Seeing as the Spirit is my Teacher, of course, I read the Scriptures everyday. But what I don't need is a human being teaching me what has been taught to them by man, himself. In fact, there was a verse last night that I don't understand, but I immediately prayed and I expect Him to tell me. This is the first time He hasn't answered immediately. But He is the only one who knows what that verse actually means and I want to know the Truth on it, not a guess from a commentary."I see—another one who doesn't need to study the Scriptures or rightly divide the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). It seems that God—not Christ Jesus or the Holy Spirit—just 'downloads' data, and you receive the 'answer' immediately.
Meanwhile, we need to daily study the Scriptures, like the Bereans who 'examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true' (Acts 17:11). But apparently, you don't."
No offense.
What does "No offense" mean when someone is offensive?
