Does God condemn a baby to hell who never had a chance to recieve Christ?

Does he allow them all in heaven?

or more likely, being a God who knows all things, Does God know who would recieve him if he allowed them to live, and base their eternity on that fact.

Personal accusations are appearing frequently on this thread. I take it to mean the person lacks a valid argument, and so descends into these sorts of ad hominem fallacies, arguing against the person instead of the information.

I look at someone who continually makes personal inappropriate comments as lacking in self control. To me this demonstrates the fleshiness of mind. There are too many people on this forum who make it their practice to run others down, and it makes it like a schoolyard playground. Not like a group of Christians!

It's not like I can't say "you" without crossing the line, it's what the intent of the statement is.
