No, the beast out of the earth in Revelation 13:11 is one person, the false prophet.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The two arch villains (humans) of the end times will be...
1. the Revelation 13:11, beast out of the earth - the false prophet.
2. the Revelation 13:3 mortally wounded, but healed head - the beast-king
Maybe you could explain how the beast of the earth is killed before the great tribulation as we see in Daniel 11 and 12 and yet be cast alive into the lake of fire in Revelation 19.
Daniel 11
44 But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.
45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain;
yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.
Daniel 12
1
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people:
and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
a. first, as the little horn
This is the beast of the sea who was and is not and will come again. He was the 1st king and will be the eighth king as he is the eighth and is of the seven.
Revelation 17
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
b. then, as the little horn who becomes the prince that shall come
This is one of the horns of the beast of the earth........the rider on the white horse.........the prince who becomes the seventh king. This is not the little horn.
c. then, as the little horn who becomes the Antichrist
Both the rider on the white horse and the little horn are Antichrists.
d. then, as the little horn who becomes the revealed man of sin
I believe the man of sin is the rider on the white horse that comes to his end before the great tribulation.
e. then, as the little horn who becomes the beast-king
The little horn is Nimrod........the king of Babylon, the Assyrian, the eighth king who is of the seven, who comes out of the pit.
