I will address this based on my beliefs. I believe the Textus Receptus was inerrant, and the Geneva Bible and the 1611 King James Bible and Authorized King James Version Bible were translated from the perfect manuscripts. As such, I fully trust any of them for accuracy. That does not mean there may not be minor translation issues where they had to come up with the best English word to translate Greek and Hebrew to, but I have full faith and confidence in my 1611 King James Bible and Authorized King James Bible. I find the modern translations far less trustworthy. As such, I am King James Only, but not because of absolute perfection, but because they came from absolute perfection, and I recognize that many new translations have been changed to get a copyright and to match doctrinal preferences.

1Cor 8:6--There is one God to all-the Father= Paul. So as usual you are wrong.-- Its the errors in your translations that is causing your confusion. trinity translations are filled with contradictions because of errors.

I went into great detail to explain that this was not given as the reason, and you left everything else I said out. I find this very deceptive. I hope you aren't like this all the time. This never says it is the reason he went there. He just mentions it as a fact. The passage shows he was also uncaring and unfeeling which is contrary to James that says faith without works is dead, and the latter part of the passage indicates neither he nor his brethren were believers or followers of God.
