I told you earlier that if you prefer, think in terms of a chosen "family" if the term "race" bothers you. Israel is a chosen "race" because God chose Jacob and his family line to be his people. Contrary to your objection, this is without controversy.Gentiles were not your chosen race, but God included faithful obedient Gentiles with faithful obedient Jews to comprise His Chosen People.
Because God was not and is not a racist.

When Jesus says that the apostles will sit on twelve thrones ruling over the twelve tribes of Israel everyone knows what he means by that. The twelve tribes are those people who were born to Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin.
God commanded that only sons of Levi could serve as priests and that only a son of Judah, specifically a son of David, could be king of Israel. Joseph's inheritance was split between his sons Ephraim and Manasseh.
Deuteronomy 4:37 Because He loved your fathers, therefore He chose their descendants after them. And He personally brought you from Egypt by His great power,
Deuteronomy 7:6 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.
Deuteronomy 10:15 Yet on your fathers did the Lord set His affection to love them, and He chose their descendants after them, even you above all peoples, as it is this day.
Deuteronomy 14:2 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.
Do you understand?
