Mary, the ENTIRE BIBLE does not apply to me. When you ask me, how I would respond to something that does not apply to me…
There is nothing applicable to respond to.

My soul was SAVED ONCE, and will never again require saving.

My spirit was QUICKENED ONCE, and will never again require Quickening.

My SIN against God was FORGIVEN ONCE, and will never again require repeating.

I have no clue what you Believe, have Done, regarding your soul, your spirit, your sin Against God.

It appears you must repeatedly ask for Forgiveness…and about your soul….some people believe they have to KEEP doing “something/ works”, to KEEP their soul saved.
By what other Catholics have said and do, those things apply to them…

You can speak for yourself.
I don’t speak for all-non-Catholics.
I speak what I believe, and what applies to me.
(But I do notice, you continually delight in speaking FOR OTHERS)….and have notice it almost appears as a trait, common among Catholics.

NOWERE does the Bible teach that all of our future sins are forgiven without having repented of them. And it certainly doesn’t teach that you are guaranteed NOT to sin once you have been justified.

James tells his congregation of Christians to confess your sins (James 5:16).
John reminds us the if we say we have no sin – we deceive ourselves and the truth is NOT in us 1 John 1:8-1.

Finally – I’ll remind you again that the Bible teaches that even a born again believer in Christ can FALL AWAY by his own doing and be LOST - Matt. 7:19-23, Matt. 10:22, Matt. 24:13, Matt. 25:31–46, John 15:1-6, Rom. 11:22, 1 Cor. 4:4, 1 Cor. 9:27, 1 Cor. 10:12, 1 Tim. 4:1, 1 Tim. 4:16, 2 Tim. 2:12, Heb. 3:6, Heb. 3:12-14, Heb. 6:4-6, Heb. 10:26-27, 2 Pet. 2:20-21, 2 Pet. 3:17, 1 John 2:24, 1 John 5:13, Rev. 3:5, Rev. 22:19.

You AGAIN referencing a long list of verses is IRRELEVANT, since you repetitively reference “UNSAVED” believing men.

Believing men CAN lose their salvation.

Believing, Saved and Quickened men CAN NOT lose their salvation.

NOTHING in his statement about forgiven sin. Anyway - forgiven sin is NO LONGER held against bus, so it doesn't exist - right??

Here is the entire passage – in CONTEXT:
1 John 1:8-10
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

You’re making your entire argument from verse 10 ONLY. Verses 8 & 9 are about the sins you are committing now as a Christian.
Notice that John includes himself in this statement . . .

Heb. 10:26-27 and 2 Pet. 2:20-22 specifically refer to people with an EPIGNOSIS of Christ. ONLY a converted, born-again believer can have Epignosis of Him.
