The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

This is a calling to a task, not for salvation. Arent' all that believe called to be saints?

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Rinse and repeat. No proof, no evidence, just saying it makes it so?

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

The word for knowing has a different meaning than you presume, I think. Corporate election is one interpretation, Another is that the ones God knew in former times, the old testament saints, are in view in the golden chain passage. So this knowing isn't about God's knowledge, it's about these...

    What is Predetermined?

Honest question: Is it easier to believe in fate (calvinism) than to believe your addictions are the result of your own choices? Because if that's the case, you are only deceiving yourself. To me, this was kind of the temptation of Calvinism ( I was almost one once) It's at the same time a...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Are you familiar with corporate election? The golden chain is about membership in "a large family" (8:29). It is about the group of those who are foreknown, predestined, called, justified, and glorified. As we saw in Romans 11:17-25, individuals may move into that group on the condition of faith...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Yeah, I heard your false claim the first five times, that's why I asked for proof....but I see you don't have anything but a repeat button.

    What is Predetermined?

Well, nice cherry picking but those verses don't say everything is predetermined. If you believe your sin is predetermined, you would rightly rejoice in sinning because it would be God's will. That's nonsense.

    What is Predetermined?

Sin is birthed in the mind. Even if it never leaves the mind, it still exists. Why do you think Peter is encouraging people to grow in Christ? Because they aren't yet blameless. Peter was quite aware that our perfect deeds don't bring salvation. In fact, he goes on to say: "Therefore, beloved...

    What is Predetermined?

It was a hypothetical situation that I was posing. All of us have good and bad deeds in reality.

    What is Predetermined?

Suppose I confess and repent two minutes before I die, how many good works did I do? Now I fully agree that Calvinism is wrong. But I also don't believe works save anyone ever. Works are the natural result of faith. Saying that they save is getting the cart before the horse.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

I don't find anything non harmonious. The majority of Christiandom does not interpret those verses to mean individuals are pre destined for salvation.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Not. It's the opposite. It's letting go, not doing.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

The choice is clearly that all those who are in Jesus will be saved. Not picking individuals for his baseball team.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

It's not an act and I already answered.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

I see nothing whatsoever there about grace being irresistible or some certain people being born again before they are born again. Sounds like Calvinist nonsense. Seeing the kingdom isn't being saved. You believe first, are saved and then see the kingdom.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

That's backwards. Faith comes first, then you are born again. Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life. 16For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Faith, Biblically understood, is the means by which we receive God’s gracious gift of salvation (Eph. 2:8, 9; Rom. 4:16; 5:1, 2). It is the way in which we come to be in union with Christ (Eph. 1:13; 2:17). It is a complete trust and reliance upon the merits of Christ’s blood (Rom. 3:25). It is...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Are you a robot? Because you just keep repeating the same thing.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Belief is not a work. Calling it an act is incorrect. "For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law." "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." Having convictions is a work? Not according to scripture. "Yet we know that a...
