The marriage of a man and women, is from the beginning, a parable and foreshadowing referred to by Jesus and Paul as a reunion of mankind with God (salvation) in Christ, where the Bride becomes "one"--as if one flesh, with the Groom.

But...can we try not to get off on other topics? Please stop. The focus should be on the OP issue of the Church looking to the second advent of Christ, being in a position to make the same mistake as the Priests and Pharisees of Jesus' time--thinking they knew everything, but completely failed to understand the scriptures regarding the the first advent of Christ? History is repeating itself, and we should not be so consumed with the details of countless issues to miss what is most important. We are like Mary and Martha, troubled about many things--but only "one thing is needed."

I think the Bible is a wonderful book. Jesus and God are frequently quoted, and there's lots, lots more.

I do think Paul was mistaken when he said women can't speak when they are in a church. I also question his remark that we are to obey our political leaders. (Remember when Hitler was having all the Jews killed?)

That is not a fact ! Hitler was not having all Jews killed in fact !
Hitler was the one who kicked off the created the State of Israel in fact ! for if it was not for Hitler, the State would never of been created in fact !
Hitler killed the Jews who dispized the so called Zionist in fact !

So it's like a ship of fools ! That's why they both work against Christ Jesus in fact, so as to undermine him ! Just as we seen Jesus was subjected to in the day.
It's the same deal, the blind leading the blind ! and that's why the Churches are so pathetic nowadays, because they are owned dominated over ?
The Priest can not truly openly preach Christ Jesus in fact ! for within the churches are dominant people who will work so as undermine any Priest who does inspire people to Christ Jesus and that's is why people have been walking away in droves from the 70's. not to mention this undermining Mob Supported all of Child Molester Satanic Priest in fact ! They are a Cancer ! and I know who they were in the Churches that I once went to. it makes sense too me now why they were their ! They are clearly Possesed !

REPHRASING THE ORIGINAL POST CONCERN:

Up until the first advent of Christ Israel was in the hot seat appointed by God for their salvation. The kingdom of God came upon them at that time. Jesus had come for the house of Israel--and if you want to argue about His claim, saying "It is finished"--I don't--take it up with Him, you'll get your chance. Then, as it is written came the times of the Gentiles and the building of Christ's Church--and our time of being in the hot seat. In which there were to be false teachers, strong delusion, and great apostacy, in spite of the prideful self-proclamations of the Church leaders following those false teachings to the contrary, as if the scriptures were wrong.

So...what...now Jesus is going to come riding a white horse in the clouds and be happy with all that is currently going on in the Church? Think again! No, but He has in fact begun to come as a consuming fire beginning at Pentecost; and the Church thinking it is on track--like the Priests and Pharisees of Jesus' time and first advent--is still teaching those things born out of those foretold lies and false teachings, unaware that we too are in for a grand finale not unlike Israel's gross failure exposed as being so off the mark as to crucify Messiah.

So, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR US, THE CHURCH, TO BE SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT, BUT NOT SPIRITUALLTY CORRECT just like Israel was? In other words: Which is false, 1) the scriptures that foretold of false teachings and lies still being taught, or 2) what is still being taught?

Proverbs 14:12
There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

And we could have 10,000,000 different judgments on a n issue. which one is from god?

If you learned context of what Paul was sayi8ng, you would not sound so ill informed about this verse.
