I know all that.
Now, did Mary assist in the conception of Christ?
So Mary made an agreement to carry the baby and did not agree to conceiving it?Nope - but she did submit to God and by Faith in His Word yielded herself to the Holy Spirit.
So Mary made an agreement to carry the baby and did not agree to conceiving it?
GOD - now submit unto the High Priest JESUS so that your sins can be forgiven.
Confessing your sins to sinful men in hopes of forgiveness from God is an act of sin in itself.
When the Bible says confess your sins to one another = this is only for Blood washed Saints.
The three kings were not in penance but they were walking in faith searching for the King.
They followed the prophetic word spoken to them and brought gifts as worship - not penance.
The Spirit of God was guiding them as this was prophesied beforehand.
That definition is talking about penances not penance! Not according to dictionary definition:
penance =
- 1.punishment inflicted on oneself as an outward expression of repentance for wrongdoing:"he had done public penance for those hasty words"
- 2.a sacrament in which a member of the Church confesses sins to a priest and is given absolution.
So we should never apologize and ask for forgiveness and reconciliation regardless of the person's spiritual situation?
Conception of a woman involves her egg by definition.Mary did not conceive in the effect that she needed a man's seed to conceive.
Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”
35And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. 36Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren.
37For with God nothing will be impossible.”
But wrong understanding is dangerous. Wrong understanding stand in the way of the truth. Wrong understanding will not produce unity. I have unity with many of the members of this site because we all possess the true understanding. I do not have unity with you @theefaith although I respect you even if I do not agree with you.
Conception of a woman involves her egg by definition.
Scripture says Mary conceived, not God conceived.
She did not self fertilize, but was fertilized.
She bore a real "son of man", not a faux one.
But she conceived.Scripture declares that she did not conceive from a man - nor did she ever know a man when the Holy Spirit overshadowed her.
WAKE UP to RIGHTEOUSNESS = Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?
But she conceived.
Correct?
Now, since it was Mary that conceived, was her egg needed to create the son of man that Jesus called himself?
Was Jesus the seed that Abraham was originally promised to have in the future?
Christ shines through the Acts 2:38 church only.
The others are just groups.
Yep, the original Apostles. Not anyone that claims to be one.
Whether or not her egg was required , I KNOW NOT .But she conceived.
Correct?
Now, since it was Mary that conceived, was her egg needed to create the son of man that Jesus called himself?

Conception according to man also requires a sperm . AND YET that never happened .Conception of a woman involves her egg by definition.
Scripture says Mary conceived, not God conceived.
She did not self fertilize, but was fertilized.
She bore a real "son of man", not a faux one.
Again, do you think per Isaiah 9:6, the human nature(child/son) and the divine nature(Mighty God) are the same nature?
Here is another prayer/ hymn
- Breathe on me, Breath of God,
Fill me with life anew,
That I may love what Thou dost love,
And do what Thou wouldst do.- Breathe on me, Breath of God,
Until my heart is pure,
Until with Thee I will one will,
To do and to endure.- Breathe on me, Breath of God,
Till I am wholly Thine,
Until this earthly part of me
Glows with Thy fire divine.- Breathe on me, Breath of God,
So shall I never die,
But live with Thee the perfect life
Of Thine eternity.
Saint Augustine’s prayer to the Holy Spirit:
Breathe in me O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may all be holy.
Act in me O Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy.
Draw my heart O Holy Spirit, that I love but what is holy.
Strengthen me O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy.
