Do you think that King David is still soul sleeping, wrangler? (I dont agree or buy into soul sleep myself - but do believe when we die we are judged instantly going on to the heavenly realm.)
In your contemplation....remember there is no time in the spiritual world.
So no time has passed since King David died. Soul sleeping can only be considered when applying/retaining earthly time concepts in the equation.

I dont believe in that stuff sorry. Other people can if they want, just like they believe Jesus Christ has still yet to come back, and people go straight to hell today...

Up to you! God lets you decide.

"Is God sending people straight to hell when they die, today?"

Perhaps those who don't believe Jesus is coming again, and believe in no eternal punishment, or that Yeshua became the Lord God Almighty.

You don't believe that God has scheduled the 2nd advent of Christ?
Shouldn't one conclude you do not believe in the Bible then?

Jesus was God almighty. The word, God, made flesh.

So you believe Christ's 2nd advent has already occurred?

If that is correct ...please show scripture supporting such conclusion?

Reading all the gospels and the narrative of the contextual reasoning, that Jesus was coming back to a people then in that time. I don't have to show anything to prove that what is said in the first sentence is true. Anyone who desires to take an undertaking and read those records, and the records of the apostles will come to the conclusion that Jesus Christ, was coming back then, and both he and the apostles were not lying.

However, as a friend said the other day in another.

"It's a daunting task."

But those who wanna seek for truth, will go and do such a thing for themselves, and question if Jesus was right all along when he explains to the four disciples "that this generation shall not pass", therefore I believe Jesus and the apostles over anyone who demands me to "show the scripture that shows such a conclusion"

Just read the narrative, and don't go along with people who foolishly do not even read the scripture, but only remember bits and pieces of it.

I trust in faith. Therefore its impossible to argue with me about it... those who were waiting, watching, and looking and not sleeping - seen the Lord Jesus Christ come back (and it's undocumented" what is documented was the signs of the times, by Cassio Dio, Suetonious, Tacticus, and Josephus of that doom of that generation, and the beast Nero, and all the end of that age.

And I don't care if people think I am crazy or I am wrong.

It doesn't matter to me, I still trust Jesus did what he promised to do and was not a failure as so many people suggest he is when it comes to the narrative... I would be foolish to believe those people.

It's ignorant to not want to read and study and continue to keep everything out of context.

While one who loves wisdom, and loves themselves will desire to have understanding and cherish wisdom. (Proverbs 19:8)

Therefore I love you and desire for you to know - think, study, challenge yourself...

and everything that people may try to teach you, and you decide between yourself and God.

You took ...."that this generation shall not pass" ...out of context.
Why?

Its so important for people to study and read and learn what the overall arching story is in the bible.

Its about restoring mankind back to original state. It has been done.

Everyone now has access to Yahava/Yahweh through Yeshua.

Because of Adam we still must die. And because of Jesus all will be resurrected. However there is a separation, from believers and unbelievers.

There is still darkness of oneself to deal with, and the darkness of the spirits of this world to deal with… therefore the solution to start to be able to see through darkness is to be born in newness of life through Christ; and his death, burial and resurrection.

There is the fire and the holy spirit to deal with in the believers life here and now, spiritually, and the fire of the next life to deal with for unbelievers; the fire come from God, and idk how long people will choose to be of unbelief or faithless in that realm. Perhaps until they change their mind, and maybe as children or sons and daughters of God can help others in the realm where Yahava is.

Be honest, what do you believe?

Is God sending people straight to hell when they die, today?

My answer of course is a big solid fat - No.

You can't just pretend to believe that God sends people straight to hell and then soften a blow when death comes about.

I believe that Yahava, who sent the Lord Yeshua, the messiah - who has had victory over all things today "Hell, Satan, Sin, Death (Spiritual death), the false prophet, the beast" does not send people to hell because hell gives up it's death in Revelation, therefore it can not last forever. There is the lake of fire that is in front of the Lamb, which one can assume rubs away all the darkness of an individual, and allows the only remaining good part of them alive be it small or very little. That is a good God, who loves, and who purges away darkness, however it seems that when Yahava, judges those who are not properly clothed are thrown back out of the kingdom into darkness, those who wanted nothing to do with God in this life are also resurrected and given a spiritual body that resides out in the darkness. There seems to be a city that God had established in the afterlife, that similar to the temple that was set up on earth. The outer court (the way), the inner court (the truth), and the holy of holies (the life), and everyone who believed start out in the outer court. While those who wanted nothing to do with God are outside of the gate in general.

On the subject of faithless people being outside the kingdom:

Those of faith are given a spiritual body that may dwell in the city and have access to the tree of life.

“Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭22‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

To me everyone goes to the heavenly Realm, either outside or inside the kingdom.
I don't think most people understand heaven and hell.
