I'm sorry if you can't hear God's voice, but that doesn't mean I can't. I can. And everything He's told me has come to pass. It is part of our New Covenant.

In the Old Covenant only Prophets and Anointed Kings could hear God's voice. The New Covenant is so much better, and just as nothing ceased during the Old Covenant until the covenant itself ended, the same can be said for the New Covenant. The smallest change would require a whole new covenant, but it hasn't been necessary.

I hear the Holy Spirit, and I have dreams, and visions. I received the gifts as spelled out in the bible. I don't doubt some are prophets, not me, but I believe there are those gifts, same as tongues. All of those are around today.

You forget one thing. The Apostles were the WRITERS of God's word. That was through the Holy Spirit. And part of what they wrote was PROPHECY.
