So... God is NOT love?No, not literally! God is a person, the Supreme Being. His actions might be love at times but Scripture also tells us God hates, acts with Grace, mercy and justice.
To say a person is a virtue (like love) or a vice (like evil, the devil or Hitler are evil) is figurative use of language, specifically personification.
