You are doing the same by calling being born again the first resurrection.

There is only 2 places the first resurrection is mentioned in scripture and that is in Rev. 20:5-6.
And this shows your unwillingness to submit to ALL that JESUS Says:

Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Why are you rejecting that this MUST FIRST take Place BEFORE you can be part of Rev 20:4-6

Why are you rejecting that JESUS Says that HE ALONE is the Resurrection: "I am the Resurrection"

Why are you rejecting that JESUS is the FIRST FRUITS which is the FIRST Resurrection of those who have died

Do you understand this:
7Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
8I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last.

I won't try to speak for him, but I do NOT call being born again itself the first resurrection. I call Christ's resurrection the first resurrection (Acts 26:23, 1 Cor 15:20) and I say that we all spiritually have part in it.

Do you believe that Jesus Christ's resurrection was the first resurrection from the dead, as Paul said in Acts 26:23?

Acts 26:23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

Do you believe that we spiritually have part in Christ's resurrection when we're born again as the following passage talks about?

Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

It is IMPOSSIBLE for you or anyone to be part of the FIRST Resurrection unless you were FIRST Resurrected by the NEW BIRTH
Again, I know you must be born again of the Holy Spirit to be a part of the future bodily resurrection= the first resurrection.

But when you conflate the new spiritual rebirth with the term “the first resurrection” then you are preaching confusion. Again the term the first resurrection is limited specifically to Rev. 20:5-6.

By the way, show me where birth or born is shown in the same sentence as the word resurrection.

And when did the word born replace the meaning of the word resurrection?

This is not true for JESUS Himself Says HE is the Resurrection and the FIRSTFRUITS which is the SAME as First Resurrection.

The error/confusion comes in when those who claim Rev 20:4-6 is Now/Today = that is FALSE and serious ERROR

By the way, show me where birth or born is shown in the same sentence as the word resurrection.
Be careful now for you just entered the domain of the way of the pharisees who demands they be answered as they DESIRE.

Nevertheless i will show you what you are seeking: Revelation 2:11

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
The one who overcomes will not be harmed by the second death.

In John 11, standing outside out a dead man’s tomb, Martha says to Jesus, if you had been here, my brother would not have died!. Jesus makes this powerful response:

Jesus responds to Martha in vs25-26 of John 1125“I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, 26and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. The point is, the resurrection beats out the hopelessness of death.
We’re told in Romans 1:3–4 (NASB95) 3concerning His Son, born of a descendant of David according to the flesh, 4was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord. The resurrection of Jesus was a display of the power of God as no other, setting Jesus apart from all others.
Peter writes in 1 Peter 1:3–5 (NASB95) 3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, … 4to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, … 5who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this we greatly rejoice . . . The resurrection of Jesus brings living hope, an imperishable and undefiled inheritance, and protection by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
Romans 6:5–6 (NASB95) We read 5Because we have become united with Christ in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, … 6knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; By Christ’s resurrection people of faith have been set free from our bodies of sin so that we are no longer slaves to sin.
In Philippians 3:9-11 Paul tells us that through faith in Christ . . . I can know the power of Christ’s resurrection and achieve the resurrection from the dead.

You know what is amazing about a DRY STIFF sponge?

They come to LIFE when you add WATER

The first resurrection is?

A) the bodily raising of saints

B) being born again

Obviouly, it can't be both. Amils have already decided it is meaning B). Premils have already decided it is meaning A). What have you decided it is meaning? Before you try and answer that, obviously one has to be born again first before they can be part of the first resurrection. No Premil that I know of is arguing with that. Premils are arguing that one is born again first, and because they are they then have part in the first resurrection in the future, the bodily raising of saints.

Amils are arguing that being born again is not something that precedes the first resurrection. They are arguing that it is the first resurrection. Amils have decided it is meaning B) not A), nor B) and A), only B). Notice that they don't think it is meaning both. How then can you agree with them it is meaning B) while insisting it is meaning A)? Even Amils don't agree that it can mean both.

Why Not?

JESUS says it is BOTH = John 3:5-8 . John 3:16, John 5:24-29 John 11:17-27 , 1 Corinthians chapter 15 , 1 Thess 4:13-18 , 1 John 3:1-3

Now BEFORE you jump to conclusions about what i just said and posted, KNOW this it is BOTH but not at the SAME Time.

How does a person become part of the First Resurection:
a.) by Spiritual NEW BIRTH in CHRIST
b.) by physical death
c.) by (a) FIRST then (b) LATER
d.) by a separate process called 'denominational dictates'
e.) none of the above

MORE Truth that it is BOTH yet at Two distinct times = 1 John 3:1-3 and 1 Cor 15:51

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Beloved, now/today are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be:
but we know that, when He shall appear(Last Day), we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Is it your view that having part in the first resurrection means to have part in Christ's resurrection? If so, we agree on that. Scripture clearly teaches that His resurrection was the first resurrection from the dead, right?

Acts 26:23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

So, to me, having part in the first resurrection has to relate to having part in Christ's resurrection since His was the first resurrection. Would you agree with that?

This is not true
It is true, Again the term the first resurrection is limited specifically to Rev. 20:5-6.

Tell me did Jesus have to be born again to be a part of the first resurrection, or did Jesus have to physically die in order to be the first fruits of the first resurrection?

YES

You are CORRECT = ABSOLUTE TRUTH = 1 Corinthians 15:20-23

20But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have [d]fallen asleep. 21For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming.

having part in the first resurrection has to relate to having part in Christ's resurrection since His was the first resurrection. Would you agree with that?
You are CORRECT = ABSOLUTELY TRUE, with this TRUTH = We MUST wait for Rev 20:4-6 which only occurs at His Second Coming

Exactly, I’m glad someone else can see it for what it is. They are trying to redefine the meaning of the first resurrection that is ONLY mentioned twice in scripture in Rev. 20:5-6.

Brother, we are NOT enemies so let us just yield to God's words which are the SAME for you as it is for me and everyone.

When the LORD said: "we MUST be Born-Again or we CANNOT enter the Kingdom of God/Heaven" = HE never vacated this Foundation

All Scripture moving Forward pertaining to the Resurrection of the Saints CANNOT be separated from this Foundation

YES or NO
