The Bible mentions the gift of discerning spirits in 1 Corinthians 12:10, and says that it is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Bible also says that believers should test spirits to determine if they are from God, and not to believe every spirit.

I was told a lie by two people 33 yrs ago..it’s taken God that amount of time to expose these liars.

Do I leave them now to God?

As I believe a year ago, he told me to walk away from them.

Yup. Do you notice how there is no mention of the nature of God or how believing this trinity idea is a requirement for salvation? Many verses mention different people and things. Doesn't make them God.

I've asked a question many times in this thread that trinitarians avoid. Why is believing the trinity important from Scripture?

Relationships are important, and there are three spiritual relationships that scriptures mention. Christians have a relationship with the Father, the Son AND the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit confirms our relationship with Him in so many ways throughout life.
If you are not baptized by the Holy Spirit, you aren't born again. If you do not have a daily relationship with the Holy Spirit, Who lives in those who believe in Christ and are baptized by Him, you are missing out. One can only discern scripture correctly by the guidance and present indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus will forgive anything said about Him .

BUT gives a stern warning about those who would blaspheme the Holy Spirit, an unforgivable sin. Now, what is that? In context, his reference to this particular offense was when the Pharisees accused Jesus of performing miracles by the power of Satan. Is there any other way to commit that sin? I don't know. But one needs to be careful to acknowledge Him, invite Him into our life( ask for) and receive ( being baptized into) the Holy Spirit.

Secondary to existence. There is only one God, the Father. Scripture is explicit on this point and is stated in Every Epistle. Everything relates to our Creator. Speaking of relationships, we too are children of God per Colossians 3:12. Does that make everyone God? If not, why not?
