Preaching is worship?

The only problem is their need to worship the god that pleases them .
The problem is their need to bow before and to honor the god that serves the god of the mirror .
Example . a homosexual will worship the god that accepts its sin
the money lover will honor the god that honors their desire
and thems not the only examples either .
many even within christendom will embrace any version of any image of what they think is GOD , is CHRIST
and yet , sadly tis the dragon and that which is of anti christ .
Many forget that all things were created for GOD , not for us , not so as we can be as GOD
but rather FOR GOD . HIS DESIRE , HIS PLEASURE . and GOD SURE LOVES OBEDIANCE .
which IS HIS RIGHT seeing HE DID create all that is and ever was or ever will be .
THE CREATED NEED TO TAKE A KNEE before HIM and not rather as , many do , have the creator to take a KNEE
before them .
Many desire that which ought never to have been desired . THANK GOD FOR TRUE GRACE which
actually draws one TO CHRIST and through CHRIST we do worship GOD as HE DESIRES . yet many use that name
and still serve the god of the mirror . Ye shall know them by how they TWIST THE SCRIPTURES unto their own destruction .
Their love will serve and accept , NOT GOD , NOT CHRIST , NOT HIS WORDS FIRST , but rather
that which they find pleasing , aka self . ITS NOT LOOKING too good in these final days and hours
upon earth . TIME we got us a fat nose full of some bible . and fast too . this i say to all .
I disagree! Preaching is teaching the Word.
Matthew 1:19-20 reads:
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

Worship is to pay homage to a deity like God the Father.
Take your pick.

That’s a great example. What would preclude that from being done in preaching?

I believe that every good action, performed with the spirit of service to mankind, is a form of worship.
These words of Jesus agrees with your statement.
Matthew 5:16
[16]Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Who, in your opinion, is the Baha‘i worshipping with his “good actions, performed in the spirit of service to mankind”?
Expanding the question, who, in your opinion, are all other non-Christians worshipping with their “good actions, performed in the spirit of service to mankind”?
My purpose was to share Jesus with him through the Word of God.
The Baha’i hold Jesus in high esteem.
What intrigued me about your comment is the possibility that in some limited sense all people with “good actions, performed in the spirit of service to mankind” might be said to be worshipping the God who created mankind.
Had we followed that line of reasoning to its logical conclusion it would have included, ironically, even avowed atheists.

Your comment also brought to mind a classroom theological exercise commonly called “The Little Old Lady From Fiji”.

Do you consider “sharing” Jesus with others to be equivalent with informally “preaching” Jesus to others?
Do you think ”sharing” Jesus with others could be considered an act of worship?

It depends on the message.
For example, if you are preaching "Calvinism is true" that that is definitely worshiping Calvin, but that is not worshiping God.
So, thats a "no".
But if you are preaching that "Christ always gives us the Victory", over the world , the Flesh, and the Devil, then you are worshiping, as you are exalting Jesus, as the message being preached.
Life is either worship or it isn't. Preaching is just a moment in time as I'm sure that has been expressed....
But worship takes a lifetime and your life either is or it isn't. And YOU don't get to be the arbiter of whether it is or not....those who know you get to determine that.

The baha i hold , did you say JESUS in high esteem .
Again i know nothing of the BAHA i . but i do know many both love and honor ANOTHER jesus .
so , how about you send me some info on them . LET us examine whether its JESUS they hold in high esteem
or is it jesus they hold in high esteem . CASE you are wondering why one JESUS was capitlized and the other is not
WELL the devil can use the name of JESUS and yet he bringeth another jesus and another gospel
as he do another love and etc .
TELL me about this Baha , i . examination time . DONT HOLD BACK . TELL ME ALL YOU KNOW about them .
BRING their doctrines and all it is they do believe . I WILL test them as i do anyone against , THE JESUS IN SAID BIBLE .

folks are too busy trying to reconcile man to man , religoin to religoin
rather than PREACHING THE ONLY TRUTH that reconciles man TO GOD .
UNITY o the relgions . THEY will never unify under TRUTH . only under a lie . man is good about that too .
GO to the days of nimrod and see for yourself . OH THEY HAD UNITY amongst the peoples

Great question! My church refers to singing as worship. IMO, all forms of sharing the Gospel is worship, especially prayer - public and private.
