No,that is what John is describing in revelation 6.

But you believe an idol causes earthquakes and great fearful signs in the heavens as described in the bible.

You just don't even know your right from your left. You are in confusion.

No, it is an IDOL that YOU... will bow in worship to, if you are still here for the coming time of "great tribulation", UNLESS YOU REPENT of the false doctrines from men that you follow.

The "abomination of desolation" is about an IDOL spiritual desolation, NOT war! Thinking that it means desolation by an army is a DOCTRINE OF MEN, and not what is actually written in God's Word.

The idea of 'desolation' involving that IDOL is how it SPIRITUALLY DESOLATES the Temple.

The desolation of Luke 21 by the surrounding armies is a DIFFERENT IDEA.

All... of those below verses go TOGETHER about the subject of PHYSICAL DESOLATION by Satan's armies surrounding Jerusalem on the last day of this world...

Luke 21:20-22
20
And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
22
For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
KJV

What's that "days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled" about? EASY... that's about event of Christ's 2nd coming and God's "consuming fire" destruction that will destroy... those armies that will come up against Jerusalem on that day. That is NOT about the "abomination of desolation" IDOL, because the AOD happens 1260 days PRIOR to that "days of vengeance"!

Like I said, you are just following the DOCTRINES OF MEN, and not the actual BIBLE as written.
An idol does not cause desolation.
You must truly worship the idol to think it has that kind of power.

I speak sensibly .I know a nuke causes desolation.
The US armed forces do not use an idol to destroy all the nations which attack Israel. The hey use nukes as Israel war doctrine calls for.

No one fears an idol and no one in judea would flee from one.

An idol does not cause them in Judea to flee on the day of the Lord.

Zech 14
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

You have no common sense.

The stopping of the daily sacrifice (of two lambs) is part of committing the transgression of desolation and the setting up of the abomination of desolation.

"desolation" in that context is that the tod and aod will make the temple desolate of the worship of the One True God.

The tod is an act - by the Antichrist of sitting in the temple, claiming to have achieved God-hood.

The aod is statue image (which could be considered an idol) of the beast-king (the Antichrist in his final stage of development) that will be "set up" on the temple mount. Which that statue image will be not shortly thereafter indwelt by Satan. Making it appear to come alive and speak.

The false prophet is going to have persons living in Judea forcefully brought to bow down before the statue image (idol) of the beast-king. Anyone who refuses will be killed.

Revelation 13:
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

Trump is threatening to kill people in the middle east now if they do not come into submission to Israel.

But that is beside the point
The great tribulation takes place 3.5 years after the saints in Israel are imprisoned and killed .

Have you never read the book of Daniel concerning the great tribulation spoken of by Daniel ?

According to Daniel, who Jesus quoted in his Olivet discourse concerning the great tribulation.
This is what causes the great tribulation in Daniel 12:1

Daniel 11:44
But reports from the east and the north will alarm him, and he will set out in a great rage to destroy and annihilate many.

Now ,anyone who says the king of the north sends a great fleet of ships and invades all the countries in the middle east to set up a statue hoping it will destroy and Innihilate many have no common sense.None at all

The unbelieving Jews do not make sacrifices to God . They make sacrifices to Moloch. That is the issue they are concerned with today .

The daily sacrifice in Daniel 8 and Daniel 9 is referring to the two lambs offered daily (one in the morning and one in the evening) in temple ritual worship of the One True God.

The ancient episode when the Jews violated the Mt Sinai covenant (Leviticus 18:21) and some of them offered their children as sacrifices to Moloch was back before the Babylonian captivity. It was a horrible thing to do, sacrificing their children to a pagan false god.

Jews ever since that dark period of their history don't do such things any longer.

Daniel says nothing about lambs.
In fact,no lambs were being killed during Daniels years either.
Except maybe to just be eaten like today

The great tribulation begins what the abomination of desolation is setup in Daniel 12:11. It lasts 1335 days until Jesus returns.

Today,Israelis make sacrifices to Moloch .
Their children are offered and many die.

But there are some in Israel who do not sacrifice and therefore it is an issue that will soon need to be delt with

Daniel 9:25 and Daniel 8:12-13 are end times events, still unfulfilled.

Daniel was in Babylonian captivity, after the temple was destroyed in 586/587 BC, so no lambs offered daily during Daniel's time - since there was no temple in place.

Amos 5 about the day of the Lord is an end time event.

The day of the Lord has not been fulfilled yet.

Amos 5
25 Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?

26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.

27 Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the Lord, whose name is The God of hosts.

The abomination of desolation is something that is an abomination to God. Why would God care about the stopping of meaningless future animal sacrifices?

Hebrews 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: 6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. 7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. 8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;

An idol does not cause desolation.

Yes it certainly does! That's is exactly what the "abomination of desolation" idea is about. How can you be so deceived about that?

Are you even aware of what Antiochus Epiphanes did in 170-165 B.C. at Jerusalem? He took Jerusalem with an army and went inside the 2nd temple at Jerusalem and sacrificed swine upon the altar, and then spread its broth throughout inside that temple. Then he setup an altar with a IDOL abomination in worship of Zeus, and demanded that all bow in worship to it. He almost fulfilled all the parameters of the Daniel 11 "vile person" prophecy, yet because he did not fulfill all parameters of that, it reveals we await another to come in final, at the end, and the false one to come at the end of this world is who Lord Jesus was pointing to when He quoted that "abomination of desolation" event from Daniel 11:31.

That's just ignorance and rebelliousness against God's written Word. You trying to link all those things together shows that something is definitely wrong with what you have believed.
