We live in fleshly bodies and are weak, and in moments of weakness we can slip into sin. To know our names are still written in the Lamb's book of life regardless of our actions brings us great assurance. And God wants us to be assured, for unless we are assured, rest is impossible.

But our assurance cannot come from a doctrine, or a one time prayer. It must come from God Himself, and the assurance He wants for us can only come if there is a way to remain obedient.

So whst can we do? We disobey at times. Self still overrules at times. And that guys, is the truth God shared with me 14 years ago now. He can.... and He WILL cause us to obey Him and all we have to do is to believe.... reckon.... that the old us.... self.... does not need to be tied up or killed. It IS dead.

more to come....

blessings to all,

Gideon
@Gideons300 The parable of the sower indicates that true faith brings forth lasting fruit, as seed that falls upon good ground.

(Personally I don't think this contradicts full assurance and eternal security for the truly born again believer.)

The Father takes away those who are in Jesus but bring forth no fruit.

John 15
[1] I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
[2] Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Where does the Father send them?

Matthew 25
[14] For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
[15] And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
[16] Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
[17] And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
[18] But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
[19] After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
[20] And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
[21] His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
[22] He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
[23] His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
[24] Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
[25] And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
[26] His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
[27] Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
[28] Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
[29] For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
[30] And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

And how do you know you have figured out which ones you no longer have to do and which ones you don't? Good guess work? Relying on someone to tell you? How did they figure it out!

I no my answer to the entire 613 commands of the Mosaic Law, but which parts of the Mosaic Law do you still keep as part of teh Mosaic Law?
@Ronald Nolette My mind often goes to Hebrews 7: verse 12 shows the law was changed; verse 19 shows that what we now have is better than the law.

Wow such holiness. such spiritual excellence! Such grand Holy Spirit discernment! Bull! Such pride, such arrogance and such puffed up flesh!
1. You said you obey the law.
2. Keeping the feasts is part of teh law
3. Abstaining from pork is part of the law!
4. Yet you refuse to answer whether yo observe these parts of the law when you trumpet how spiritual you are and obey the law!
@Ronald Nolette My mind goes to Isaiah 64.6: "all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags".

In general, the ones I literally keep are the ones that represent "love your neighbor as yourself".

Do not lie, do not steal, do not covet anything of your neighbor's—including their spouse, don't show favoritism, take care of widows and orphans, don't hold grudges......

Laws like 'eye for eye', be circumcised, enter into Sabbath rest, etc. they are already fulfilled by the work of Christ when we believe in Christ so no further action needs to be taken regarding those. And so they can be 'laid aside'. Not destroyed and broken. Christ did not come to do that. They just aren't needed anymore. For example, Christ has already accomplished for the believer what animal sacrifice sought to do. So why do we have to do try to accomplish something through animal sacrifice which Christ has already done through his work on the cross?

But you can see how all that does not apply to 'love your neighbor as yourself (do not steal, do not lie, etc.). Christ did not do those for us. That is a remaining debt of law that we fulfill, through the new way of the Holy Spirit.

So according to you, some of the Mosaic Covenant is fulfilled and some is not?

YOu sound like the rich young lawyer that Jesus spoke too.

Actually the enitre Old covenmant (with the 613 commands including the ten in stone) have been done away with!

I do not commit murder because the ten commandments say do not commit murder. I refrain because the command for the church says not too.

Paul is the one who said that love is the fulfilling of the law, and and that all the commandments are kept this way (Romans 13:10).

And Jesus said:

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

I believe Paul and Jesus on what the law is, not you.

As do I, but you were the one who said he kept the law.

I know the Mosaic Law has been rendered null and void! I live as Paul said under the Law of Christ! it is for the church while the Mosaic Law was for Israel alone and those gentiles who became proselytes.

I thought he gave a good answer. That made me wonder how it wasn't lining up with what you asked. I'm not being snarky. That's my honest, polite assessment.

Because it was evading answering the simple question. He knows it, I know it and now you know it! The law is the law and phony spirituality doesn't excuse him from false piety.

The new birth is an inward change, God changes us from the inside whereas some would have us believe we change ourselves from the outside via works. As we know good works are a by product of salvation by grace through faith and that not of ourselves as per Ephesians 2:8-10. It's the Holy Spirit doing His work in and through the believer, hence its called the fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23.

All of the law is fulfilled in and through Christ and the indwelling Holy Spirit. All of it.

YOu sound like the rich young lawyer that Jesus spoke too.
In what regard?

Actually the enitre Old covenmant (with the 613 commands including the ten in stone) have been done away with!
I assure you "love your neighbor as yourself"—Leviticus 19:18 has not been done away with. That gets fulfilled in us when we walk by the Spirit and keep commands like 'don't show favoritism', 'don't lie', 'don't commit adultery', etc. Meanwhile, there are various worship commands that have been 'laid aside' as unneeded now as to their literal keeping, but still fulfilled, nonetheless, for us by Christ and the indwelling Holy Spirit. The law of circumcision, for example. The literal law is laid aside as unneeded now because it's requirement has already been fulfilled for the believer through faith in Christ and the indwelling Holy Spirit. There is no more need to do that which has already been done for us in Christ.

I do not commit murder because the ten commandments say do not commit murder. I refrain because the command for the church says not too.
The Bible does not create this dichotomy between doing something because the law of Moses says to do it, and doing it because the church references some kind of different law for us to follow. Read James 2. James is literally using the law of Moses to teach the church what "believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ" should be doing and not doing.

That would make God a Liar....”Where Sin abounds, Grace super abounds” Knowing That makes me want to sin less.....

Wow, amazing how those bent on OSAS are able to blind themselves to something put right before them.

Two questions:

Please explain how the scripture in question, from the word of God, makes God a liar?

Please look at the scriptire again and please tell me, can we live in the sin mentioned and still go to heaven?

1 Cor 6:9-10 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor homosexual offenders, nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were.

I know the Mosaic Law has been rendered null and void

Not according to scripture.

Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Why does the law bother you so much?

Psalm 19:7-8 KJVS
[7] The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. [8] The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

The law of the LORD is:
1. Perfect.
2. Sure.
3. Right.
4. Pure.

It converts the soul.

It makes the simple wise.

It rejoices the heart.

It enlightens the eyes.

This is why Christ did not come to destroy the law, nor the prophets.

I wonder why many Christians today want to destroy something Christ came to fulfill?

No wonder many Christians are not Converted nor Wise; they have:

Hosea 8:3 ...cast off the thing that is good
