2. Was God wrong or evil to do what He did in Noah's day apart from 8 souls?
3. Was God wrong or evil to do what He did in 1 Samuel 15 destroying men women and children?

I envision the following.

Christians go to Heaven and, upon meeting Jesus, they ask him if this person or that person will make it to God's kingdom. Jesus responds that everybody will eventually make it, to which the Christians then rebuke Jesus and tell him he's wrong and a heretic.

It does not say that. This world won't be saved, it is destroyed by fire and a New Earth will exist. The unsaved people of this world will also not be saved, but will also be destroyed but no life in the new Earth for them.

No, it is not. You always avoid the fact that Jesus said few will find life, but most will find destruction. You ignore that all not in the book of life go to the LOF and not one verse says anyone flys out of it later on.
