So when people act badly... it's God's fault for not changing them?
Sounds lie something the calvinist cult believes.
God actually holds people responsible for their actions and tells us to control ourselves... here's but a few verses reflecting this for everyone's view pleasure!
2 Timothy 2:19-22
Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
James 4:7
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans 8:13
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Galatians 5:16
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
That's key right there... the :Lord has made His Spirit and His Word available to us to strengthen us... if one fails, it's NOT God's fault and it's not up to God to override anyone's free will to FORCE them to do good!

He is still not excused for teaching false doctrine not to mention the prophesies he claimed would happen within a certain time frame that did not happen.
He was a false teach and a false prophet... just because one prediction came true does not wipe away all the false predictions and the false doctrine he espoused.
I'd imagine the guy meant well but all the tares mean well. Hitler and Mao meant well too

Actually Deborah was a servant not a church leader in the Body of Christ under the New Covenant.
Under the old covenant it was punishment from the Lord upon God's people when he put a woman in charge as He never intended for women to be in authority over men.
We are in the New Covenant now... so here's some verses that apply to us today:
Women were created by the Lord to serve in a helper role not in a role of authority.
Only men can serve in a role of authority according to scripture.

1 Timothy 3:1-13
This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desires a good work.
A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife
Quote from -
Titus 1:6-9
If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God

1 Timothy 2:12,13
I do not allow a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man
(*Spoken under the anointing and leadership of the Lord... it's obvious as the Lord allowed this to be put in His Word)
Related TRUTH from Scripture:
1 Corinthians 11:8,9
For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
Genesis 2:18
And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
Concerning
1 Timothy 2:8-15
Paul gave two reasons, both of them are theological not cultural.
1.
The created order: Adam was first created as an independent person, then Eve was created from his rib to be his helper. She was therefore not created to be independent of the man in authority.
2.
Eve, and consequently all women, were placed under a penalty of the curse. This included pain in childbearing and that her husband would rule over her.
Sure she can.... she should have stuck the Bibles she was holding out and cleared her throat while looking at her husband... you know, in the way wives do when the husband is forgetting something important!
