prophecy questions about God's Timelines - invitation...

Is Martin Luther the reformist you are disagreeing with? To quote ... When Christ sent out the Gospel through the ministry of himself and of the Apostles, it lasted three or three and a half years, that it almost amounts to the calculation of Daniel, namely the 490 years. Hence he also says...

Moses also wrote of the 7's and of the 49's. (Leviticus 25) Daniel and Moses were both talking about the same thing - shemitah. They were not 24-hour days; they were years.

prophecy questions about God's Timelines - invitation...

I'm surprised to hear you say this Truth7t7. Are you aware that the Church Fathers and historians treated them as 7 "weeks of years" - not "weeks of days?" - Africanus, Eusebius, Tertulian, Jerome, Luther and more - Would you like to hear their quotes?

prophecy questions about God's Timelines - invitation...

The midst of the 70th week was 7th April AD 30. The destruction of Jerusalem is not part of the 'weeks.' The fall of Jerusalem and destruction of the temple did not take place within the actual seventy weeks; the prophet was simply providing information of the aftermath to the weeks in order to...

prophecy questions about God's Timelines - invitation...

Here is the text of Daniel 9:26-27 in the NKJVersion with my notes inserted in color. After the sixty-two weeks Messiah (Jesus) shall be cut off, but not for himself; and the people (Roman troops in ad 70) of the prince who is to come (Titus, a roman general and prince) shall destroy the city...

What rwb said. Great post bro. :Hanging:

Two sets of a thousand years.

I don’t see a problem with the distinction that you’re stressing. The thousand years represents a very long period; the short time represents a very short period. The short period comes after the long period.

Ezekiel is a true prophet of God: Animal sacrifices will be in Christ's Millennium

Sounds like you have a 'bob on both horses.' Tell us Keraz, which temple does God dwell in today, tomorrow, and for all time?

Ezekiel is a true prophet of God: Animal sacrifices will be in Christ's Millennium

Will you be singing ‘Power in the blood’ as the bulls and goats are being slaughtered?

Ezekiel is a true prophet of God: Animal sacrifices will be in Christ's Millennium

This statement is not an exaggeration. Uber-premillennialism literally teaches a return to animal blood for covering of sin. Mild premillennialism says it is memorial. In either case, it still undermines Christ’s work. The Lord supper is our memorial and to go back to animal sacrifice for any...

Ezekiel is a true prophet of God: Animal sacrifices will be in Christ's Millennium

Accepting Robert's Millennium requires asking a pertinent question. Tell us Mr. Derrick: Do the animal sacrifices atone for sins committed during your millennium?

    Rainbow Discovery – Finding Jesus

God created his rainbow and placed it in the clouds as a sign of his covenant. He made a promise. A human example of ‘covenant’ is the case of marriage where a ring is the symbol of a new relationship. Similarly, the glory that God displays in his rainbow is his pledge written in the sky that he...

    Rainbow Discovery – Finding Jesus

Absolutely good comment Robert. This series has 6 parts and study 2 will be ‘Who actually is Jesus Christ?’ Study 1 concludes by emphasising, the life and teaching of Jesus is found in the Bible. It might seem to be labouring an obvious fact, but have you noticed how, in the old evangelistic...
