Still nothing but worthless comments. Of no earthly use.

Doesn't the current situation now, of 2 savage wars ongoing, with no real prospect of a peaceful solution, make people think that just maybe God will intervene to change the world, as He has said He will?
From the many Prophesies, we can deduce that by the time Jesus Returns, there will be no ungodly people left alive. Only His faithful Christian peoples will go into the Millennium with Him.

So; what seems likely, there is coming a dramatic event to commence the end times, a world changer, just as Jeremiah 30:4-7, Isaiah 66:15-17, Ezekiel 7:1-14, 2 Peter 3:7, +, the Sixth Seal worldwide disaster; Revelation 6:12-17

The topic is not about what is of "earthly use." But pertains to prophecy given by the Spirit. Why does it surprise you that a spiritual explanation should be given?

As for what God said--it is spirit. The words are spirit. Again, why does it surprise you that God who is spirit would ultimately be pointing worldly events to His greater spiritual events?

As for Jesus's return, let me ask you: Has Jesus come once? Has He then gone to the Father? ...And here is the big one: Have you heard Him knocking at the door and opened it to Him as an act of His returning from the Father to you? These are the two advents. As Jesus came proclaiming the kingdom coming upon men even then, preaching the process of spiritual rebirth--as a knock on the door. Unfortunately, that meant many generations of false teaching and the believing of a lie until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled. Which is now upon us.

The "dramatic event" is now occurring--but only physically to a smaller degree. What is greater and the subject of prophecy, is spiritual...as a consuming fire (meaning: a consuming spirit).

I have made known My purpose.
Acts 13:40-41 Beware lest you bring down upon yourselves the doom prophesied. Understand this and perish, you despisers of the truth, for I am doing a deed in your days, a deed that you will not believe when you are told of it.

Jeremiah 17:15-18 People say: Where is the fulfilment of God’s Word? Let it come, if it can! It isn’t just the prospect of the coming disaster that makes me follow the Lord. I do not wish for Your judgement, You know all my thoughts and desires. On that evil day, be my refuge, may my persecutors be confounded, may they, not I be terrified. Bring onto Your enemies Your Day of vengeance and destroy them utterly.

Psalms 2:1-4 He who sits enthroned in Heaven, laughs at the wicked who conspire against Him and His people. Angrily, He rebukes them with His wrath.

Jeremiah 25:30-38 The Lord roars from on high, He thunders from His dwelling place, against His Land and those who dwell in it. This great noise reaches to the ends of the earth, for The Lord brings judgement to all the nations and indeed to all mankind. The godless and evil will be fuel for the fire. Ruin spreads around the world from this mighty tempest and those killed on that Day will lie scattered as dung upon the earth. Cry out, you leaders and shepherds of My people for this is your time to go to the slaughter, you cannot flee from the Lord’s fierce anger.

Jeremiah 4:23-28 I looked at the earth, it was in chaos, reeling to and fro, in darkness. Nobody could be seen and the land was a desolate wilderness, the towns ruined and deserted, because of the fierce anger of the Lord. The whole world will be affected but not completely destroyed. The earth will be in mourning for this. I have made known My purpose, I will not relent or change it.

Jeremiah 10:17-18 My people, gather up your goods and flee the country, for you are living under siege. The Lord says: This time, I shall throw out the whole population of the Land. I shall press them and squeeze them dry. Jeremiah 12:14

Isaiah 26:20-21 Go, My people enter your rooms and shut the door after you, withdraw for a little while, until the Lord’s wrath has passed. The Lord is coming from His dwelling place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their sins, it will hide its transgressions no more.

Jeremiah 29:11-14 I alone, know My purpose for you, it is wellbeing and not misfortune, for you and your descendants. If you call Me and pray to Me, I shall listen to you. When you seek Me, you shall find Me, if you search wholeheartedly, I will let you find Me, says the Lord. I shall restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and all the places to which I have banished you and then I will restore you to the place from where you went into exile. Ref: REB, NIV, KJV. Some verses abridged.

The Lord has ‘made known His purpose’, that is to bring disaster onto the godless and the enemies of His people. This coming terrible Day of judgement will ‘affect the whole world’ and millions will die from the effects of the huge CME sunstrike that he will use. The Middle East will be cleared and cleansed and His Christian people who listened to His warnings and kept safe under shelter, will repopulate the Holy Land. As so clearly stated in Ezekiel 34:11-16, all the faithful Christians, the Israelites of God will gather and live in all the Land promised to Abraham. They live in peace and prosperity, in the new country of Beulah, Isaiah 62:1-5, sending out 144,000 missionaries to proclaim the forthcoming Kingdom of Jesus.

We should never call another's comments as "worthless" unless those comments are CLEARLY anti-christ in it's nature.

EXAMPLE: Jeremiah 18:15
‘For My people have forgotten Me, They burn incense to worthless gods And they have stumbled from their ways, From the ancient paths, To walk in bypaths, Not on a highway,

The comments I called 'worthless' are speculative and opinionated.
Also they were thread diversions; crude attempts to divert and bury Bible truths which do not match with peoples beliefs.

However you post a good example from Jeremiah, how we have strayed from the true faith.
We look forward to the wonderful time of true worship in a new Temple, as Ezekiel 40 to 46 describes.

If you are in Christ, then you are already in the NEW Temple, which is His Body.

So the Jews answered and said to Him, “What sign do You show to us, since You do these things?”

Jesus answered and said to them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

Then the Jews said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?”

But He was speaking of the temple of His body. Therefore, when He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said.

You are still pushing a worldly glory of ongoing civilization on earth...which is not biblical. In those terms, it is a glory of the flesh and not the spirit. You have basically skipped the foretold and clearly established end.

To the contrary, is the Temple of prophecy made of stone or of souls? Is entering into the promised land, actually a prophecy of an earthen land, or entering a heavenly paradise while the earthen land was just a foreshadowing? Or was crossing the Jordon actually pointing to crossing a river, or rather to crossing over that great divide between heaven and earth? Is this old world to go on with new saved tenants, or are they both a new creation?

And why do you quote God bringing judgement on all nations and all mankind, and then preach about an event involving just one of many generation?

You know very well the answers to those questions, but still you preach a different gospel.

If you do not hear the spiritual interpretation of what is written--do not teach.

Sure; that is how it is now. But that does not preclude a new Temple being built in Jerusalem, as many scriptures prove.
If you do not hear the spiritual interpretation of what is written--do not teach.
You cannot Spiritualize what is given to us as physical and earthly.

I view people who make every effort to change and reinterpret the Prophesies, as those who wish to avoid any time of testing, or for them having to really stand up and prove their faith.

I am not the one who is "Spiritualizing"--God is. God is spirit. And you, you have made your position clear. So shall it be written of you.

Jeremiah 23:1-2 Woe betide those shepherds who let My flock be scattered and lost. You have not watched over them, but I am watching you to punish you for your misdeeds.

James 3:1, Ezekiel 34:7-10, Jeremiah 16:17, Jeremiah 10:21

Jeremiah 23:3-4 I Myself; will gather the remnant of My sheep from all the lands to which I have dispersed them. I shall bring them back to their own Land, where they will be fruitful and increase. I will appoint shepherds, who will tend them and they will live in peace and security. Ezekiel 34:11-16, Isaiah 35:1-10, Romans 9:24-26

This is the second Exodus, the gathering and resettling of those of His Christian people who are protected during the forthcoming worldwide disaster of the Sixth Seal. . The Lord will raise up righteous leaders for them. The Land will be fruitful and He will protect them from enemies. Ezekiel 36:8, Ezekiel 38:8b-9, Zechariah 10:8-10

Jeremiah 23:5-6 The days are coming when a Righteous Branch will come from David’s line, a wise King, who will maintain justice. Judah and Israel will be kept safe and will live undisturbed in the Land.

The ‘days are coming’
, verses 5-6 refer to a later period, the Millennium reign of Jesus.

Jeremiah 23:7-8 Therefore, the time is coming when people will no longer praise the Lord for bringing His people out of Egypt, but praise Him for gathering the descendants of the Israelites back from all the lands where He had dispersed them. They will again live on their own soil. [‘Therefore the time is coming’ means – therefore, before the Millennium the Lord will motivate the migration of His people into their inheritance.] Eze. 20:34

Jeremiah 23:9-15 Of the prophets: I am weak because of the Lord’s Holy Words. For now, the Land is full of godless people, prophet and priest alike are godless and I see their evil deeds. I see things most horrible, adulterers and hypocrites, to Me all the inhabitants of Jerusalem are like Sodom and Gomorrah. Therefore, I shall bring disaster upon them on the Day of Reckoning. Ezekiel 22:26-28, Jeremiah 14:14-16, Jeremiah 10:13-14

Jeremiah 23:16-17 Do not listen to what the so called prophets say, those who buoy you up with false hopes and give voice to their own fancies. It is not the Lord’s Words that they speak. They say to all who follow their false teachings: prosperity will be yours and no harm will befall you. Prosperity theology and rapture theories are the fancies and mistaken beliefs of many Christians today. Isaiah 50:10-11, Ezekiel 13:1-16, Jer.6:13-15

Jeremiah 23:18 For which of them have stood in the counsel of the Lord and received His Word and taken heed of it, with obedience? Psalm 74:9 A serious indictment against those end time preachers, scholars and authors, who fail to properly discern and understand the prophetic Word, yet they promulgate and make money from their own theories, ideas and incorrect teachings. Psalms 50:16-19, Isaiah 30:10, Micah 3:5-7

Jeremiah 23:19 See what a scorching wind goes out from the Lord, a furious whirlwind, that whirls around the heads of the wicked. A ‘scorching wind, a furious whirlwind’, is another description that fits a coronal mass ejection, the fire judgement that the Lord will use on His Day of vengeance and wrath. Psalms 18:7-18, Malachi 4:1

Jeremiah 23:20 The Lord’s anger will not be turned aside until He has fully accomplished His purposes. In days to come, you will truly understand. Hosea 14:9, 2 Peter 1:19

Jeremiah 23:21-22 I did not send these prophets, yet they go out with a message that is false. If only they proclaim My true message to My people and turn them from their evil ways!

Jeremiah 23:23-24 Am I a God near at hand only – do I not fill heaven and earth? Can anyone hide in some secret place and I not see them? Amos 9:1

Jeremiah 23:25-40…An indictment upon false teachers and prophets. Jeremiah 5:30-31, James 3:1

Deuteronomy 32:28-29 You are a people devoid of understanding. If only you had the wisdom to discern what your end will be!

Jeremiah 6:8-15 Be instructed, Jerusalem [Judah, the Jewish people], or your God will depart from you and will devastate the Land.
Zephaniah 1:1-18
Lord says: Glean like a vine the remnant of Israel, one last time, like the vine dresser – pass your hand over the branches. Isaiah 5:5-7
To whom shall I speak and give warning? Who will hear me? Their ears are blocked, they are incapable of listening. They treat the Lord’s Word as a reproach, it has no appeal for them. Ezekiel 22:26-31

But I am full of the anger of the Lord, I cannot hold it back. Isaiah 63:1-6 I must pour it out onto all the people of the Land. Their houses will be given to others.
For all the leaders and people only consider themselves, their prophets and Rabbis are all frauds, every one of them. They fail to address the real problems of their people. They say: “All is well”. All well? Nothing is right and just. They ought to be ashamed because of their sinful practices, yet they have no sense of shame, therefore they will fall with a great crash and be brought low on the Day of My reckoning.
Jeremiah 8:8, Ezekiel 33:25-26, Isaiah 6:11-13

Jeremiah 6:16-30 The Lord says: you should enquire about the Way that leads to righteousness. But they said: “We refuse”. Then I appointed watchmen – listen for the call they told them. But they said: “We refuse”. Therefore hear you nations and take note of the plight of these people. I am about to bring ruin upon them, for all their sinful ways and ignoring My instructions. Your sacrifices are not acceptable and your offerings do not please Me. Isaiah 22:14, Zephaniah 1:4-6, Matthew 24:41-42

Therefore the Lord says: I will set obstacles before this people, which will bring them to the ground, father, sons, friends and neighbours will all perish together. Jeremiah 12:14-17 A great host appears, like men arrayed for battle, against you; Zion.

News of their coming has reached us
and our hands hang limp, agony grips us, pangs as of a woman in labour. Do not go outside, for the foe will smite you there, as terror is spread around the world. Mourn and wail as the despoiler comes upon us in an instant. Isaiah 10:17, Isaiah 29:5-6, Zechariah 1:14-18 & 3:8, Revelation 6:12-17

It is appointed to assay My people, testing their conduct, but they are all rebels, mischief makers and corrupt to a man. The bellows blow, the fire is ready. All types of metal in vain the refiner refines, but the impurities cannot be removed. Call them reject silver, for God has rejected them. Matthew 21:43 Ref: REB.

All of this prophecy in Jeremiah is telling us about the coming judgement/punishment by fire– the Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath. This terrifying event will affect all the world, but especially the Middle East and all this prophecy applies specifically to Judah, the current inhabitants of part of the holy Land. Jeremiah 12:14, Ezekiel 30:1-5, Ezekiel 21:1-17

‘a great host appears, like men ready for battle’ This description, along with Joel 2:1-11, is a simile for what will happen. These verses say how the Lord will act on His great Day of vengeance and wrath: Isaiah 63:1-6, Rev 6:12-17 A coronal mass ejection flash will ‘come in an instant’, seen in eight minutes, Isaiah 30:26, but the main mass of superheated hydrogen will take about 24 hours to travel to earth and ‘news of its coming will reach us’. ‘Do not go outside’, is obvious – get into shelter and stay there until it passes, Isaiah 26:20-21, ‘as terror is spread around the world,’ for at least 24hrs. Psalms 18:7-15, Isaiah 2:12-21, Zeph. 1:14-18, 2 Peter 3:7&10

Their houses will be given to others. Psalms 69:33-36 To the Christian peoples, as Isaiah 62:1-5 tells us.

These scriptures from the prophet Jeremiah, are written to the Jewish people. As nothing like what is described has happened in their history as yet, then all this must be a future event.

Jeremiah 4:3-4 These are the Words of the Lord to the people of Judah and Jerusalem: Prepare the ground, do not sow among thorns. Circumcise yourselves to the service of the Lord, you people of Judah, dwellers in the Land. Or else the fire of My fury may blaze up and burn unquenched, because of your evil actions.

Jeremiah 4:5-9 Declare this in all Judah; blow the trumpet throughout the Land. Assemble into fortified areas, raise the signal- To Zion! Make for safety without delay, for disaster is approaching. The Destroyer of nations has risen from His lair, He is coming to devastate your Land. To make your cities waste and empty. Go into mourning, for the fierce anger of the Lord is not averted from us. On that Day, your leaders and officers will fail, your Rabbis and prophets will be punished. Jeremiah 13:11

Jeremiah 4:11-13 At that time, the people of Jerusalem will be told: A scorching wind from the desert heights bears down upon My people. It is more than a breeze for winnowing. A wind too strong for this will come at My bidding and this will be a judgement on them. It comes like clouds advancing, a whirlwind and storms, like attacking cavalry and swifter than eagles. Woe to us! For we are ruined. Jeremiah 13:24-25, Ezekiel 21:1-7, Zephaniah 1:14-18

Jeremiah 4:14-18 & 21 Jerusalem: cleanse your wrongdoings from your hearts and you may yet be saved. How long will you keep to your evil ways?
The news of this terrible event comes to us from the North. Tell the nations, proclaim the doom of Jerusalem. A great horde is coming from a distant place, shouting out against the cities of Judah. She is encircled by it because they have rebelled against their Maker. Their own ways and deeds have brought these things upon you, this is your punishment for your rebellion seated deep within you. How long must I warn them? But My people are foolish, they know nothing of Me, they lack understanding and know nothing of doing right.

Jeremiah 4:19-20 Oh how I writhe in anguish! I cannot keep silent, for I can hear the sounds of the battle cries. Crash follows crash and the whole Land goes down in ruin. Suddenly, it happens, in an instant all is thrown down. Revelation 6:12-17

Jeremiah 4:29 At the sound of the approaching disaster, everyone is in flight, people crawl into the bushes and climb up the hills. Every town is deserted, no one lives there. Isaiah 22:1-14, Hosea 4:1-3

Jeremiah 4:23-28 I looked at the earth and it was in chaos, reeling to and fro and in darkness. No person could be seen. I looked, and the land was like a wilderness with the towns ruined and desolate, because of the fierce anger of the Lord. The whole earth will be in mourning for this, for now that I have made known My purpose, I shall not relent or change it.

Jeremiah 50:17-18 Israel is a scattered flock, harried and chased by wild animals. Assyria was the first to conquer them, then Babylon finally finished them off. Therefore, Assyria and Babylon will be punished and made desolate.
This is fulfilled prophecy, from now on Bible prophecy uses Babylon as a metaphor for the ungodly nations. and entities.

Jeremiah 50:19 But the Israelites will come back to their own heritage. When that time comes, I will pardon the remnant of Israel and Judah.
Although part of Judah have returned to part of the Land, we await the final fulfilment of this prophecy, the gathering of all the Lord’s Christian people into all of the holy Land. Ezekiel 4:4-5

Jeremiah 51:15-18 The Lord made the earth by His power, He controls the elements – the wind and the rain. People are ignorant, pursuing their idols, things of mockery which will vanish on the Day of Reckoning.
The Day of Reckoning,‘ elsewhere referred to as the Great and terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath. This will be the next prophesied event, clearing the way for His people to go to the holy Land and for the eventual rise of the Anti-Christ.

Jeremiah 51:19-47 Israel’s God is not like any idol, He is the Creator and Israel are the people He claims as His own, Y’hovah is His Name. With you I shall repay Babylon, that destructive mountain. Therefore, the time is coming when I shall punish Babylon, her idols and the whole land will be put to shame – all her slain will lie fallen in her midst. Jeremiah 9:21-22

Jeremiah 51:45 & 50-51 My people, come out from her and let everyone save themselves from the fierce anger of the Lord. You who escape the sword, go – do not linger. Remember the Lord from a distant land and let Jerusalem come into your minds. We are disgraced and shamed because foreigners have entered Your holy places.
Jeremiah 51:46 Beware of losing heart, fear no rumours or violence on earth.
Reference: Revised English Bible. Some verses abridged

The Lord’s people, all righteous Christian believers who are now the inheritors of God’s promises, Galatians 3:25-29, are told to get out of the Babylonish nations, those who ‘escape the sword’, that is: who by faith, survive the forthcoming Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath. Remember your God and Creator from where you live, in distant lands, [from Israel] that will be the time to travel to your inheritance. Psalms 107:1-43, Isaiah 66:15-21

Do not be afraid, there will be ‘violence on earth’, but you who love the Lord and keep His Laws, must maintain your faith and trust in His deliverance. Joel 2:32, Acts 2:21

Again, what you are claiming of Jeremaih 50-51 bears little or no resemblance to what the scriptures in Jer 50-51 claim.

Jer 50:39 tells us this: -

Jer 50:39: - 39 "Therefore the wild desert beasts shall dwell there with the jackals,
And the ostriches shall dwell in it.
Nor shall it be inhabited for a long period of time beyond our comprehension,
It shall not be dwelt in for two ages.

and in the seventh Bowl judgement we are told that Babylon will be remembered once more before God to receive God's cup of wrath for what she has done.

Keraz, you are still interpreting the Scriptures to suit you desired outcomes.

Goodbye

Jeremiah 5:1-2 Go up and down the streets of Jerusalem, look and take note, search for anyone who acts justly or one who seeks the truth – that I might forgive that city. People may swear by the Lord, but in fact they perjure themselves.
Is it possible to find anyone there today, acting in Godly truth and justice?

Jeremiah 5:3 Go; You look for righteousness. You have punished Your people, but they took no heed and refused to learn. They hardened their hearts and would not repent of their sins.
Israel and Judah, punished by their exiles, but they still don’t truly repent.

Jeremiah 5:4-5 The Lord thought; these are only the common people, those that don’t know the Laws of their God. I will go to their leaders and teachers, they should know the right ways. But, they too, have gone away from the right path and no longer keep the Laws or trust the Lord.

Jeremiah 5:6-9 So they will be struck down by disaster, for their rebellious deeds and apostasies are beyond counting. Why should I forgive them for this? Your children have forsaken Me, with idols and adulteries. Shall I fail to punish them for this? I will exact vengeance on these people.

Jeremiah 5:10-13 Prune the vine, lop off the branches, for they are not the Lord’s. Faithless are Israel and Judah, both faithless to Me, they both deny their God, saying: He does not see or care – no harm will come to us, we won’t see war or want. The prophets just spoke empty words, meaningless wind. Therefore, because they talk this way, I shall make My words a fire in your mouth and it will burn up these people like brushwood.
Apostate, atheistic Judah, the Jewish people, and Israel, the Christian peoples, are still similar to their ancestors. The clear prophetic warnings were ignored then and are ignored now. The ‘burning’ did not happen then, still future.

Jeremiah 5:14-19. I am bringing against you a distant nation, of mighty warriors, they will conquer you and destroy cities. But in those days, I shall not make an end of you. When you ask; Why has the Lord done this to us? You will say; it was because we forsook our God, so we must serve foreigners and live in another land.
In ancient times Assyria conquered Israel then Babylon conquered Judah. Judah has returned and now the decreed punishment by exile of the 10 Northern tribes of the House of Israel, is nearing completion. Ezekiel 4:4-6

Jeremiah 5:20-25 Proclaim this to the people of Israel and Judah: Listen you foolish and senseless people, who have eyes, but see nothing, ears and hear nothing. Do you not fear your Maker and tremble before Me? But My people have a defiant and rebellious heart. They have rebelled and gone their own way. They did not acknowledge how the Lord gives the rain and their prosperity. Their wrong doing has upset natures order and their sins have kept away her bounty.

Jeremiah 5:26-31 For among My people there are scoundrels, who lay traps and prey upon others, They grow rich and fat, by turning a blind eye to wickedness. Shall I fail to punish them for this? There is an appalling outrage in this Land. Prophets prophesy lies, the Rabbis and priests rule by their own authority – that is the way the people like it. What will ye do in the end thereof? Isaiah 51:1-8, Revelation 22:6-7
